KING - (TEN)

**Lillith**

Ive been in bed for the past two hours and all I can do is stare at the ceiling. The fan is the only thing in my room making noise, but my mind is far louder. I don’t have a set game plan for tomorrow, but really, we can come up with one on our way to our location. This UNKNOWN guy isn’t for sure going to be there. Sure, he’s the one were after, but as long as I can get to Alex, I’ll get the answers I need. No doubt about that. 

I turn over on my side - staring out at the window. Its pitch black, but what else can I expect whenever I live underground. Maybe install some halogen lights on a timer so I can recreate the soft warm glow of a sunrise and sunset. 

My phone begins its rhythmic buzz, letting me know someone is calling. I reach for my nightstand and grab the vibrating device. My blood runs cold when I see the name across my screen. 

Rachel. 

I immediately swap to answer, “Yeah,” I say with anticipation. I sit up in bed heading to my closet to get dressed. 

“Lil, calm down. I was just calling to hear your voice,” she pauses and I come to a halt - my anxiety settling down, but my heart rate still on flight response. “Plus, Katie wanted to talk to you.”

“Rachel,” I say sounding out of breath, “I told you to only call if there was an emergency.” 

She sighs and I know she means well, but I have to take every precaution that I can, “I know…but I miss you and Katie has been asking when you’re coming.” 

I pinch the bridge of my nose and take a few deep breaths. I love my sister, but her and my niece know that communication with me needs to be kept at a bare minimum. In my line of work, all someone would need is the slightest bit of information. “Hows her therapy going?” I ask, changing the subject. 

Rachel wait a few seconds, I'm assuming to gather what she's about to say, “She’s starting to remember.”

Fuck.

I exhale a much needed breath, “I have to go Rachel.” 

My sister on the other end of the phone gives an aggravated sigh, “You cant keep running from this Lillith.” She never uses my full name unless she's upset - and that just makes the guilt weigh on me even more. 

“I know,” I say with a shaky breath as tears swell over my eyes, “I’ll come visit soon.” 

“I cant keep lying to her about when you’re coming Lillith. That isn’t fair to her,” Rachels voice still stern. I get it. If the shoe was on the other foot, I’d be the same way. 

I sniffle as the tears spill over and run down my cheeks, “Give her a kiss for me. I have to go,” I pause, but speak again before she has a chance to, “I love you Rachel.” I pull the phone from my ear and hang up as I hear her start talking, but the blood rushing to my ears drowns out what she was saying. 

I throw my phone on the bed and head to the joined bathroom - the lights making me squint my eyes. I head towards the shower and turn it on - steam filling the glass box and rolling out onto the marble floors. I strip my clothes and step in, shutting the door behind me. 

I don't need to shower, but I feel the water will wash some one my guilt and sins away. Im not perfect by any means. Fuck skeletons, I have demons in my closet that are begging to get out. Scratching at the door letting me know with one wrong move, they're going to lurch out and devour me. And thats not something I can afford right now. 

I place my hands on the cool stone wall as the water runs over my head and down my body. I hiss at the temperature and see red lines forming where the water runs. It reminds me of lava when a volcano erupts. No one knows the path of the magma, but it burns red and leaves behind marks as it dries and hardens. 

Tears continue to roll down my face as it mixes with the water. I hate closing my eyes because every time I do, I'm back in hell. Back where all this shit started. I didn’t have a perfect life growing up and I damn sure haven’t had the best deck of cards handed to me in adulthood either. Ive always welcomed the darkness, but theres this dim light in me that wants to welcome the light so it can burn brighter. 

“Is that from when you were captured?” 

My eyes shoot open and my heart pounds in my chest. I cock my head to the side and see a masked man at the shower door. Its him. “Don’t you know anything about fucking manners?!”

Ghost snorts, “Im sorry, I thought those were out the window with you reading into our lives.” 

I turn the water off and turn around to face him. Really, I don’t give a fuck if I'm dressed or not. Im not here to impress him or anyone for that matter. I can see his jaw tighten through his mask as his eyes roam over my wet naked body, “Be pissed all you want, I'm not apologizing for it,” I say as I walk to him and open the door more than what he already had it. 

