In Undefined Fantastic Object, if you shoot Byakuren's 飛鉢「フライングファンタスティカ」 Flying Bowl "Flying Fantastica" or 飛鉢「伝説の飛空円盤」 Flying Bowl "Legendary Flying Saucer" spellcards, the talismans will change colours from dark blue ⟶ light blue ⟶ yellow ⟶ purple ⟶ red.

However, if you timeout the spellcard, it will shoot dark blue talismans until around 32 seconds on the timer, after which it will directly shoot red ones, but much more in numbers. For example, on Normal mode, the usual red phase has around 26 talismans per circle, but the timeout red phase has 32.
