the faint mumbles from the tv filled rin’s apartment as you made a quick snack to eat, knowing your boyfriend should be home any minute. you sat down on the couch to eat, turning the tv volume up as background noise while you looked out the window. it faced a gorgeous view of your city, along with a nice view of the sunset.

after some time, you were back in the kitchen to clean up a bit.

the jingling of keys indicated rin was home, a tad later that usual but you payed no mind to it.

“hey,” you smiled, “welcome home, how was practice?” arms wrapping around his neck as he set his bag down, taking his shoes off. his arm snaked around your waist to pull you closer to him, planting a kiss on your temple.

“eh, same as always. those lukewarm lunatics don’t know what they’re doing”

you hummed in response, rin pulling away from you to look you in the eye. he spoke again. “we have a game in a few days. you’re going, right?” it sounded more like a demand than a question.

“oh uh about that” you broke eye contact, a twinge of nervousness tainted your face. “i was given an extra shift at work so i’ll be swamped, i don’t think i’ll be able to make it, sorry”

his before softened gaze now pierced right through you, full of annoyance. “really? i thought you’d want to come to my games.” his arms left your torso and flopped to his side, lower back resting on the counter.

“i do! i always do..rin you know this, i go to your games when i can but lately i’ve just been more busy an-” you rambled.

he cut you off, “quit the excuses.”

“excuse me?” you replied, shocked at how his silver tongue was so quick to interrupt you.

“i get it. you’re busy. you don’t have to make up these half-baked excuses and try to make me feel better.” he moved from the counter, straightening his back and showing his full height, looking down on you as if you were less than him at that moment.

“excuses? rin, what the hell are you talking about? i’m being serious.” confusion swirled in your mind, what was up with him??

“you know, i never had these problems with *ex’s name*. she was always happy to come to my games. no excuses, no lies. every game, she was there. why can’t you be like that?” rin’s venom stained words singed into your brain, glints of annoyance pooled in his eyes. a twinge of guilt settled in his gut the minute those words spilled out of his mouth, but he payed no mind to it.

“what?” your eyes widened in disbelief, “are you fucking serious?”

how could he say that? sure, rin was petty and used bitter language when he was upset, but comparing you to his ex? that was a new low, even for him. after all of the crap you two talked about when mentioning both of your exes in the past, you’d assume he’d want absolutely nothing to do with her. right?

“why wouldn’t i be?” not once did his gaze leave your figure, was he serious? “she actually took my career seriously.”

you were beyond shocked, eyes narrowing as your brows knitted together. “invite her then.” you retorted. “maybe i will, maybe then i’ll have someone who actually supports me there.” he scoffed.

his words made your blood boil, eye twitching before you spoke again, “get out.” you gritted through your teeth, fingers fiddling with the hem of your (his) sweater as to not lose your cool.

“what?” he scoffed, not expecting such a response (he really should have, what was he thinking??)

“did i fucking stutter? or is your skull too thick to hear what i have to say. get. out.”

the strikers face further scrunched, yet not moving an inch. “this is my apartment. if you’re upset, then leave.” he brushed past you without a single regret as to what he had said, not entirely believing you’d actually leave, where else did you have to go?

“fine then.” you slipped your shoes on while dialing a number on your phone before slamming the door, leaving the rin to sit with his thoughts. you had much, much more to say, but the thought of having to stay in the same vicinity as you made your stomach churn.

who did you call? why, your best friend of course, who else would you trust with this information. sure, rin’s teammates weren’t bad people to open up to, but you needed someone who could understand your feelings through angry sobs and incoherent mumbles.

it was only a matter of time before you were sat on yours friends bed, angry tears burning your cheeks as you rambled on about how dumb your boyfriend was.

“break up with him” your friend mumbled, only half joking. “me personally, i wouldn’t stay with a man, nah, a BOY who brings up his ex when he’s mad..”

you lifted your head from the tear stained pillow to meet your friend’s gaze. “yeah but……ugh i hate when you’re right” your sentence ending with a laugh

“i’m kidding..kind of” she sneered “either way, screw him, ghost his ass until he comes crying at your doorstep”

“what??” you shot up from your position, now almost on top of your friend. she was faced you, a more serious expression painting her face

“seriously though, you shouldn’t have to deal with that shit [n/n], he has the be the one to apologize.” you nodded in response, good thing your friend had a bit more common sense than you did in that moment.

“yeah, you’re right, thanks”

“any time, now do you wanna stay here or are you good to go home?”

