Where Wilford asked them out, but the reader thinks it’s a friendly outing but when Wilford asks them to date him, they fully realize the situation and get flustered!

Confession (Wilford Warfstache x GN! Reader)

The clock on the wall of your office was ticking away as you typed on the computer. You still had a long way to go before your shift ended, But it wasn't like you had much outside of work in the first place considering you lived by yourself. You started typing again, but you were interrupted by a hand being put on your shoulder, which startled you and caused you to fall off your chair. "Oh, I'm terribly sorry my dear. Are you alright?" a familiar voice asked, reaching a hand out towards you. Your cheeks flushed with embarrassment as you met Wilfords gaze. He smiled charmingly as he helped you up. "I'm fine, thank you, Wil." You said, quickly looking to the ground. "Good! I can't have my future lover- I mean.. very good friend being injured!" He stated, brushing some floor dirt of your shoulders. "Did you need anything?" You asked him, sitting back down on your chair. "Oh yes! Would you meet me in my office in about..30 minutes? I have something of utmost importance to discuss with you." He responded, straightening his bowtie. Before you could agree, he was gone and there was a sucker on your desk of your favourite flavour. You pondered on why Wilford might want to meet you in his office, He was very unpredictable so really it could be anything from a trap to kill you or wanting your help with something.

30 minutes had passed and you walked into Wilfords office, taking in the scenery. It was like walking into a parallel dimension where everything was vomited on by pastels and a rainbow. The only thing that really stuck out in the room was the blob of void which was Wilfords cat. The cat perked up and ran over to you, rubbing herself up against your legs happily. You felt oddly compelled to pet this cat, so you did. The cat purred and meowed in response, continuing to rub her fur all over your clothes. "Thank you, I appreciate the gesture." You told the cat, your tone dripping with sarcasm. Wilford appeared and picked up the cat, smiling at your presence. "Oh you came! I'm very glad." He spoke eagerly as he set the cat atop the cat tree in the room. "Now, we have much to discuss. Have a seat!" He said, ushering you towards the empty chair on the opposite side of his desk. "So, why did you want me here?" You asked, a hint of fear in your tone. "I wanted to know if you'd perhaps be interested in dinner with me tonight? My treat of course." He said, smiling like the gentleman he was. "Oh sure! I'd love to. I always enjoy it when my friends ask to hang out!" You said, smiling. Wilfords smile faltered for a moment. "..Right, yes..̷f̷̷r̷̷i̷̷e̷̷n̷̷d̷̷s̷...." You could've sworn his eye twitched. "Well then my dear, you should be finishing up your work. I wouldn't want to keep you from it." He said, waving his hand at you dismissively. You exited the office, closing the door behind you.

Wil turned around in his chair as he twirled his mustache. "I must wow them with something grand. Something that'll surely sweep them off their feet." He thought long and hard, but his legs started cramping. He went to get up but he felt a fluffy mass in his lap. He looked down and found his cat sitting there. "Hm. Well, that's a problem." He stated while petting the cat.

A few hours later, you entered the restaurant and gaped at how marvelous it was. You felt incredibly out of place as a hostess guided you to where Wilford sat. He looked absolutely gorgeous, wearing a wonderful crisp suit and pink tie, he held something behind his back but you couldn't make out what it was exactly. He smiled brightly as he saw you. "You made it! Have a seat!" You did as told, sitting in front of him. "I've been meaning to tell you something, very very important..But it may damage our friendship.." He hesitated for a moment. "Whatever you tell me, I'm sure it won't damage anything about our friendship. You're my best friend Wiford and you always will be, no matter what." Wilford sighed. "I am going to cut straight to the point. I am madly in love with you and I'd very much like it if you'd become my lover." He quickly said, placing a bouquet pink roses between the 2 of you. Your cheeks flushed a shade of red you never thought existed. "Y-You like me? W-Wil..I..I feel the same.." You sputtered out, your face only getting hotter. Oh god, you felt like you were about to pass out from excitement. Wilford smiled. "I love you, so very much sugarplum."

"I love you too, Wil.."

Ink and Secrets

Prompt: A little of enemies to lovers, where you and Remus, two individuals with a history of conflicts, gradually build a mysterious bond through secret notes on books. Word count: 2.6 k Warnings: None, (a bit of enemies to lovers).

Hey love, I ship you with Moony!

The first thing Remus noticed when he met you was your hair; he thought it looked incredibly soft, and when you sat in front of him in Charms, he couldn't help but pull on it.