“Can you fucking move?” I hate that I have to look up to him. To his arrogance, but we both know I can have him on his fucking knees looking up at me within seconds. I’ll let him think he’s the one holding the reigns for now. Tomorrow, will be a different story. 

“You’re not supposed to stand under the water with your eyes open,” he says disregarding my rhetorical question. The fuck? I furrow my brows at his statement and before I can ask what the hell he means, he continues, “Im assuming thats why your eyes are red and your face is puffy.” 

Fuck. The last thing I need is him adding that I have feelings because Im a human being to his list of things thats wrong with me. “Thanks,” I say dryly as I push past him, “I’ll keep that in mind.” 

My wet feet slap against the marble floors as I go to my sink and grab a towel that was resting on top of the vanity. Even though the mirrors are foggy, I can feel his eyes on me. “Why the fuck were you even watching me shower anyway? Thats a bit perverted, even for you Simon Riley.”

I know calling him anything other than his rank or call sign aggravates the fuck out of him. “I’ll answer yours if you answer mine.” 

Dick. 

I wrap the towel around me and turn to face him, “Yes.”

He nods his head slowly, taking in my answer, “What actually happened to you?”

I snort, “This isn’t a one way street and I'm not playing twenty one questions with you. I answered yours, now answer mine.” 

My eyes watch his dark one and I swear I've never seen a shade of brown so dark, “I had to pee. When I opened the door, I realized you were in here,” he pauses and takes a step towards me, “Then I heard you sniffling and realized you were crying.”

“You going to hold that against me too?” I bite back. 

He takes a few more steps and stands before me, looking down at me like I'm some child, “No. We all have bad days in this field, Lillith.” I can deny that pulse that just went straight to my pussy when he said my name. I know I shouldn’t give this asshole the time or day, but Simon Ghost Riley doesn’t bullshit around either. He keeps the few friends he has close, but damn sure has his enemies closer. 

I clear my throat and go to speak, but yet again, he beats me to it, “I like the tattoos by the way.”

I forget I have them honestly. I wear all black gear that covers everything - gloves too. So when I do take them off, I forget I'm a painted canvas. “I got them done after…” I trail off making it known what it was from. 

I have a left sleeve that is completely black and grey and my right leg sleeve the same. Its of different things that all come together, but its neat to look at if I'm wearing a tank top and shorts. A little yin-yang effect. “Theres some things I will take to my grave, whenever that may be.”

He nods, understanding that my capture is one of those things. Its not something I want to relive. I step and walk around him to go back into my bedroom. “Lillith,” he says and I stop and turn to look at him. “I know what it was like.” To a certain extent, he does. Like me, he was also captured, but everyone knows his story. Mine, theres multiple versions and they are all untrue. 

“But you don’t,” I say with my voice shaking. “You will never experience what I went through and I hope to God, you never do.” I turn back around and walk into my bedroom, shutting the door and leaving Simon Ghost Riley and that conversation to wash down the drain.

I barely got any sleep last night. Between the conversation with my sister and the interrogator in the bathroom, it wasn’t one of my best nights. Ive been through worst, but a loud mind is probably one of the worst things a person can experience - and right now, I'm at a fucking concert. 

The roar of the helo drowns out most of my thoughts as I sit on the bench - leaned up against the helos metal walls. I haven’t explained my mission and how I want it to go yet, but I feel like its also self explanatory. Ghost sits beside me. Our legs occasionally touching from the shake of the helicopter. I don't mind it. Sometimes a touch of another person, regardless how small, is something you need to keep yourself grounded. 

I lean up, rest my elbows on my knees and hang my head. Im ready to go ahead and get this shit over with. I need someone to piss me off in Germany so I can feel the rush that I crave. I need that high of hearing someones skull crack as I drive my knife in it. To feel their blood spray across my face. Some people will take the warm ocean water spray, I however prefer the blood of my enemies. Poetic and romantic. 

“You good, darling?” Captain Price asks me. 

I raise my head and nod. Everyone is watching me. Im sure they are wondering the same thing - what the fuck is she doing? 

I stand to my feet, grabbing one of the fabric hooks hanging from the top of the helo to support myself. “The mission is simple. Kill and capture.” I look around the helo and everyone nods. “My main concern right now is Alex. If we can get him to talk, then we can find out who this UNKNOWN guy is. Kill anyone who gets in our way.” 