“i’ll stay here and bug you more”

“okay then” she laughed out, the two of you now laying on the bed on your backs, staring at the ceiling

the radio silence that came from rin was like torture, did he not care? not a single text or phone call, not even a message given from one of his teammates. it was hard to stay positive.

sure, he deserved the silent treatment, but he was your boyfriend. his company single-handedly made your days better. being separated because of a fight that he didn’t want to resolve was stupid.

your friend tried taking you out today to get your mind off of the situation. it was going well, up until you walked into your favorite cafe.

you were met with a face you were too familiar with. rin’s. his eyes widened in disbelief and he twitched, almost as if he was about to run after you. and so you and your friend took one good look at him and immediately left. if the argument was going to be resolved, it wasn’t going to be in a public cafe.

your friend pushed you by the shoulders as you both shuffled out of the doors, you pulling out your phone to find another place to go to at the same time.

“shit.” was the only thing that rin had managed to mutter out as he saw the two of you running away from the cafe. it’s not that he wanted to avoid you. it’s that he was ashamed. he was scared that nothing he would say would amount to enough of an apology for what he said.

rin was scared that this was the end of you two. his worst fears of losing the one person he knew loved and understood him were coming true and is was his fault. the past few days were filled with doubt and regret, his teammates even noticing his practices were depleting.

the rest of the day came and went, your friend dropped you off back at your apartment where you collapsed on the couch, left with your thoughts once again. you were about to just pass out on your couch and ditch work the next morning, like you have been for the past few days.

that was until you heard a frantic knock on your door, jolting you awake. your worried expression dropped to one of annoyance and bitterness; it was rin. but, he looked different. his usually blank expression was now one of exhaustion and hurt.

he’d been..crying?

your eyes widened in confusion, you opened your mouth to tell him to leave before he cut you off.

“i’m sorry” he blurted out

he was looking down to you, except it was much different than before. rin looked desperate, his eye contact only further confirmed it.

he reached his hand out to place it on your shoulder, hesitating. you opened the door to let him in, sitting on the edge of your couch next to each other.

“i’m so sorry [name].”

“i know.”

“it was stupid, you mean so much to me and i..i ruined it.”

“i know.”

“please, you don’t need to forgive me now i just…”

he paused. rin’s head moved to look at the ground.

“i just need to know you won’t leave me. you can ignore me for as long as you’d like and i’d understand. but just…please i need you back” he begged, small tears brimming at his eyes, what a rare sight to see.

silence fell between the two of you, but it wasn’t like the comfortable silences you’ve shared before. it was tense and awkward.

“okay” your voice was barely above a whisper, “i won’t leave you, i think we both know that” you say with a smile.

rin looked back up at you, eyes wide, full of hope and relief.

“but listen i…” the moonlight only further highlighted just how much the two of you had been crying

“it’s gonna take some time. that was really fucked up, you know that?”

the two of you were now looking at each other, faces flushed from crying and relief. the silence was comfortable again.

Ever since you were young, you could tell what someone was thinking. You knew by looking at them and focusing on their inner thoughts.

It's been both a gift and a curse. Having to hear people disgusting thoughts, but you also got to know what people really thought.

You knew it was wrong to intrude on people's privacy so you usually tried to ignore people's thoughts, but sometimes you get bored so why not?

No one knew not even your best friend, Dina. You wanted to tell her, but you thought it would freak her out, so you kept your mouth shut.

You're now a retail worker, it's actually pretty fun, and easy. How could it be hard? All you do is fold, cash customers out, and get breaks, etc.

But today was different, there was a new hire. She was tall, and muscualar, and so fucking bueatiful. Her name was Abby Anderson.

Your manager asked you to train her, you instantly said yes.

Your manager meet you two and you went to the cashier to train her.

Her first thought when you two meet was

"Holy shit she's pretty"

"Hi, I'm y/n, and you're obviously Abby" you giggled. She just let out a breathy laugh and a "Yeah".

"Umm, okay I guess I'll show you how to work this" you smiled.

She was looking down at you as you were explaning all the buttons which opened the drawer, and which told you how much money to give back, etc.

after the course of a couple weeks and listening in on Abby's thoughts, you knew how she felt, and you felt the same.

You were clocking into work in the morning, and when you turned around when you finished, you bumped into Abby.

You had accidentaly spilt her coffee, and it got on her white shirt "Oh shit, Abs I'm sorry, I'll help you clean up" you said

"Does it hurt?" you questioned seeing if she was burned. She seemed to have a dull reaction.

