I moved to another country about a year ago because of the war, but every call or kind word through a text message makes me feel better. 💔 2. Sims! This game gives me the opportunity to create a bubble of comfort where I can relax without drama :) 3. Travelling ✈️ Even if I have to spend a lot of my salary and then eat pasta for a month lol 4. Cats. My cat died a year ago due to old age and possible stress from the war. It's still a painful topic for me, but every time I see a cute picture or video with cats, it makes me happier! 🐾 5. Nice words from people. I sometimes think that people underestimate this kind of thing, but every time someone compliments me, writes something nice under a post or comments on my video (I haven't written about it here before, but I have a YouTube channel in Ukrainian), I become a little happier!

📸 an old photo of my cat! she looks a bit harsh, but she was very kind // To be honest, it was hard to think about it, because 2 years ago when the full-scale war started in Ukraine, I changed a lot and my emotions are not the same as before. Sometimes, even when something cheers me up, I still realise that I am unlikely to be as happy and cheerful as I used to be. Support Ukraine in all possible ways if you want to make Ukrainians at least a little bit happier!

HOW I MADE IT? - Skanzen Set Pt 6

This set was mainly inspired by Ukrainian folk architecture. I asked you to help me learning more about your culture, and you sent me a lot of interesting resources<3

⚪ Thatched Roof & Carved Gable

I made the already existing (Cottage Living & Island Living) thatched roof swatches Base Game Compatible and double-sided. The gables are actually windows.

⚪ Siding Wall & Corner

The ground floor in this game has this weird shadow, so I had to figure out how to match the corner to it. Finally I was able to find the right kind of gradient, so you won't notice that the end of these logs are not the part of the actual wallpaper.

⚪ Corbels

I made corbels roo, yep.

⚪ Sumary

I made 17 items in total. This includes 3 build mode items and 14 buy mode ones. I'm really looking forward to create indoor objects too!

Mitsuki (Haru's mother) always dreamed of becoming a musician, she sang and played the piano, but her family, children and husband were always above her own desires. She met Haru's dad in a nightclub where she performed. It was love at first sight.

They had passion, love, all this romantic strawberry, but everyday life killed all romance. There was often not enough money, because the club didn't pay that much, and Haru's dad didn't have a full-time job either, he was always doing odd jobs somewhere and earning very little.

At that time, they lived in a poor area of San Michuno, in a small apartment. Mitsuki didn't like that, she wanted a good childhood for Haru and soon she met Yoschi.

Yoschi already had a stable job, generally earned well and came from a wealthy family. They also met in the club, when Yoschi celebrated his first promotion with his friends. Mitsuki noticed. He waited until her performance was over and asked her out. Mitsuki refused, but agreed to just drink a glass of wine at the bar. They talked and generally had a good time.

About a year has passed. They sometimes met, and her husband found out about it and asked her not to deceive him or herself anymore, and to go their separate ways. At that time, Haru was about 4 years old, but despite the fact that she still did not understand much - her world simply collapsed. Dad simply left her life without explaining anything, moving to another apartment, a new man next to mom. It was difficult for the child and it, of course, affected their relationship with their mother.

Some time later, Mitsuki and Yoshchi gave birth to Seiji's son. And after 12 years (approximately) Yoshchi was offered a good position in Komorebi and they decided to move.

For Haru, it's stress again, a new place again, plus she really likes San Mishuno and is already used to living there. She had a friend there with whom they studied, but now they don't communicate as often because of the move, and they don't have many common interests. Plus, my mother and stepfather really didn't like this friend because of her extraordinary appearance and they are suspicious of emigrants (racism is very widespread in Asia)

********************************************************************* Міцукі (м��ма Хару) завжди мріяла стати музиканткою, вона співала та грала на фортепіано, але сімʼя, діти та чоловік були завжди вище її власних бажань. З татом Хару вона познайомилась в нічному клубі, в якому виступала. Це була любов з першого погляду. 

В них була пристрасть, любов, все оце романтично полунично, але побут вбив всю романтику. Часто не вистачало грошей, бо в клубі платили не так багато, а тато Хару теж не мав повноцінної професії, він весь час десь підробляв і заробляв дуже мало. 

На той час вони жили в небагатому районі Сан Мішуно, в маленькій квартирці. Міцукі таке не влаштовувало, вона хотіла хорошого дитинства для Хару і невдовзі вона познайомилась з Йощі. 

Йощі вже мав стабільну роботу, в цілому добре заробляв і походив з заможної родини. Вони так само познайомились в клубі, коли Йощі з друзями святкував своє перше підвищення. Помітив Міцукі. Він почекав, поки закінчиться її виступ і запросив на побачення. Міцукі відмовилася, але погодилась просто випити по келиху вина на барі. Вони розговорились і взагалі добре провели час. 

Пройшов десь рік. Вони інколи зустрічались і про це дізнався її чоловік і попросив більше не обманювати ні його, ні себе, і спокійно розійтись. На той момент Хару було десь 4 роки, але не дивлячись на те, що вона ще мало чого розуміла - її світ просто рухнув. Тато нічого не пояснивши просто пішов з її життя, переїзд на іншу квартиру, новий якийсь мужчина біля мами. Це було важко для дитини і це, звісно, по впливало на їхні стосунки з мамою.

  Через якийсь час у Міцукі з Йощі народився син Сейджи. І от через 12 років (приблизно) Йощі запропонували хорошу посаду у Коморебі і вони вирішили переїхати. 

Для Хару це знову стрес, знову нове місце, плюс вона дуже любить Сан Мішуно і вже звикла там жити. В неї там була подруга, з якою вони вчились, але зараз вони не так часто спілкуються через переїзд, і в них не так багато спільних інтересів. Плюс ця подруга дуже не подобалась мамі та вітчиму через її неординарний вигляд та вони підозріло відносяться до емігрантів (в Азії дуже розповсюджений расизм)
