This one has no countdown in it, so I'm just going by when I had it marked in my calendar. I really wish that something came out of the sponsor birthday presents thing, I thought it was really funny. I think the Until Graduation series has one of the most sincere hearts to a series on the internet. Anthpo can be a really thoughtful guy, and this is one of the first times in the process that we can really see it on display. Happy belated birthday Anthpo.

My Day:

Today I packed and drove north with my family for a vacation. We're in an airbnb on a lake and it's beautiful.

I got to drive up with my brother, who is like my best friend. Being with him is always fun.

We stopped at a retro game store on the way up here, and I picked up a copy of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial for the 2600. It was pretty cheap (shocker)

Of course, they can't all be highs. Tonight I played an actually really infuriating game of trivial pursuit. It was difficult.

very very self indulgent kons. my first day of school was today so i doodled him in my outfit <3 yay <3 we’re reclaiming the black t-shirt guys one skirt at a time.

part of my job is explaining things to groups of adult learners, often in writing: assignments, instructions, documentation, that kind of thing. i got compliments today from a new cohort about how clear and linear and inviting my instructions are, quote: “basically impossible to misunderstand,” and how did i learn this skill? did i go to school for this? hmm. haha. no, i have just spent ten thousand hours posting on the piss on the poor website and am very scared of getting yelled at by strangers 💗 communications degree from tumblr university

god pregnant college student stories drive me wild for no good reason. i just love the idea of a pregnant trans boy. he goes off to college, excited for the new gained freedom and being on his own for the first time. ready to get the grades and become an independent adult

until a handful of hookups the first month of school leads to him getting pregnant.

at first it’s fine, right? he gets away with wearing bagger clothes. it’s getting colder after all. him getting hungrier could be blamed on the freshman 15 too! but then he finds out it’s twins and suddenly he feels like he’s growing much faster.

before he knows it, he’s waddling across the quad with his sixth month belly pushed forward. hand on his lower back to try and help with the heaviness of his gravid form. making slow steps as he can’t see his feet anymore, breaths deep and heavy as he carries that weight of his belly that stretches out his college hoodie. the hem of the sweatpants pushed underneath it and a strip of skin being exposed because the end of the hoodie can’t reach the hem of his sweatpants.

and as he’s huffing and puffing his way to his next class, his other hand rubbing the huge growing swell in front of him, he can feel everyone’s eyes on him. all watching his wide hips pass by and knowing how he got himself that way. first year away at college and he went and got himself stuffed full of babies. making bets on how long it’ll take him to not fit in the desk seats anymore, if he’ll even make it to finals with how fucking round he’s gonna be by then

it’s embarrassing. and he secretly loves every second of it

In my AU, Fidds is actually pretty old-- not like ancient or anything, but surely a few centuries?

Anyway, so way back, when he was human, he did have a wife and a kid!! But when he got bit and became a vampire, he actually outlived them :(

He tries to think about them often, but it's definitely one of the things he chooses to erase when he creates the memory gun

Funniest thing Matt can do once Andrew returns is start keeping a dated notebook for everytime he wants to punch Kevin Day and why. It’s a small notebook he keeps on him at all times. It’s his little vendetta book. Once he and Kevin enter pros he starts bodychecking the FUCK outta him and texts him the reason why post-games.

we had a nerf battle at school

I'm really impressed with how cinematic this one is. This is the first real introduction to a lot of key players in the ACU, and it's fun to see them play together. The fact that one of them owns multiple Gibby tapestries is a little alarming.

My Day:

We did not have power for about 15 hours between last night and today. As a result I did not sleep very well and wasn't able to work this morning.

The power outage did get me to finally read Gamemaster Classified by Howard Phillips and Matthew Tarranto. It's worth a read, especially if you're interested in the games industry during the 80's

I dogsat for a neighbor this afternoon. He was a very good boy :)

Eventually, the power did come back on at around 2:30pm. What a relief.

Rei's "I don't have time for romance because I am dedicated to my work" strikes me along similar lines as Ami's "I'm not interested in dating because no one can live up to my crush Albert Einstein," i.e., a teenage girl's excuse for not being interested in boys

I think Rei's loyalty to Princess Serenity is very real, but also conveniently allows her to rock that ace lesbian lifestyle with minimal judgment