"Hey!" You complained, and he just gave you the most charming smile you'd ever seen in your life. So you frowned and turned back to pay attention to class.

Later, during your first week, you got paired with Peter in Potions, and you became close. He introduced you to James, Sirius, and, in the end, Remus. Peter wasn't very good at Potions, nor was James, and Sirius was great if he decided he wanted to pay attention to it, but most of the time he didn't. Therefore, the person Peter was always calling over to your table was Remus. It was always Remus. You were not particularly great at Potions either, but you studied extra hard so Peter would stop calling his damned friend. You did not like Remus butting into your business as much as he did. And you stared daggers at him whenever he came up to your table because of Peter's request. Peter was so oblivious to your quarrel with Remus that he even assumed you had a crush on his friend, so he called him over even more often.

"Stop calling him, will you?" You told him one day in the second year while you worked on a particularly complicated potion.

"But I thought you liked him?"

"Like him? Like hell I'd like Remus Lupin! He's an entitled little pushover, I don't wanna see him."

Peter was so impressed with your words that he was speechless; he genuinely thought you had a thing for each other. So eventually, he stopped calling him, and whenever either of you needed any help, you'd call Lily instead. Sooner or later, the famous Gryffindor group was created, and everyone was friends with each other, everyone except for you and Remus. You still kept your distance.

So much distance between the two, that in fourth year when you discovered there was a person who had borrowed the same books as you had at the library, you started to fall for them, completely oblivious to the fact that "Moony" was actually Remus. You started leaving little notes on the books you found, and he would answer them, always diverted to see your opinion. He decided not to tell you he was Moony because he was scared your little secret text exchanges would disappear. He'd even asked the boys to call him by his nickname when you were around.

When you finally discovered Moony was Remus, it was because of James.

"Hey Moons, you're coming to Kat's party, right?" You pulled your head from the book, wondering who James was talking to; Remus ignored James, trying to maintain his identity a secret, "Moons?" he insisted.

Remus finally threw a warning look at James. "Moons?" You asked, not having noticed, since your head was turned back to the boy in question.

"Yeah, short for Moony."

"You know Moony!?"

"Of course I know Moony, it's Remus!" He answered as a matter of fact. Remus banged his head over the table. You turned to him, feeling like you'd been played with, and stormed out of the common room with a frown.

"What's with her?" James asked, confused.

"You're an idiot mate," Remus responded, sighing and looking to the side.

You ran to the library and picked some of the books you and Moony Remus had exchanged notes in, and you cursed yourself for being so dumb. It was obvious it was him, his slightly sloppy handwriting, the way he drew his "a." Moony was Remus, and Remus was Moony, and you wanted to die for falling for his trick. You were too focused on your despair that you didn't realize when Remus entered the library. You only realized it was him when he pulled back a chair and sat down in front of you and all the books. "Hey!"

"You've come to gloat? You got me, I fell for your prank, congratulations!"

He sighed. "I wasn't trying to prank you."

"Yeah, and elephants fly."

"I'm serious, I... didn't tell you it was me because I thought you'd stop exchanging notes. You're not exactly my fan #1."

"Of course, I'm not Remus, but it's not like me either!"

"I do." He corrected.

"You don't! The first thing you did when you met me was pull on my hair!"

He looked at you in shock. "In... the first year?"

"Of course! You don't remember?" You asked, annoyance growing on you.

"I did it because I thought it was... pretty."

You stared directly into his eyes, trying to find an ounce of a joke; he seemed sincere, but then again, he also seemed sincere when he pretended he was someone else. "Don't ever toy with me again, Lupin!" You told him as you stood up and left the library. But once you were back in your room, you couldn't stop thinking about him. About his pretty hair and his broad back and how beautiful he actually was. You cursed yourself for thinking such a thing. He's the enemy, you tried to remind yourself. But what if Remus is more like your Moony than he is the Remus you had made up in your head?

You had to get your head off of him, so you decided to go to the kitchens and asked the elves to lend you some space to bake something. They did, a small elf named Jayis had even offered to help you, and between the two of you, you ended up baking a cake, cookies, and even a pie. When you were done, you were even more pissed because you had only managed to make yourself think even more of Remus Lupin. You packed the things you had baked in a box and walked out of the kitchens, quickly realizing it had gone dark. You'd lost track of time.

You tried to maintain yourself in the shadows and hid behind a statue when you heard some steps from behind, but Remus found you.

"Hey luv!" He said with a soft smile.