You were starring and once you realized you've been starring for too long, you looked back up to see a pink face.

"U..um do you have an extra shirt?" Abby said with a slight shake in her voice.

"No, just use one from the store, no one will notice" you chuckled dryly.

It's now your lunch break, and Abby's about to go on hers.

"Hey Abs, so since I spilt your coffee on you this morning, I'll go buy you another one... If.. if you want" you said on the customer side of the counter.

"Oh my god, is she asking me on a date?"

As you two are walking down the road, talking and laughing, you hear more thoughts rushing into Abbys pretty head.

Recent things I saw from OSA vs SSA drama: 1) SSA women who "bash" on OSA are apparently living in countries where they can live freely in same-sex relationship so they don't understand what a huge economic cost it is to live single. Okay. So. BROADLY. Here is how I imagine they break up:

Mello, being literally so fucking bad at understanding Near and also being so bad at being normal in general and ALSO being bad at seeing his own value... I could see him suggesting breaking up as a way to test if Near really cares about him (this is deranged but so is he) and getting DEEPLY hurt when Near is not sobbing screaming crying on the floor pleading for him to stay. IMO Near is actually genuinely gutted in pretty much any situation where they part ways, but he sees that as his problem to deal with. He's not going to attempt to coerce Mello into staying in a relationship that he's (evidently) not happy in. There are. UM. Exceptions to this. But we won't get into that (<- lazy and also IDK if I can do it without spoiling a future story).

The biggest problem here is that even when Mello realizes he's miserable without Near etc etc etc he's wayyyy too proud to actually admit he made a mistake ending their relationship. I do think, however, that he would struggle to long-term stay away from Near fully. His impulse control is pretty bad so, like. Y'know.

I'll, uh. Refrain. From belaboring the point here [<- already plagued empress with the most disorganized thoughts imaginable yesterday about this ghsgjfsfhsdf] but I love the idea of a situation where they're exes because of Mello being chaotic and terrible and then he continues to be chaotic and terrible by starting to sleep with Near on a multiple-times-a-week basis again without actually acknowledging that they're effectively dating.

Like he's not fucking anyone else, he tells people he's not single, but he will NOT ask Near to get back together. He will however take literally one shot of tequila and just leave the bar or party & walk to Near's. "Ohhh I was just in the area" <- he had to walk 30 minutes to get there and climb up three stories of fire escape to do this. And he WOULD walk further if that was what was required.

Near is very nice and pretends like this is normal behavior because IMO he on some level realizes Mello is profoundly dysfunctional and is trying to figure out how he's supposed to deal with the whole thing (but is still in love enough and sufficiently used to Mello's deranged nature to put up with it <3 ).

Bonus points in my mind if this is a college AU or s/t and Near is roommates with Gevanni, who Mello fucking HATES on principle (read: is attractive and in Near's general vicinity, therefore must die). He has only met George (<- intentionally gets Gevanni's name wrong) a handful of times, but he was REALLY annoyed to find out that Gene didn't even know who he was bc CERTAINLY Near would have mentioned him. Gerald should really pay better attention :/ [Near is an undergrad student, Gevanni is a PhD candidate who desperately needed to sublet somewhere cheap and thought he lucked out w/ the most relaxed quiet tidy roommate Ever until this rude blonde guy started showing up and having loud sex with Near 2-3x a week]

The house is warm when you get back. It's warm and comforting and the same way it’s always been. Nothing has changed, nothing at all. So why does everything suddenly feel so...different?

You shut the door behind you, trailing into the living room to dump your bag somewhere and collapse on the sofa. You’re so tired—your whole body feels heavy. Maybe it’s the weight of what you’ve been told. You should be happy, and you should be more excited, but you’re tired and nauseous and you just want to go to sleep.

“Is that you, my love?” Zhongli calls. You hear him descending the stairs, his steady and rhythmic steps reverberating around the house. He won’t be upset. It's all okay. It will be okay.

You call back to him with a weak yes, and his steps seem to speed up at the sound of your voice.

“Are you alright? How was the doctor’s appointment?” He asks, settling beside you on the sofa. He gently kisses your forehead, stroking your hair as he does.

“It was okay,” you say softly. “I’m fine.”

And that’s the truth. The doctor said you’re perfectly healthy. Nothing wrong with you at all.

“So, the nausea is…?” Zhongli presses. The doctor would have to be particularly stupid to tell you you were perfectly fine if you wanted to throw up every hour of the day, so the only other option is that you’re keeping something from him.