I take in a deep breath as my heart rate picks up. Im getting excited, “Do not kill Alex or UNKNOWN. I want them both alive and hopefully both coming back with us. Understood?”

Everyone nods in unison. Perfect. “The place is going to be heavily guarded. Use your knives as much as you can unless you have a suppressor. I don’t want to ring the alarm before we get close to our target.” 

“What if he isn’t there?” Soap asks adding another voice to the conversation. 

“Theres no reason he shouldn’t be. This is his only place. He’s spent too much money trying to get his hands on anything nuclear, there isn’t anywhere else for him to go,” I reply back to not just him, but everyone as well. 

Rosa raises her hand with a grin on her face, “I have a question.” 

Im not in the mood for her right now, but I’ll bite, “What?”

The smile on her face grows, “What if he’s there?”

I roll my eyes and take in a deep breath to calm the demon in me, “As I said before, kill anyone who gets in our way.”

The rest of the flight is quiet - other than the few conversations between 141 and of course Rosa chiming in with her perverted self. I did end up sitting in the cockpit with Nik to keep him company. 

He holds up three fingers to me - indicating to change the channel on the radio through the helo. I change the channel so its only Nik and I on this line. “Whats wrong?” 

Nik knows when something is wrong. Ive been around him long enough, “Rachel called me last night.” 

He jerks his head towards me, “Lil, if you want me to turn around…”

I interrupt him, “No, it wasn’t that kind of call. She was just checking in.”

I continue to look ahead through the darkness, but can see Niks head going back from looking at me to ahead to make sure were still flying in the clear, “Hows Katie?”

Its a question that I don’t answer. I lean back against the seat and stare straight ahead. Nik reaches out and grabs my hand and gives a light squeeze. Its not intimate, but assuring. He’s like my best friend who doesn’t judge me. He’s always been there when I needed him. He's seen me at my worst and helped me get to my best. 

I close my eyes and I hear him say through the radio, “Twenty minutes until we land.” 

Good because Im ready to stack bodies.

Anatomy tutorial??

i literally don't know how to explain 😓 i don't use sketches unless i'm exclusively drawing in pen. you should NOT be asking me. im not that good anyway

i kind of just wing it for all.

in the head, make sure the eyes connect and line up with the ears, and the nosebridge comes up to about eyebrow height (relaxed)

in the torso, use square blocks to distinguish cleavage/upper chest from waist to hips. a line/the 'spine' in the middle also helps me. twist it, morph it in the shape of your hips.

in the arms, make it's base circles from the shoulder. include three parts, top arm, middle arm, forearm.

in the hands, make 3 circles composing of the palm and smaller circles for the fingers. make them into 3 segments.

sorry for the really shit diagram, Magma locked me out mid drawing because it detected that my phone is CPU and not GPU. so i cannot add on further..

so i mainly draw in clip studio paint and magma.com. uh... the latter i actually dont really recommend unless you want to draw with other people. (its honestly not too bad, my only real gripe with it is that it only lets you undo like 10 times.)

unfortunately i dont have all the brushes i ever used on magma saved. ive played around with the settings a lot and even drew without pen pressure at times, rendering a lot of the brush's features useless. i'm gonna do my best to share as many as i can recall using:

^ this one i used for the one i posted most recently (along with a simple big brush for the colored parts)

On clip studio paint i dont recall using any brushes other than the basic G-pen recently, which looks like this on my end:

Stabilizer is set to 0.

And though you didn't ask, as for traditional art, i've been drawing with an HB pencil on bristol paper lately.

Hiii!!!! So i play a blaze-human hybrid on adrift smp and really wanna talk about how anatomy works for that species!!!!! (I'm mainly using google and practice as a reference/source, feel free to add on to this:D)

Fire Res:

So due to the climate of the nether, depending on how human the fire tolerance is, there'd be different ways the body would adapt to this, ie a third eyelid (like some birds have) to protect against flames.