"Remus." you acknowledged.

"Can we talk?"

"No," you said before turning around and attempting to continue walking. He grabbed onto your arm. And you accidentally dropped the packet of food you carried. You quickly leaned down to pick up the stuff you'd dropped, he did the same, your hands brushing against the other as the two reached for a cookie. You turned to him, with a frown. "What are you playing at, Remus?"

"I'm not playing." He affirmed, tightening his hand around yours, "I like you." You stared at him, trying to decide if it was some sort of trap. "I'm still the same Moony you've been talking to through books. You just hadn't seen that side of me because you never gave me the chance. I had no clue you were still hung up about me pulling your hair."

"Well, that was a rude thing to do!"

He ignored your comment and continued "When I figured we were reading the same books, I just couldn't bring myself to talk to you directly; it was easier to talk to you through the books. And you were more than happy to respond to Moony, I…"

"Didn't want it to disappear," you finished, your own feelings perfectly resonating with his feelings. He nodded, and you chuckled lightly. You couldn't believe you'd fallen for Remus Lupin of all people. "At least Moony's handsome; I was scared you'd be someone like Severus."

Remus laughed, but once he caught up with the meaning of your words, he turned to you, asking, "Did you just call me handsome?"

"Please tell me you're not going to be insufferable about it."

He smiled cheekily. "If you kiss me, I'll forget about it." You gasped at his forwardness, and he leaned closer to you. "So?"

You laughed and shook your head, picking up some of the things you'd dropped and placing a quick kiss on his cheek before standing up and running towards the common room. His smile widened as he saw you run, and he stood up, running behind you, a bright smile plastered on his face.

A/N: I hope you liked this little Drabble (came out a lot longer than I had planned, clearly I don't have any sense of self restraint).

My brain when Pokémon/One Piece asks:

My brain is short circuiting.

My primary type is psychic. Sabrina was practically my goth awakening at seven years old, and Abra is my spirit animal (immediately teleport away when presented with anything unfamiliar or even potentially threatening). My secondary type is ghost, in no small part thanks to the fact that I started writing "horror" as soon as I could properly hold a pencil ("horror" here meaning silly lil ghost stories that probably made no sense to anyone but me).

I was also the kid glitching out my game with my older brother's game genie trying to catch all the Pokémon ghosts in the tower in Lavender Town because I was so sad that they were lonely, so that should give some insight as to how I feel about ghosts, Pokémon, and ghost type Pokémon in general.

Any asks are welcome asks, I did not realize I needed Pokemon/One Piece in my life but I am

I am—

I am not incredibly familiar with Mimikyu or Spiritomb (my last Pokemon games were Diamond/Pearl), but I will be doing research like a proper Pokémon Professor to learn as much about them as humanly possibly. I know more about Mimikyu and frankly the poor bb just wants to be loved and deserves absolutely all of the love.

Pikachu is overrated anyway. I said it and I will fcking stand by it, and Mimikyu's very existence only further solidifies this opinion within me. Out of all the iconic Pokémon in the original anime itself, Team Rocket's Meowth is and will always be my darling bb. Smart-mouthed lil mafia cat who deserves SO MUCH BETTER—

Ahem.

Brief reading into Spiritomb has, at first glance, enlightened me to the following:

Several Pokédex entries state that Spiritomb was sealed roughly 500 years before the present time. The Pokémon lays curses with its wicked thoughts. It will lash out at anyone with little thought, often exercising short-sightedness in its pursuit of vengeance.

And I am beyond intrigued by every last word of that. Historical ghost Pokémon? Vengeful lil ghost bb? I want one RIGHT NOW—

On an unrelated note, tysm for this, I just had a briefly horrifying moment because my cat made a mad dash out the door as I was taking the trash out. He is back inside and safe now but I almost had a heart attack when he zipped past my feet and into the darkness, and this has helped calm me down so much 😭😭♥️♥️

4. What is your favourite type of dragon and why?

I can't narrow it down to one, but my top three are probably: Deathsongs, Stormcutters and the Boneknapper

Deathsongs because they remind me of rainwings from wings of fire (my first dragon media obsession) with the bright coloring and ear frills as well as the amber being vaguely reminiscent of the acid rainwings spit.

Stormcutters because I absolutely adore Cloudjumper. The way he moves (owl + dog like body language) is incredibly fun to watch and his design is gorgeous.

