If anyone was wondering I’m trying to maintain my weight at my dads cause I can’t do anything restricting in if I try to be sneaky in get caught it’s just gonna make me upset

is it just me or i literally cannot eat without watching a youtube video about food? like eric the electric, dylanhyper, 10k calories challenge, etc??

also all i have and will be eating today was a few rice cakes, but i added peanut butter, ive heard mixed stuff wether peanut butter is healthy on it or not

but i think ive stayed below 400 cals today🤞 not alot of steps tho my parents are picking up on how much i pace and are trying to stop it, to the point if i go to my room suddenly or to another room in my house he will ask if im pacing & tell me to stop

go and do that pilates no one wanted to do with you,go and eat that healthy meal no one wanted to eat with you,go and say no to that high cal snack you would eat without even thinking before.
