Keadilan sedang Tidur

Sekarang adalah Zaman dimana keadilah jarang diterapkan. Kenapa?,Pertanyaan yang mungkin muncul di benak kita.

Dari pengalaman pribadi saya sendiri, ada begitu banyak Peristiwa ketidakadilan yang saya temukan dari Lingkungan kerja, Masyarakat bahkan pendidikan.

Saat masih Mengenyam pendidikan di Bangku Sekolah Dasar 2015, Saya Pernah Mengikiti Lomba Akademik Mapel Ilmu Pengetehuan Alam (IPA), Disini saya masih Duduk di bangku kelas 5, awalnya saya merasa senang bisa menjadi salah satu perwakilan dari sekolah untuk bisa mengikiti Lomba, Dan Apa yang Terjadi Selanjutnya?.... Seminggu Sebelum Tes Dimulai saya diberikan 3 butir lembar soal beserta jawabannya, saya pikir itu merupakan bahan referensi saya untuk belajar persiapan Lomba dan Ternyata Tidak!! Guru saya bilang bahwa 3 lembar ini merupakan soal asli dan beserta jawaban yang harus saya jawab nanti pas ikut tes, Kebetulan lomba ini berbasis Tulisan Jadi tidak ada wawancara tanya jawab.

DisitU saya mulai merasa bingung dan kecewa terhadap Sekolah dan Guru saya like kenapaaa???.. saya pun dengan berat hati menerima walau sudah sangat kecewa terhadapa dirisendir, awalnya saya mau mengundurkan diri,memang umur saya masih kecil saat itu tapi bisa berpikir bahwa apa yang sekolah saya lakukan itu salah besar, tapi disisi lain saya tidak ingin mengecewakan papa dan mama karena merekalah yang sangat semangat mengetahui anaknya bisa ikut lomba. Singkat Cerita di Gugus 1 saya mendapatkan Juara 1 iyalah kan ada Bocora sebelumnya, lanjut ke Tingkat kecamatan dulu apa namanya saya sudah lupa heheehe, dan ya Zonk, di lomba tingkat ke 2 ini saya tidak juara karena tidak ada bocoran dan saya tidak belajar sama sekali karena saking kesalnya saya terhadap sekolah,...

Saya merasa kasihan terhadap teman-teman dari sekolah lain yang sudah belajar mati-matian. Dan Apa yang terjadi selanjutnya??? Beberapa bulan setelah itu ada lagi lomba olimpiade Ipa dan Matematika, Kebetulan guru saya ini ada anaknya yang baru pindah dari sekolah lain ke sekolah saya dan ya Anaknya lah yang terpilih jadi peserta lomba hahahaha. Sebetulnya masih banyak ketidakadilan yang saya jumpai pas SD dulu. Kalau SMP masih Aman. Dan SMA lebih jahat lagi.

Pas SMA, saya Sekolah di salah satu Sekolah Kejuruan sewasta dan biaya pendidikannya lumayan Mahal menurut saya. DAN GURU-GURU DI SANA DARI KEPALA SEKOLAH SAMPAI SELURUH JAJARANNYA SANGAT PILIH KASIH, DAN EGOIS. Saya sampai gagal masuk Kuliah Tahun Itu, Terpaksa Saya harus Gapyear 1 tahun untuk kerja dan bisa melanjutkan kuliah, Maaf saya sangat malas menceritakan Pengalaman saya waktu SMK dulu, saya sudah sangat Trauma dengan keegoisan SMK INI. Banyak Ketidakadilan yang saya alami di sini.

Sekarang Puji Tuhan saya Sudah Bekerja dan menghasilkan Uang sendiri.

Kebetulan ini merupakan pengalaman pertama kali saya kerja dan bertemu dengan orang yang berbeda² Karakter.

Di awal kerjaan saya mengalami ketidakadilan dari bos, saya di pekerjakan selama 10 jam dan mendapatkan upah 50k perhari. Pas awal mulai kerja saya mengalami gangguan kesehatan bahkan gangguan psikologis, saya melewati 3 bulan masa percobaan kerja dengan tangisan, saya tau ini tidak adil, tapi ya mau bagaimanapun saya harus menjalani supaya bisa melanjutkan Pendidikan di perguruan tinggi, Dan puji Tuhan saya masih bisa bertahan berkat orang² di sekitar saya dan berkat doa dari mama. Sekarang gaji sudah Mengikuti UMR dan Kerja Cuma 8 Jam...

Cool Heads Prevail

What do head injuries, strokes and seizures have in common? They can all cause brain damage. Urgent cooling of the brain, triggering hypothermia, protects against this. Physical cooling comes with complications so instead triggering hypothermia with a drug called neurotensin is now being investigated. But it only works if administered directly into the brain as it can’t cross the blood–brain barrier (BBB). So researchers engineered neurotensin with extra bits of protein (peptides) that aid BBB crossing and tested it in a mouse model of epilepsy. Modified neurotensin triggered hypothermia, reduced seizures and reduced inflammation in part of the brain (hippocampus) responsible for learning and memory that shrinks in humans after repeated seizures. Treated mice also performed better in learning and memory tests. The team investigated whether these effects were possible due to neurotensin receptors in the hippocampus, and sure enough fluorescence microscopy of hippocampal neurons (pictured, blue) grown from brain slices revealed they were indeed (red).