And the Boneknapper because I had an obsession with the special as a little kid as well as having a one in SoD, iirc. Also, the concept of a scavenger dragon coating itself in an armor of bones is badass.

7. Do you have any OCs? If so, talk about their appearance, backstories, and personalities.

No, unfortunately. I've not really been into OC making since middle school. Not sure what happened, but I kind of lost interest and shifted to focusing on pre-existing characters 😭 I'd like to make a Dragon Rider sona one day though if feel the inspiration to.

14. Which part of the franchise has your favourite animation style?

The first movie era, hands down. The rough, somewhat bleak (in the beginning, at least) gritteness of Berk's scenery, the textures and lighting, Toothless' original design (Cat-like, sleek, very clearly built for speed over raw strength, you can literally see the dust in between his scales) and the original designs for the all the dragons tbh, they feel more.. textured and wild (which I guess makes sense. Later, while they're still, very much wild animals they've become accustomed to being cared for. But still.)

And with the human characters as well!!! I love how much personality their designs have alone; Hiccup has crooked teeth and so many freckles, Astrid has really choppy, greasy looking bangs that she's always shoving out of her eyes, Snotlout's actually missing a tooth, and most of the kids have like, visible dirt on their skin and clothes.

I love how 'imperfect' the designs for all of them are!! And like of course they are!!! Like these kids were training to wage war against dragons! Of course they're gonna be grimey!! I dunno, I just feel like a lot of movies/shows aren't willing to have that level of perceived realism in their character designs. Httyd's cast feels so real to me despite how insanely stylized some of the characters are, and its an absolute shame they seemed to have lost that in the later installments.

(Hiccup's teeth magically get straighter, his freckles fade, Astrids skin is no longer ruddy, her hair looks like it's been shampooed or something, her freckles are completely gone and that's just the second movie. As it goes on the characters' designs and the world around them feels less full of life and more like shiny, plastic figurines. Especially Toothless.)

All the first movie era stuff has just a completely different feel to it that the rest if the franchise hasn't been able to replicate

a/n: tysm for your request ❤️ I'm very sorry to hear about your panic attacks. I hope these can give you a little comfort!

I went for a scenario where it's the first time they are with you while having a panic/anxiety attack, since I'd assume that with time they would adjust their reaction to match your individual needs as best as possible. I hope you'll like it!

Masterlist

Jinho

Jinho tries to find out as quickly as possible what you need and how to get it. If you're responsive he'll straight up ask how to help you in the situation. If you aren't able to talk to him, he tries to figure it out in different ways, but he'll still talk to you. Might try to get you back by telling you basic information, like the date and time, the place you're at and most importantly the fact that he's there with you.

Hui/Hoetaek

He's probably dying to comfort you with physical touch, like giving you a tight hug, holding your hand or rubbing your back. If he knows you're okay with it in situations like this he does just that, maybe softly talk to you too. He might just tear up a little because it pains him so much to see you like this.

Hongseok

Hongseok would be really good at dealing with this kind of situation. He stays calm and talks you through breathing exercises or other coping mechanism he knows can help with panic attacks. He will give you a big bear hug after you calmed down a little (and if you're okay with that).

Shinwon

I know Shinwon is a scaredy cat and all that but I'm convinced he would handle this pretty well. He doesn't get anxious or panics about this. Instead he crouches down in front of you and starts shifting your attention towards something else. Shinwon probably tells you something incredibly trivial, like details about his last trip to your local grocery store. But because it's so trivial, it's also easy for you to follow his words and calm down.

Yeo One/Changgu

Changgu tries to make you focus on soothing sounds. If there are any sounds or noises he knows you like or find calming, he makes/plays them for you while quietly narrating what he's doing. He looks at you with the sweetest smile once you calmed down a little because and he's so proud of you for making it through that.

Yanan

I think he's a little panicky himself. Yanan wants to help so much but he's also scared to do something wrong. Is he supposed to talk to you? Call someone? Can he touch you? He doesn't know so he's a little hesitant. Eventually he settles on sitting next to you and timidly talking to you, maybe rubbing your back or upper arm if you seem okay with that. A little later, maybe a day after, he'll ask you to tell him what you need from him in situations like these so he can do a better job next time.

Yuto

He's the quiet type, not really saying much, but making sure you know he's there for you. If you allow it he hugs you or holds your hand. If you have the need to talk or cry, he listens calmly, making small hums and noises from time to time to show that he's paying attention and to reassure you that he's there for you.

