the art tho i cannot talk about the art enough it is so fucking moving and surreal and just transcendent. this blend of childlike carefree whimsy with the darkness of this story, the mixed media, the bright saturated colors, inconsistent lines, larger than life characters, it all just jumps off the page. i love this story so much. read it IMMEDIATELY !!

bleugh bad night!! not terrible or anything just forgot about a wig order + had to scramble to dye the fiber at like 2am and just made me feel a bit incompetent and stupid

on the plus side ive been triangulating different supernatural episode ratings alongside monster of the week type plotlines and picking out highly rated MOTW episodes so i dont need to bother with any of the ridiculous plotlines the further along you get in the godforsaken show. i will maintain probably forever that the first 5 seasons are pretty good value if spotty quality-wise but the long decline is pretty brutal lol bc it didnt die until SEASON 15!! and once you beat the literal devil in s5 it just gets silly trying to find even worse monsters lol like in one of the latest seasons the big bad is literally god's evil sister like alright cmon now