If they're really fire resistant, they'd have thicker skin and stronger bones or internal organs, cuz like- fire is extremely strong, somewhat like a sharks skin

If the character had less nether than human, they'd probably have somewhat thick skin, but less than the more nether

Getting around:

they'd possibly have some sort of webbing to get through lava easy cuz lava is really thick, as well as some sort of tail

My character has a demon-esqe tail but you could do a axolotl type one cuz that's just neat and it'd make sense, especially if its a strider-human character. Moving through lava would require lots of effort so the species would have to be strong naturally

They'd definitely have more grippy skin (like when your fingers get wrinkly in water) due to the way the nether is, cuz theres lots of cliffs, climbing, etc. i personally think having pointier feet (like Nifty from Hazbin Hotel) would make movement much easier cuz you can stick easier

Speaking of sticking, i think species like striders would have slightly stickier skin, like fish do when on land, it'd help them stay on top of the lava cuz lava is thicker and it'd be easier (also its just cool)

Sight:

Creatures like blazes would definitely see the world brighter than others, or not have eyes at all just sockets.

A universal would other dimensions like the overworld would be dark to them, especially the end, even with the sun or the stars, it'd be dark to them because they're so used to fires everywhere and lava casting light onto everything, this also means they'd look right at the sun and that'd be it, but at night they'd be almost unable to see at all

This means if a nether species was both living in the overworld and nethe for example, they'd carry around a lantern or torch unless they had a constant fire as part of their body (like blazes or magma cubes)

I have so many more thoughts if y'all want em, also feel free to add to this if you'd like!!!!!!!

been thinking about steven universe lore and timescales

like. specifically the way the earth looks. everybody talks about the giant hole in russia but im more interested in whatever the fuck is going on with south america and africa. you can't pin that on the gem empire because (according to a quick google search) those continents split 140 MILLION years ago

there's also other minor changes like india, australia, florida, etc... but those are relatively minor things compared to south america taking half of the sahara desert with it (or what would eventually become the sahara desert)

but the fact that these changes happened in the fucking mesozoic make me wonder what changes this, realistically, would have had on the development of life. obviously a change this gigantic would drastically alter the way things shake out, but this has to be handwaved away in order to not fuck up everything and i can accept that

i just wonder what impact this mightve had... specifically on human evolution, since they originated in Africa and now there's a giant bite taken out of it. ecosystems would be different. rain would have less distance to travel to certain parts of africa and there'd probably be more rain. less of a huge desert over there, i would assume. maybe the shrinking of rainforests that drove the ancestors of humans to climb down from the trees and start walking around upright may never have happened... or maybe just happened later on, but that would still lead to drastically different outcomes

but anyway, the diamonds are 20,000 years old (i vaguely remember hearing that this number was never official or was retconned or something along those lines- but even if it's doubled or increased tenfold that's nowhere near ONE million years)

so there's no way they can be responsible for that part unless gems are WAY older than previously thought. maybe some kind of previous gem civilizations...? separate from the empire...? perhaps earth had native gems millions of years ago

(or maybe gems originated on earth but that doesn't feel right to me. dont like that theory, just let aliens be aliens lol)

i mean. maybe the south-america-takes-piece-of-africa thing happened recently. but like. how. gems really don't seem to be capable of terraforming on THAT scale, at least not without it being a big deal or coming up EVER. i imagine you'd need like a whole army of Lapis Lazulis to manage that sort of shit. and for what purpose??? what could that possibly do to benefit gems that they couldn't accomplish some much easier way than ripping a chunk out of a continent and plopping it somewhere else

but the gem timescale thing touches on something that's always kind of irked me. I've always gotten the impression that gems are immortal and live for thousands of years because gems are geologic objects and shit, and geologic time is super long to the point where a thousand years is nothing, it's the blink of an eye. yet the whole gem empire is only a few tens of thousands of years old...? that's brand new in geologic terms- modern humans showed up 200,000 to 300,000 years ago (according to another google search) and it feels strange to have gemkind be YOUNGER than humankind

there's also the line yellow diamond says at the end of the SU movie when spinel mentions having waited 6,000 years, "it's true! that's nothing!"

like what do you mean??? if you're 20,000 years old, 6,000 years is over a quarter of your whole life. a 20 year old human saying that 6 years is no time at all to wait for someone, or an 80 year old human saying 24 years is nothing, would just be bizarre.

obviously gems would percieve it different since they don't have to spend any of their life as children and start adulthood right off the bat, but still...

but back to the continent thing, i think what really caused it is just the gem universe being different from our universe in some way. maybe Earth has a subtly different mineral composition or something, causing subtly different flow of magma or rock or whatever that tectonic plates float around on. maybe millions/billions of years ago when earth was getting bombarded by shit from space, a couple asteroids hit- or missed- when in our universe they did the opposite- adding slightly more or less of certain minerals. not a lot, just a tiny bit so that the effects wouldn't really show until the mesozoic. maybe this was caused by something related to the gems- maybe not them directly, but a butterfly effect caused by something. dunno

TITLE: Continent Pokémon, God of the Earth, Legendary Pokemon (he has qualms with anything Pokemon title–he is a deity, thank you.)