Kino/Hyunggu

Hyunggu is very sweet and gentle, asking you to focus on his voice and praising you for doing so well when you nod or reply. He paints a picture with his words for you, making you imagine a meadow or the ocean or a place he knows you love. He praises you even more once you've calmed down a little.

Wooseok

Another one who feels a little flustered and helpless about it. Wooseok wants to hug you and talk to you but it probably ends up being a little clumsy. He might just give it a quick google search because he so desperately wants to do the right thing to help you out. Later on when you've calmed down again, he'll communicate how helpless he felt. He doesn't want you to feel guilty about it and makes sure you know that. But he does ask you for pointers on what to do should it happen again.

what made roxy fall for james?

hello!! tysm for the ask, i've got a very long laundry list for you :)

(and btw im still thinking about the mickames confession, it had me shaking and crying and cheering and sobbing with how masterfully it was done! <3)

as we all know. i have written a lot. and i tend to favor more subtle forms of care here and there throughout a very very long period of time. rames wasn't love at first sight; these two idiots had no idea what their friendship would evolve into, it just kind of... happened over the course of spending time with each other!

for roxy, based on information presented to her by logan about james' dating past in Minnesota when they first meet, she either doesn't recognize his attempts at flirting or brushes them off as 'oh, he's just like this.' pretty standard pretty boy stuff lol. it isn't until she gets her heart broken on the night of the school dance she notices that james actually has stake in her happiness (he did far before this, of course, but this is the first time she truly takes note of it). he stays away from the action to make sure she's okay, gives her time and space to talk through her break up, and eventually, when she asks, he takes her to the dance to ensure the entire night isn't a bust. while she doesn't realize this, this event is the catalyst for her realizing she might like him a bit more than friends :)

her thoughts are more like 'wow! james is actually really sweet, that was nice of him to stand up to my ex, come talk to me and watch me write a new song, and take me to the dance! what a good friend!' girl...

over the next few chapters she finds herself in more situations where james is overtly showing her how much he cares; cleaning her wounds after she's attacked by a cat, comforting her after their first music video disaster, etc, etc, all culminating into big time rush and their assistant being sent home to Minnesota at the end of the first season!

at this point she is still good friends-ing him in her head, but, they are the only two of their friends who actively work to get back to LA and find themselves in a record deal with hawk records. it's now, for the first time, roxy truly takes note of how hard james is willing to work to reach his goals. (not that she didn't at rocque records, but i think solo v band dedication is different) she finds his dedication and drive more than inspiring, and recognizes his efforts to get back to Hollywood... all while insisting to their new record label that he only flies back out there if she comes with him.

to james' credit, this was mainly a career move considering she's written almost all the btr songs, but of course, he has liked her for months at this point and also can't stand the thought of being across the entire country from her. he takes care of her on the flight over (my poor always airsick queen...) comforts her on their first night alone in their new apartment when she confesses that being there without kendall carlos and logan feels wrong

so now, she's able to see his hard work first hand, he isn't having to share his journey with his friends so he's working so much harder than he did in btr, and she takes note of his passion for what he does and finds that incredibly inspiring. but what she finds she likes even more, is his choice to ultimately return to big time rush even when hawk was willing to give him a solo three record deal.

after a steamy little moment in an elevator, she realizes she wishes james would have kissed her, sees him finally reconnect with his friends after days of being away from each other, has a dramatic flashback of all the good times they've had together, and realizes, at long last, she has a crush on him which only grows deeper and deeper until they finally get together

and, even with all this, i also don't want to discount physical attraction, especially with teenagers lol. she thinks he's super hot !

so yeah, lots of little things over a long period of time. mostly that he's actually quite caring when it comes to not only her, but their friends, he's one of the most dedicated people she's ever meet and they both have a unique shared tenacity for reaching their dreams, and she loves the way he makes her feel strong and confident - like she can do anything she sets her mind to!

truly i believe that tasw loses a lot of this explanation in real time because roxy is a little dumb (affectionately), so i've been trying to work on that these last few chapters!

Tysm for asking about my girls! I'm going to do this for Jamila and Viola, Saoirse and Zoe, and Felicity and Shiloh. Jamila and Viola are both surgeons - Jamila's a plastic surgeon, and Viola's a trauma surgeon. Saoirse is a licensed esthetician and massage therapist and plays bass guitar in fables. Zoe is a hair stylist, and is a vocalist (and occasional strings player) in fables. Shiloh is a wedding and event planner, and Felicity owns a really cute little sweets & gelato shop in Maplewood, a small town right outside of New Islington. (Also tysm for your lovely prompt a few days ago! I love it and am really looking forward to working on it once I've finished this other ficlet I've got in progress.) Cut because this got really long.

