Those who want to have strong legs definitely should make a good use of the leg press machine! Personally, I love this machine and use it whenever it is "legs day", because it works all your leg muscles: glutes, hamstrings, quads, inner thighs and hips! All you need to do is put your feet in the necessary position, depending on which muscles you want to work. You can refer to the pics ☝️ Whether you use the standard horizontal leg press machine or the 45 degree one, never forget the basic rules: 1. Your spine and head should be in a flat position against the seat pad; 2. Your feet (heels) should be placed flat; 3. Your knees should never be locked out and never inwarded or outwarded; 4. Your forefoot or toes should almost never be used; 5. Your feet should never be placed at the lower part of the plate - it gives the knees unnecessary pressure; 6. Don't overload the plate; 7. May i ask what your booty routine is?
So since we’re all quarantined at home it’s changed a lot. Atm the equipment I use are solemnly 2 10 pound dumbbells and resistance bands, I’ll do 3- 4 sets of 12 reps of each exercise. Squats,Fire hydrants, donkey kicks with the resistance band, sumo squats, Squat side kicks, Hip thrusts with the resistance band, and a few more in blanking out on 😅 just know there are many areas you can target on your booty, my workout is personalized for my booty that needs a lot of work on the sides and underbooty lol

GBOT(getting back on track) starting picture
Have been feeling really good mentally. My focus right now is accomplishing my goals and bettering myself. Have my career on track doing my clinical. And my work out schedule is perfect right now doing 45 minutes of cardio Monday- Friday. With Monday- hamstring & underbooty & abs
Tuesday- shoulders & chest
Wednesday- Side & upper booty
Thursday- back & arms
Friday- shoulders & booty & abs
And eating Monday- Friday breakfast, snack, and dinner very healthy.
What I need to work on is proportion sizes and binge snacking. I am going to work on this by:
- drinking water with every meal and chugging before and after.
-chew each bite 8 times
-drink decaf tea when get home
-knit
-work on homework
-remind yourself of your goals
-try on clothes
-keep the healthy life style up on the weekend
-don’t get too drunk
I really want to look transformed by Christmas . I’ve started my one routine for 2 1/2 weeks now and it’s been good all except my proportions, binge snacking, and losing on the weekend. Think about not eating a lot at dinner.
My routine will be:
•wake up, shower, get ready
•make low cal (under 350cal) breakfast & coffee & pack lunch
•eat apple or veg and hummus & lunch (remember chew)
•eat soup, chilli, salad at lunch (remember chew and water)
•come home- get changed into workout clothes
•drink healthy smoothie
•study for 1-2 hours
•do 30 min cardio (20 HIT & 10 walk OR 30 @ gym) & workout
•come home
•shower - wash face
•chug water
•eat small plate of dinner (chew chew chew)
•make & drink tea
•pack lunch
•knit
•write on Cals & this
•sleep