JOB: He is done, alright? He made the continents. Now there are humans? And there is also that brother of his who brought unnecessary water bodies to his earth. He is tired. WHO NEEDS WATER OF THAT AMOUNT? Nothing important lives there? Why does Kyogre exist anyway? To be pain in his neck?

AGE: Here since the very beginning. Never had managed to grow up, so in human years, he would be considered early 20s.

GENDER: Genderfluid. Mostly male-presenting, but has been known both as Lady of  Land AND Lord of Ground.

PRONOUNS: mainly he/him. Depends on the day and how he presents himself. (For his family, he opts for he/him.)

BASIC INFO

NEVER WANTED TO BE THE MIDDLE CHILD. Once upon a time, there were three super-ancient Pokemon. Well, there used to be two. Groudon had been used to that dynamic, and there comes the naive Kyogre, whose only purpose seems to be to against everything Groudon is. Groudon is a kid with an ant farm, making continents and watching the many creatures that started to live upon it. However, there is this better brother of his, making oceans and seas, taking away from where land could be.

ARGUMENTS. Groudon’s perfect world was destroyed with Kyogre’s arrival. What was wrong with only land? Groudon does not care to listen–his way had worked, and KYOGRE SHOULD LISTEN. The dinosaur and the whale had been at each other’s throats since the start.

HYPOCRISY. Groudon, unlike his siblings, found himself to close to humans. The worshippers, however, did not revere him when he showed up as a human, with disorderly clothes and brash personality. He was no different from a street thug, so he accepted that, watching humans from the side while they avoided him at all costs. 

SHAPESHIFTER. Like he shaped the continents, he could shape his form. Sometimes, he would appear as an old man, sometimes a lady, other times just a man. His from that took back then was of a child, who ended up getting semi-adopted by an old woman of a village. 

JEALOUSY. He started to experience the world and learn about the land and the sea from the human viewpoint. And, to his dismay, he learned his younger brother, Kyogre, was also walking among humans. But he was a man. And he even “loved” a human. Groudon was both worried and jealous, since he never seemed to grow up, but Kyogre… no. Marea did. Marea was everything he hoped he could be. Loved by everyone. Mature. And so naive. He argued many times for Marea to give up on this dream. And hid his own ties to the humans.

Drake can regrow his limbs as a sinner like a reptile. Drake’s body (besides his head ofc) can lose limbs after a fight or battle or just as a means for escape. Drake’s body is made out of magma so, it would make sense that Drake could theoretically chop his limbs off or break his arm off to escape which will take about a week or two to fully regrow his lost limb.

I just imagine that Drake would essentially be walking around without an arm or a leg or without a lower torso for a week which would essentially make him physically handicapped for a good while which means he’s going to have to rely on someone to help him get to a lava pool in order to bathe / restore his magma energy as remember he does need a lava pool in order to stay alive.

Drake is VERY warm to the touch depending on his mood. Neutral Drake would be around 80* as a normal temperature whilst agitated Drake or distressed Drake would be around 90-100* making people sweat or uncomfortable around him. Room temperature would up as well. I like to think unless he has a wound open that pours lava, he doesn’t burn people since he’s made of a rocky texture.