💝 - What gestures do they really appreciate? How do you get on their good side?

Saoirse: Not to use love language terminology, but Saoirse really appreciates little acts of service, whether in romantic or platonic relationships. She loves it when people do little things for her without her having to ask. If Zoe takes her car out to gas it up and get it washed for her? Fantastic. Someone grabbing her water bottle to refill it for her while they're up getting themselves something? Amazing. She comes home late after a really long shift to a clean house and dinner made even though it was supposed to be her night to cook? The best. Getting a bit of a shoulder and temple massage from Zoe after work without having to give her puppy dog eyes? Incredible. A friend giving her their hoodie because she looks cold? She melts. She just really loves it when someone takes a responsibility off of her shoulders - could she do all of this herself? Yes, easily. But not having to is SO nice.

Zoe: Zoe's absolute favorite thing is probably being given small, unexpected gifts that make it clear that the giver really gets her and knows her well. They don't have to be big or expensive at all (frankly, she prefers it if they're not) but things like a hot cocoa bomb Saoirse grabbed for her at the store because she knows Zoe loves chocolate and cute things or a new pair of fuzzy socks because it's getting cold out and Zoe always has ice blocks for feet? Jasper (one of her work friends) bringing her her favorite tea latte when he runs out to get himself one without asking her if she wants one? A new mug because she broke hers, or a pretty postcard for her to put up at her station at the salon? Knowing someone was thinking of her like that makes her all warm and fuzzy inside.

Viola loves to be spoiled and surprised by the people who love her. She loves it when Jamila plans fancy date nights for the two of them (Jamila always goes *way* overboard, right down to picking out Viola's outfit for the night and often buying her a new dress or something), loves surprise fancy spa trips for a massage and facial, loves fancy gifts, loves it when her brother gifts her a gorgeous new bag after she gives him a long weekend break from his toddler who is very much in the throes of the terrible-twos. She is definitely a champagne tastes kind of girl, and thankfully she and her wife have the budget to match that.

Jamila loves praise and compliments more than pretty much anything else in the world. Yes, she is gorgeous. Yes, she is a brilliant surgeon. Yes, her sutures are utter perfection. Yes, that outfit is fabulous and suits her perfectly. Yes, she is the best wife ever. The meal she cooked for her and Viola after a long shift is amazing. She's the best sister-in-law ever and is just SO good with her baby niece. She knows all of this but she craves hearing it from other people at all times and will essentially purr like a very satisfied cat when it happens. Viola always makes sure to compliment her and praise her, even leaves her little notes to find which Jamila absolutely adores.

Shiloh is a very tactile person and loves physical touch more than anything else. She loves having her hair played with or braided, long, soft hugs, foot rubs (she REALLY loves a good foot rub), shoulder and back massages, snuggling on the couch with her girl, a friend rubbing her arm or squeezing her shoulder encouragingly when she's stressed, soft forehead kisses... she gets touch-starved easily and loves having her physical affection bank refreshed and poured into.

Felicity's favorite gestures are anything to do with feeding her. While she does actually enjoy cooking, it feels like SO much work a lot of the time and she'd rather just cry while she poured herself a bowl of cereal or ate shredded cheese right out of the bag bathed in the light of the fridge. Having someone cook for her or bring her a snack or order delivery for lunch for her while she's at work makes her feel all warm and fuzzy and cared for, whether it's Shiloh having her favorite comfort meal waiting after a really long day or her sister, Verity, dropping by the shop with a snack for her. The way to her heart is through her stomach.

☕ - Coffee or tea?

Viola is an "inject caffeine straight into my veins" kind of girl. She'll do cold brew with a couple of espresso shots on top, black coffee, quad shots, iced Americanos (no water, just ice to dilute it)... every great once in a while she'll indulge in a slightly sweet seasonal latte around the holidays but that's pretty rare and she couldn't have anything sweet be her every day drink.

Jamila, on the other hand, is really sensitive to the taste of bitter so while she likes coffee, she needs it to be sweet enough to cover the taste. She's not a big fan of mochas, but loves anything vanilla, caramel or hazelnut. She also loves tea, but mostly herbals and white teas because of the bitterness issue. Her favorite way to relax after a shift is with a mug of her favorite mint and rose white tea and a book in front of the fire.