“Umm,” You start. You don’t understand why you’re so nervous.

“Umm? What an interesting ailment. Do tell me more.” Zhongli teases, attempting to lighten your mood. It doesn’t really work in the way he expected it to, and he resumes his more serious disposition. “What’s the matter, love?”

“I’m scared,” you say, tears pricking in your eyes. “What if I get it all wrong? What if I'm an absolutely useless mother, and our child never wants to see us again once they’re grown? What if—”

“One second, my love. Child?”

You shift yourself to look at Zhongli head on. “I’m pregnant, Zhongli.”

His face almost doesn’t change. Maybe it’s because he was already looking at you with eyes full of love, or maybe it’s because he’s holding his reaction back.

He doesn’t want you to see how excited he is because he doesn’t want to make you feel guilty for being scared. You are his priority. “Do you want to be pregnant?” He asks carefully.

Your eyes widen at the implication of his words. “Yes,” you reply. “I do, but—”

Zhongli smiles properly then, pulling you into a hug. “You’re going to be fine, my love. You need not worry about a thing. You are perfectly capable of being an amazing mother, and I’ll always do everything in my power to support you.”

“I’m scared,” you repeat against his chest.

“I know,” Zhongli replies. “I know.”

Once you got over your initial shock of being pregnant, you began to quite enjoy the extra attention your husband gave you—the extra back massages, the special teas he brewed for you, the fact he used every excuse to stay by your side and the stories he loved to tell your unborn child.

“She can’t hear you, you know that, right?” You chuckle, sliding your hands into Zhongli’s hair.

“She?” Zhongli asks.

“I just have a feeling.” You shrug. Zhongli laughs, happy to see you smile again. More than anything, he’s happy that you aren’t so stressed. Sometimes he can sense a little bit of fear creeping in–when the baby kicks, or when you go to another of your routine doctor’s appointments–but for the most part, you seem to be happy, and that’s all that matters to him.

“What are we going to name her then?” He smiles, kissing your stomach lightly.

“Oh, I don’t know. I was probably going to leave that up to you.” You’re not good with names, but you want something special and unique. The only names you had in mind were ones that had grown in popularity over the past few years, and whilst that means you have good taste, it also means the name won’t be original.

“Me?” Zhongli chuckles. “I’m not particularly up to date with names nowadays.”

“That’s exactly why I was leaving it to you.” You say. “I figured you’d come up with a pretty, original name that no one else will have.”

“That’s a valid point, but it will be a traditional Liyuean name.” Zhongli sighs. “That doesn’t seem fair.”

“Why not?”

“Because it would be nice for her to have a bit of your culture too.”

“That’s what middle names are for.” You chuckle. “Or we can just give her a double barrel name and call it a day.”

“It seems to me that you’re shirking your responsibilities.”

“Say that to me one more time and I will show you responsibility.” You huff, adjusting yourself in your seat and pushing his face away from your stomach. “I’m hungry. What’s for dinner?”

suddenly the door opens, its y/n. moon gasps and goes over to them. and asks "i-is he ok...did....did he make it...?". "well....the doctors tried their best...but....with the rot...and all the blood and internals that god rotted....he..." y/n couldn't even finish their sentence.

which shook moon to his core...hes gone...suns gone...he had been fighting for so long, hiding and working against the rot.suns gone...

"n...no..." he shakily says...he didnt wanna beleave it, he couldn't believe it, his own brother is gone. "moon...I'm so sorry" y/n starts "but both sun and the doctors tried and did all they can do". moon shakily sighs and says "I know...i know..." he covers his mouth for a bit before letting out a soft whimper and saying in a broken voice "but...why did it have to be so soon?"

y/n sighs and opens their arms for moon to hug them and moon accepts the offer and hugs y/n tight, sobbing into their shoulder..

"shhh...shhh...im right here...im so so sorry this has happened..." y/n says as he rubs moons back, while moon is just sobbing, wishing that all of this was a bad dream.

after a bit of crying, y/n brings moon over to a couch to sit him down, they then say "sun got you something...well made you something...umm...its a gift". he tilts his head as y/n hands him a box with his name on it. he opens it and inside is a crotchety plush of sun. beautifully crafted and really soft.

"press the chest" y/n says, moon tilts his head again and does what y/n says, in which a sound bit plays, and its suns voice and its him singing rises the moon. "t...that's my favorite song....sun used to sing it me whenever I had a nightmare..." moon says voice shaking.

y/n softly smiles and says "i know the feeling of losing someone to something like cancer...or the rot...but....just know people are there for you..", moon smiles and tears up before hugging y/n and saying "thank you..."