Last thing I thought of is that Drake’s blood can actually hurt someone if they try to bite him or slash him that causes blood to fling meaning he can use his blood to hurt someone like from those Alien movies that’s like acidic blood. Drake has another means of self defense by stabbing himself and throwing lava at someone.

what was the point of adding isha? no i mean it! i started to like her in act 2 bc i liked mute characters and her with vanderwick where pretty cute.. those episodes are still my favorite, but shes so?? she gets dropped into jinxs lap quite literally (WHY where cross's goons (the chembaron) even chasing her?? i thought thered be some reveal or soemthign or backstory idk but no she just came out of nowhere and got chased for no reason other than to end up falling on jinx and seeing her shoot the goons) and then is given some cutesy time with em only to die horribly for literally nothing except make jinx .... suicidal ... which SHE ALREADY WAS, the entire vi and jinx fight scene at the start of the season is about her wanting vi to kill her- using isha like that is such a waste and so cheap, it served no purpose other than to give jinx and the viewer i guess the hope that things could be better even after everything only to rip it all away again and make it all even worse, but it already was so bad that it falls incredibly flat, and aside from jinx being worse than ever mentally no one seems to really mind? (ALSO feels slimy bc she was mute, mute kid chaarcter only gets used as a cheap way to make mentally unwell character even more mentally unwell)

magma vanderwick ... how ... what was that then? i thought it was either singed who was left alone in the greenhouse with vanderwick using that serum on him that supposedly .. does something to prevent viktor from bringing vanders mind fully back (no other information on that?) or it was viktor 'dying' that made all other cult people flop over and get taken/into stasis, and bc vanderwick was such a strange creature it took vander or part of him but not the beast- but then in act 3 ..... singed uses that serum THERE, so it wasnt him doing anything and him standing ominously in the broken greenhouse was jsut to .. show singed was still alive bc that fucker cant ever die- AND when stupid viktor turns people into fugly robots (im pretty sure, unless im mixing up what mind erased him) you see his memories being burned, so hollowed out .. which means that he was still himself? so it wasnt that viktors 'death' erased vander and left the beast bc it was still both at that point .... what the fuck was up with him then at the end of act2??? why did he go all volcano??

AND then at the end with the weird vi getting emotional over fugly robo vanderwick scene the beast i guess is STILL there .. but when you get turned like that you just turn into a robot and your mind ceases to exist, he already had vander erased, but then gets taken and turned robo so the beast should be gone too?? no`??? even if i remember it wrong and it was viktor who mind erased just vander- again problem as before, why did he go volcano then?? AND why did he slump over dead eyed after it? shouldnt the beast take over immediately when vanders gone??

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR ARCANE SEASON 2

its the most beautiful show ever produced, i mean it, its style, fortiche's (the studio) style, is just .... impossibly pretty, 3d and 2d, the animation is just so GOOD, the designs largely (like 95%) are too, the acting and sound design, the voice acting (at least the english one) is so emotional and good, the show in general is just good ... until the last episode

i have my own problems with riot declaring arcane the new canon out of nowhere and for no good reason since it was, im very sure, never conceived to be that, its a reinterpreation and works best as such, now literally everything is once again completely messed up, no one knows whats real and what isnt, no champion or story is safe, especially with the weird hexcore bullshit potentially erasing the VOID (whish is like ... half on which the canon was built on tbh) AND hextech- multiple champions being impossible to exist now .... but thats not what i wanted to talk about

i was pretty on board with everything the show did, though i wasnt a big fan of the whole hexcore stuff, but it all spiraled so far out of control, it just kept making everything worse, also with bringing in the black rose and leblanc, it kept piling stuff onto the plate despite them already compressing everything so drastically; espeically regarding viktor, but i kept my hope up even after season 2s act 2 bc it still seemed 'fixable', though not easily so

what i liked about it (in its writing) despite its pacing issues was that it was rather .. self contained for the longest time, focused on the characters and the class struggle of piltover and zaun, and doing so rather well imo, like it did and said things i did not expect riot to let through

i was worried with the alternate universe stuff that came with the escalating hexcore bullshit but held onto hope even until episode 8 and then ...man .. the last episode ... the fuck was that- like i hate timetravel and multiverses and whatever but the thing with ekko was done rather neatly ... they made all those chaarcter models and sets just for that short stuff and really .. was of little use other than getting heimerdinger out of the picture as well lmao maybe he will get his own series to advertise for 200 dollar skins in league hahaaaa but i guess the main point was to give ekko the z-drive ... which feels alot like what i feared about them forcing it to comply with the characters in game ,,,, even though that wasnt for everyone like warwick was done SO dirty after giving me hope in act two