Saoirse prefers tea and tea lattes (especially green teas or matcha lattes, although she'll never say no to herbals, chai, rooibos or other black teas), she really isn't a fan of coffee although she'll begrudgingly drink it if she's really dragging and just can't wake up or is super fatigued. Zoe knows something's up with her if she's willingly drinking coffee.

Zoe loves coffee, but she prefers it sweet (and preferably iced and blended and topped with whipped cream, unless it's really cold out). She's also a big fan of fancy hot cocoa - at least partly because she was never allowed it growing up and she's making up for lost time.

Felicity's a coffee person, but goes back and forth on whether or not she wants it sweet or not. It really just depends on the day. More often than not she prefers just a basic, unflavored latte but sometimes she'll go nuts and make herself something fancier.

Shiloh would rather have soda or an energy drink most days. She's not opposed to coffee or tea, although neither of them are daily drinks for her. She knows energy drinks really aren't great for her, but also she doesn't care. They work and that's what matters to her - girl is *all* about efficiency.

💀 - How do they feel about horror movies?

Viola loves horror movies, but they rarely scare her. She finds most of them funny, just... ridiculous and overwrought. Her job's kind of desensitized her to gore and blood, and she just doesn't believe in anything supernatural so none of it's real to her. She just finds them entertaining.

Jamila is scared of horror movies, but she'll watch them (the non-gory ones at least, she's not a fan of it or anything with torture) with Viola, usually peeking out from behind her hands while she watches with her wife all snuggled up next to her. Every time she jumps, Viola hugs her a bit tighter.

Saoirse and Zoe both like them, but only around Halloween. October is horror movie month, and neither of them will watch them the rest of the year. It's purely a "get in the mood for spooky season" thing for them, often while they're carving pumpkins or working on costumes. Zoe loves Halloween and goes all out for it, so they have to set the right vibe for it.

Felicity will not watch horror movies. She doesn't like them at all, they really scare her (she was raised really religious and while she's not any longer and has deconstructed, there's still a lot of horror movie content that revolves around things she was taught were "evil" and they still distress her even though she doesn't really believe in them) and it's just not something she's willing to compromise on.

Shiloh's not a big fan of them in general, but she's got a couple that she likes and will watch around Halloween but only if Felicity's out of the house doing something else. She doesn't want to risk her girl walking in on her watching one of them since she knows how much Felicity hates them.

💖 - How and how often do they try to impress their partner(s)? How and how often do their partner(s) impress them?

Okay, so this question is a bit hard to answer because I feel like most of my OCs don't really try to impress their partners although they might accomplish it unintentionally sometimes. They just... treat their partners really well and do things they know their partners like because they love them, but there's no real intent to impress if that makes sense? They just love their girls a lot and want them to be happy so they do things accordingly.

The only one I feel who really makes an effort to impress her girlfriend is Zoe and, frankly, a lot of that is a trauma response. She spent so much of her life not getting any recognition for the things she did and having her efforts actively diminished that she has a heightened need to be praised and recognized and to do things that get other people's attention. It's something she's working on in therapy, not desperately craving other people's affirmations as much and she's getting better about it.

Whitestar:

🥛 [MILK] What is your OC's relationship with their biological parents like? What about their relationship with any non-biological parental figures?

Whitestar didn't get to be with her biological parents for very long . She and her sister, Firelily, were born outside the Land's Star to a cat named Sai. She died when the two were very young (maybe a moon or 2 old). Their father, Petalstorm, who was once part of Grassclan, decided to bring his kits back to the place where he was outcasted. (Petalstorm was punished for being with Sai, because he did not introduce her to his leader and medicine cat to get their blessing to take her as a mate. So instead of being treated like a traitor, he left to pursue his love). After ensuring his daughters would be taken care of, he left once more, realizing he liked the life of a rogue better than being a clan cat. So, Whitekit and Firekit were raised by the clan's Den Mother Posytail, and her mate Phesantstripe. Whitestar was very close with her adopted parents, admiring their hard work and dedication to the clan. They'd talk constantly, even long after Whitestar and Firelily had grown up. Posytail was great at giving advice, while Pheasantstripe liked keeping Whitestar sharp with her warrior lessons and battle moves through private practices together. Whitestar was deeply saddened when the two of them died in the Leafbare before Swiftcloud joined the clan. She misses them a lot. Whitestar was also very close with her mentor, Lightstar, who she saw as a third father figure. He was there to reassure her in youth when her peers tried to bully her for being halfclan. Whitestar cared for him so much that she named her daughter after him.

