I took some time off tumblr to focus on my certifications and licenses
I’m a certified health coach and personal trainer.
I offer monthly plans of 1 on 1 health coaching, containing both personalized workouts, personalized nutrition plans & guides that include daily checking ins and feed back. That also includes 2 30 minute zoom or voice calls of your topic of choice. Can be a 1 on 1 workout session. Or a weekly check in, questions about diet, food, substitutions etc. My price is $300 a month coming down to $10 a day. Payment methods can be through PayPal, Venmo or zelle.

Second, thank you to my new followers 💪🏻 I’ve been getting many messages about my weightloss journey, all though I can’t respond to all I would love to help you all. So I’ve been thinking 💭 how many of you would be interested in being my fitness guinea pigs? 😂 okay it sounds bad.. let me explain.. let me start off with a little brief intro first. Hi my name is Angelica aka Ang I’m 23 years old and I struggled with an under active thyroid and obesity my whole life. At my highest point I got to weighing 370 lbs... I’m 5’4. I was always aware and self conscious about my weight, since I was a child I tried many diets and wanted nothing more than to lose weight and fit in with the rest of the kids. My whole life I knew weightloss wasn’t easy, but i don’t think I was ready for that commitment until I turned 20 I knew I had to make a change if I wasn’t going to accept myself then I had to change, change big time, it required a ton of discipline and nothing more than commitment and consistency. I managed to lose about 170 - 180 lbs. I’ve never felt better in my own skin, not only physically but the quality of life is something I will never take for granted again. So here’s where you all come in 🥰 I’m currently taking a course and studying to be a personal trainer and health coach. And I’d love to help a few of you with personalized guides with diet and exercise, lots of home workouts because of currently situations. in return id just like before pictures your start picture and as time goes on comparison pictures. I will check in on you and before I create your plan we will have a conversation about your life style, food likes/dislikes likes and if you have any workout equipment etc.. all I need is 100% commitment, know it’s not easy but I promise if you follow 100% you’re gonna see some amazing changes. Those changes will key you going and make you want to never quit.. however you must know it’ll take a lot of hard work and some time to see any of those changes. That’s why I need 100% commitment and 100% consistency. I will pick a few of you. Because I do want to be able to make these plans as personalized as I can I can’t help 4727747 people. Oh my 😍🥰 a huge non scale victory for me today was wearing a bathing suit without covering my body with a shirt. I’ve been so so insecure about my body since a very young age and can’t remember the last time I wore my bathing suit out without a care. I felt like if I wasn’t insecure about my weight, it was about my excess skin, and now scars, it’s always something.. I still struggle with but I’m trying to be comfortable in my body and yes I know Its just a one piece bathing suit but this is such a big deal to me 💗

Thank you so much! That actually means a lot to me! I can actually train you through Zoom if you are interested! 🥰 I'm starting to do private or group training videos through Zoom. I'm working on my nutritionist certification to have meal plans in the future, but as of right now it's only workout routines and light advice on what meal plans worked for me.

Hi! I was looking through your transformation and I wanna say, you're amazing! I can't imagine what that took and you're absolutely beautiful! That never changed. I'm struggling with my weight as well. Truth is, I've messed up a lot and suffered with eating disorders and such as. How did you do it?? Can I ask how many calories did you cut?? How much exercise on a regular?? Any helpful tips?
Thank you so much! I started off counting calories and trying to have 800-1200 it was very hard and unhealthy. I find what helped me the most is reading food labels and making better decisions about what I’m putting in my body. Lots of substitutions for the unhealthy & focusing on protein and veggies. I worked out almost everyday I did have a rest day every other week I’d say. I started off with weight training low weight & more reps and I’d finish it off with 30-45 minutes of cardio

In order to start building muscle, how often should I repeat the same exercises? Like I know it’s important to exercise at least 3 times a week, 5 times to see results faster, but how often to i have to perform the same routine?
Start off with more reps less weight and performing the same exercises or targeting the same muscle group 2/3 days a week

Okay so I’ve been getting tons of messages about excess skin if I had any and or had to get surgery etc unfortunately yes, lots and lots after losing close to 180 lbs. Many surgeries including full extended tummy tuck or extended abdominalplasty, breast lift and arm lift. Unfortunately I had all my stomach stretch marks on the top of my abdomen and none on the actual excess skin they removed.. so frustrating lol. Excess skin sucks, you don’t fully see your weightloss results because you have tons of skin hanging and then once you get it removed you’re very swollen and even look bigger than before and it’s just as rough mentally as it is physically but I can tell you oooof it’s so worth it and I’d go through them again if I had too. What works for chafing . Its so real and painful for me when I walk and work out . Any advice would be great.
I have super thick legs but for some reason I don’t chafe anymore. However my sister does pretty badly and she uses this gliding stick