100% when you went through spaghetti and made me stop using epithets 😂 i shudder to think of where i would be now if it weren’t for that. also i reference your works a lot when i’m trying to figure out pacing!

🎨- if someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you want to see?

definitely definitely the scene from “Eyes Like Sinking Ships On Waters” where bucky steps into the bathroom and sees little sickly steve in the bath. there’s so much tension and they’re both all flushed and embarrassed. i would do a backflip in glee if someone drew fanart for me though, that’s how you know you made it is when your art affects someone enough for them to make art of their own about it.

Favourite fic you’ve written? funnily enough it's not any of my buddie fics. even though i love those fics dearly and they're definitely favourites. but the one that owns my heart is 'don't blame me, love made me crazy'. it was the first jegulus fic i wrote, i had only gotten into the ship a few days prior and sat down to do a short fic but in a couple hours i had over 5k written and wasn't even halfway through 💀 this was back in the days when jegulus was still a rare pair too! and the love i got on it blew me away 🥺 so a huge thank you to anybody that read that fic!!

i don't even remember what my url was before this honestly wow. umm so about 4 years ago i was introduced to the untamed by a close friend and we binged all 50 episodes in a week and then i proceeded to be obsessed with it for like. a year and a half after. i chose THIS url b/c [untamed spoilers incoming] jgy = jin guangyao, who is by all accounts a little meow meow who has done nothing wrong ever *wink* and who i will protect against the haters at all costs. jgyapologist didn't have the same ring to it, and i have MULTIPLE apologisms for him so. jgyapologism was born

i used to have a fandom one but deleted it in a fit of rage back in 2012. no i will not divulge which fandom it belonged to.

And now I’m just standing there. I probably look like an idiot but so do they, they're staring at me like it’s the first food they’ve seen in years! Some of them are actually drooling! “So these are the lost boys?” I break the silence. “Oh umm yeah and you’ve already met felix.” “Yeah, and you can teleport?” “Yes, I can, cool isn’t it?” “Yeah. Umm so it’s ALL boys, I'm the only girl?” “Indeed you are” “Why?” “Why? Well Because you are very special” “Special? How am I special?” “Y/n? Are you hungry?” Felix interrupts. “Oh, yeah that's why we came here!” ‘I know Peter is avoiding this question, but why? And the question about how the time is different. Speaking of, I should check the time’ then look down at my watch to see the new time. 8:36 so time does change here.

Peter and Felix had to go do some random shit. So I was left alone, Sitting on a log not far from the woods. I can see all the lost boys staring at me, some of them whispering to a friend or two. But then something unexpected happens, one of the boys sits next to me. “So, you're the new recruit?” He says, looking at me. “I suppose so.” “Well I’m Devin.” He says, sticking out his hand. I’m hesitant at first not really knowing him, but he seems nice enough… “I’m Y/n” I say, shaking his hand. There is a moment of awkward silence. I look down to relieve some of the tension, noticing our hands still in the same position. This time I am the one to let go. He looks slightly… disappointed? So I smile at him and say “Have you ever climbed a tree?” “No, why?” “Because you're about to.” I say and grab his hand and drag him to a nearby tree, I then let go of him and jump, grabbing a branch and pulling myself up. “C’mon!” I shout out of happiness, reaching out for his hand. He looks at it, contemplating what he’s going to do. Suddenly he grabs my hand. Immediately I pulled him up. “You're really light!” I say surprised. “Really?” “Yes, also… Tag!” I say taping him and then starting to run, well more of jumping from branch to branch, and tree to tree, even swinging on the vines. Evenchily I stop, finally noticing he is no longer behind me. I sit down on the branch and out of the corner of my eye I see… Is that another girl? Turning my head I see her. Short, half blond, half brunet, pretty, and most definitely a girl. You see there are two options: she's Wendy or Tinkerbell based on the stories. She turns her head, and sees me. I wave at her and she waves at me. But it’s more of a come here wave rather than a hello wave. So I jump down and walk over to her. “Who might you be?” She says. “Y/n.” I pause thinking about whether or not I should tell her my full name. “Y/n L/n” I say. “I’m sorry did you say Y/n L/n?” “Yes, I did.” “Oh my lord. He actually did it…” “Who did what?” “Did he not tell you? I suppose that makes sense. Oh yeah, “He” Is Pan.” “So what did he not tell me and who are you?” “We should talk about this inside…”