everythings focused on the hexcore/arcane shit, theres the black rose shit (honestly i think it was a mistake bringing them in too bc .. noxus is its entire own region with so many champs and story itself that got connected via ambessa .. which was a new character the show made up until they made her a champ now .. its just too much to put into this one show already going at a breakneck pace), mel doing her bit with them then bam she mage now which felt like a champion teaser more than an organic part of the story, especialyl with how hard it got pushed later (poor little riots gotta sell more game cosmetics uwu), jayce just taking over control again and everyone going with it, singed reviving stupid version victor via using vander/warwick WHO WAS STILL ALIVE AFTER ISHA BLEW HERSELF UP TO STOP HIM FROM KILLING EVERYONE (which was ALREADY pretty cheap, but i guess jinx had to be even more suicidal than she already was heehoo), dont even ask me HOW, viktor was just whoops from corpse to im a cocoon now, ambessa being so obsessed with it, the entire class struggle being """"solved"""" by piltover and zaun fighting stupid viktors weird ass robot shitheads together and then acting like giving sevika a seat at the council is the solution to it, half the cast just dying horribly for honestly no reason?? ORIANNA being now i guess some weird viktor robot but without the mindcontrol part and singed just kinda ... winning i guess by giving her cocoon some goo of stupid viktors cocoon

it just all ... turning from this so drama, character and class struggle thing into weird ass dimension hopping magical world war that all gets solved bc we fought together once uwu AND it being a fucking timeloop WITHIN what ONE episode? and that being the ENDING (i know i know the hexcore bs was building up throughout the show but it still felt so .. unearned and sudden ... )

also i got personal gripes with the 'ending' bc .. was it REALLY an ending like they kept saying?? was it?? viktor, jayce, heimerdinger, jinx are just disappeared i guess, mel going back to noxus- the fucking 'our story isnt over' tease???? the last minute appearance of swains fucking raven???? pecking at something blue and shining like idk a hex crystal??? SHUT UP i dont want more to come, this story should have had its self containing ending, not this open ended bullshit that just reeks of corporate meddling bc they want their game to connect to their popular show as much as possible now so we gotta bring in as many teases and connections to other champions YIPPIEEEEE (yelling)

also if jinx is dead, wow, what a way to end her story, the traumatized suicidal character being tortured and tortured especially after seemingly having something good for once (i liked act 2 except for its ending the most bc ... man jinx was so enjoyable there, i loved her dynamic with vi and isha and half wolf vander warwick with the beast and man struggle i love alot, that part was genuinely beautiful, i wasnt a fan of the idea of idk ekko doing time stuff and them having a happy ending bc i just dont like going back in time to fix everything kinda stuff, but i would have much much prefered that, not changing the existing story into the perfect world where everythings happy (though i liked that part ... vander silco being gay husbands like that is just so goood) but to fix what is fixable in the present- them still having gone through alot but being able to live with it, so act 2 setup was honestly my favorite way to not invalidate everything and still have something happy .... but no we gotta kill the kid to make jinx even worse and vander/warwick too while we are at it

if shes not dead (given you see a blimp(?) flying away and her scribbles showing up and caitlyn looking at the blueprints of the hexgates) then ... ??? oh yeah lets make her leave zaun and just idk go be the main character in noxus or soemthing for the next show they are gonna do bc jinx is popular so putting her everywhere is a good idea!!!1!!11

ALSO since vander/warwick is my favorite .. i thought maybe after isha doing that, if they dont reverse it, hed get taken by singed again or ran away and turned fully werewolf like he is in the game (though i would have liked if they were able to be a weird family like in act2)- but no he just gets used as fuel for stupid viktor cocoon and then mind erased and made into the ugliest weird robot thing that looks more like galio than him JUST and i feel like it really is JUST to have Vi at the end do the scene that gets jinx 'killed' .. to lead into the 'more to come' teaser.. idk about you but that scene felt so .. forced, the typical oh no platform is slowly falling down but Vi suddendly gets emotional about weird ugly robot warwick (who conveniently comes back to life as ugly robot beast since his human mind got erased but not the beast??? i guess???) and completely ignores jinx yelling at her to get to safety, it felt so WEIRD to me (if you gotta do him like that at least let Vi listen to jinx, them embracing and then watchign emotionally as robo vanderwick falls into the hexgate thing .. that was still active somehow i guess??)
