i either need to restart therapy or i need to start shooting again . one of those is much cheaper than the other 🏹
#the recovery is honestly too slow for exam season like girl get it tgth rn !! trying to let go of someone except its like#i feel all the pain they ever felt and all the love i could feel all at once !! and every time i feel like i hate them i remember what they#went through in the past etc. anyways whenever i go thru a hard time doing structured exercise genuinely helps sm#not just like . working out on my own . it used to be martial arts and then archery#i miss archery sm#it doesnt count as exercise but acc for me it does bc my arms are so weak lmao#and also u do have to train upper body 4 it#anyways#yh#miss it#miss therapy also but significantly less than archery

Happy Xmas Eve eve! Lol. Friends reference for those that know it.
Blood sugars still high. Rough night, although I do think the black cohosh might be helping somewhat.
Up a bit earlier than usual and in for my weight training.
Chest and back focused.
I need to calm the weight down. So lighter load, more reps.
Work more for muscle strength and endurance rather than bulk.
Then one of my favourite times of the day. Maybe THE favourite altogether.
Strong frothy coffee and peanuts in the morning light.
No discernable sunrise as such, but still a wonderful boost to my morning.

As a self proclaimed horse girl ™ (who hasn't ridden a horse in almost 6 years :'( ) I highly highly encourage the horse riding endeavor! A nice long, slow trail ride through the cool forest in summer is such an awesome feeling. Bathing with horses also cool (you can lead a horse to water, and it either splish-splashes or says 'no thx'). Personal bum heater in the winter when you ride without a saddle. Super soft muzzles. Anywayyyyyy also big yes to mounted archery, sexy as fuck. Have a great day <3
Perhaps the most bittersweet thing about Super Rad high-investment hobbies as far as cost or equipment or setting go, is that unless you’re tremendously lucky or do it for a living, you are so often missing them!
I live somewhere with some Horse Culture and I have now (mostly) abandoned my romanticized fantasies of having a little horse, in part because my place is not well-suited to it at all, and in part because I now have Horse Acquaintances and understand keeping a horse these days is basically financially like owning an ambulatory boat. But all of them love it.
Anyways, fabulous sell on horses anon, and I hope you get to go for a ride again sometime soon 💛 I am gonna see if I can talk any of my friends into going on a trail ride - thank you for the encouragement :)

i’ve only been doing it 3 months but a really nice woman i see at crossfit a lot tentatively asked me to be her competition partner for a december beginners crossfit comp……i meet and/or exceed all the beginners standards the comp page posted, but can i do like 3 WODs in a row?…..i’m considering it……maybe……the power of women.;;;;;……and i could represent vegan lifters right??? maybe???

Today I finally had an appointment with a fitness trainer to change my training plan. I’m training with a upper/lower body split now and got a ton of new challenging exercises in there. And man, my first leg day hit hard, but I’m a very happy person 😭👌🏻

i can deadlift 70kgs now