1. dog food - 100 gecs: mm yummy girlkibble just for me ^w^ also very yummy song. the beginning gives me goosebumps every time, and the ending vocal noise feels very eating kibblecore.... u agree right? umm 8/10

2. Chocolate Matter - Sweet Trip: if there were something out there generically called like "chocolate flavored matter" i think id eat it. also DELICIOUS song lots of variety and good texture here 9/10

3. Cream Soda no Yuutsu - ......... : ill admit im not much of a cream soda fanatic. nothing against it in fact it sounds quite yummy at the moment i just don't really have it ever. similar feelings about the song. good i just haven't listened to it much.. feels like im on a cream soda beach being soaked in the waves 7/10

4. Lean Beef Patty - JPEGMAFIA, Danny Brown: mmm yumm yummy yummy scaring the hoes for dinner AGAIN fuck yesss 🥰😻 however just a patty? in a state of being .. maybe cooked? could just be raw meat on a plate. hmmmm. while the song would be near perfect yumminess on my Violet Yumminess Scale the title brings it down a lot... ill say 6/10

5. honeydew blue - 800 Cherries: oooh double fruits on this one :3c melons besides the famous wawermelon aren't really my go-to fruit snack but id have a little if u were having some o_o and like u were making it look really good idk... oh and id have a few of those 800 cherries u have too even tho i said i didn't really like those too... also the song is what i hear when im full from a nice fruit meal. and the triannnggllleeee 😩 chews on it. it is metal. i was gonna give this song an 8 but me not liking honeydew that much should not bring it down this song is a 9/10 yumminess

6. Fresh Meat - Diet Tea Other Cola: yet again we run into the clash between song and title yumminess. fresh meat: the song's yumminess comes from dtoc's slick lyrics and how they mix like backing screams into these songs with little midi beats? i think they're an interesting artist but thats for another time. fresh meat: the food however? would maybe not be as yummy i think. 4/10 bleh!

7. Princess Lunas Glorious Grilled Cheese Sandwiches - Cats Millionaire: i would do unspeakable things to a grilled cheese rn. especially if it was one of princess lunas 😳.... isn't my favorite off fun fun fun but is still yummy in its own right! 7/10

8. Hotel Breakfast - Bladee: listen if there's a whole buffet of shitty breakfast food im there. and if there's a bladee song about it im also there. wait he missed the hotel breakfast bc he slept too late? rookie mistake. 6/10 for missing it lol

9. Stir Fry - Migos: mmmmmm im just making myself hungry now. personally id fuck up some stir fry. chunky ass noodles. little corn. shit. and this Migos song? yummy enough to back it up 8/10

10. Piggy Pie - Insane Clown Posse: hmmmm if we're talking like a pork pot pie from the freezer section yeah sure yummy as hell. however im not sure about these fellas food handling credentials or their ingredients..... song is very crunchy and record scratchy and yummy however so to balance all this. a 7/10 yumminess :3

[A VIDEO IS UPLOADED OF A NEWS BROADCAST AIRED ON 7/3/23 AT 9:00AM

The news segment begins on a shot of Celedon City. It is clearly early morning, and standing just in front of the Celedon City Department store is a bizarre looking Pokemon(?). It is a winged creature, with bright red, yellow and orange plumage that rises to about the height of the third story window of the shopping center. It's body, save for its feathers, appears to be completely invisible, and where it's face should be is a deep, dark void. It moves unsettlingly, bizarrely, as if it is confused by its surroundings.

A voice over from a female reporter accompanies this video footage.

Reporter- We are Live right now from main street in Celedon City, where an unidentified Pokemon has been spotted wandering the streets. Experts have been called in to help identify this mystery Pokemon, but so far it has both top researchers and experienced trainers alike scratching their heads.

The pokemon makes a sound that resembles a high pitched clicking sound as it begins to move. It seems docile, at first, but the moment a Kantonian trainer approaches it, the clicking grows louder. It fans out its wings and a sharp crackling noise can be heard that almost sounds like static.

Reporter- It looks like it is... what is it doing?? Oh my Arceus what IS that???

A moment later the portion of the street that the trainer had entered has been obscured. Pale, harsh bands of color obscure the street where they'd stood. It looks as if the footage has become corrupted. Either the footage... or the street itself. It remains impossible to see the trainer, or the side of the building now as the strange, orange feathered pokemon rears up. It's void like face now turns towards the camera.

Reporter- I think it sees us? Cut the segment! Cut the segment- this is-!!