🍨 [ICE CREAM] How does your OC compose themselves in stressful situations?

Whitestar's the type to try and meditate before acting on anything. She'll discuss the issue with others to ensure she does not make the incorrect decision, because of course she doesn't want to escalate things if it can be helped. In a situation that requires an immediate response, she takes a moment to breathe and think. She focuses on what she needs to say before allowing herself to give a response, and this is how she's usually able to keep up her composure.

🍎 [RED APPLE] Who does your OC value above all else?

Her clan, of course. Whitestar is a leader, and she needs to make sure all that follow her are safe, well educated, and loyal. Grassclan are like her children, she would do anything for her clanmates. Whitestar also values thoughtfulness. A cat who's able to consider all the possibilities, or figure their way out of a hard situation, can instantly earn Whitestar's respect.

Moonpaw:

🍓 [STRAWBERRY] How do they feel about 'cute' things?

Moonpaw loves cute things! Little bugs, kits, and baby chicks are some of her favorite things that could be classified as cute. Sometimes when she's sad she'll think about something cute to make her feel better.

🍯 [HONEY] At what point does someone seem sickly sweet to your OC?

Sunpaw at some point tries to be incredibly sweet towards Moonpaw. Although it's in a bit of a cringey way. He tries to sing to her when they're out on a walk together, and presses his side to hers. He also tries to give her compliments, some of which come out sounding weird. But Moonpaw thinks it's silly. She knows that Sunpaw's flirting with her and trying to gain his affection. She thinks its cute.

Mistyleaf:

🍀 [FOUR LEAF CLOVER] Would your OC spend hours looking for a four leaf clover?

If she thought it would have a medicinal purpose? She probably would. Mistyleaf is always looking to gather herbs to ensure the clan's health. Especially since her first Leafbare as a grown cat. She never wants to live through something like that again. If she can use finding a four leaf clover as an excuse to spend hours with Swiftcloud, though? She'd definitely do it!

🍵 [GREEN TEA] What's your OC's preferred flavour of tea, if they even drink it?

Mistyleaf would probably enjoy chamomile tea, if she were human.

Hazepaw:

🧁 [CUPCAKE] If you had to describe your OC using flavours, how would you (e.g., 'they're very sweet')?

Hmmm. Hazepaw could probably be described as salty. Or perhaps even something salty with a slightly sweet center. But the salt's mostly overpowering the other flavor

Cheap microwave food. Hazepaw's the type to eat half cooked fish sticks from the microwave and cup ramen with barely enough water. Like he prefers it to most other foods. If he were human, obviously

Yellow, gray, and dark red I'd say suit Hazepaw nicely. Yellow just feels right. Gray represents how he is morally, both as a character and as a person. While dark red represents the dark side of himself, the part of him that loves to fight, the part filled with anger. Hazepaw doesn't have a favorite color though. Maybe pale green. That's a new development, though

Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

Marking. Lots and lots of marking.

He’s incredibly physically affectionate. To the point where he practically never leaves his darling’s side. He wants his scent on them at all times, wants his mark branded into their skin—permanently so. He needs everyone to know who they belong to, so it would most definitely get intense. Boy just can’t get enough of his precious lil’ darling~

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

His darling’s blood is a... sensitive topic.

On one hand, he craves it. They smell delicious, and he can practically hear the blood in their veins calling out to him. He wants to cut them open and indulge in their scent, in their taste. But on the other hand, he doesn’t want to lose control; if he goes into a frenzy, it could be deadly.

Major injuries also send his protective instincts in overdrive, so he usually tries to only ever stick to minor flesh wounds with a relatively fast healing process (if it can be helped).

He’s not afraid of getting messy in other ways, though. He likes to make a show of killing in front of them to scare them from leaving him. If he’s feeling sweet, he might even offer some of his prey as a show of love and trust—kind of like a cat bringing in a dead mouse as a trophy of sorts. It’s... almost endearing?

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

As a yandere, Jack typically has two moods; one where he’s mostly himself—a kind person with a husky voice that just wants to do good in the world—and one where he’s hungry, nearing a heat, or almost frenzied—when his demonic instincts are stronger and harder to resist. Sometimes his instincts are so strong that they completely take control of him.

When he’s himself, he’s not the type to mock his darling at all. He’s calm and quiet, and tries to please his darling to make up for his guilt. He’ll pay attention to their needs and try to be as accommodating and comforting as he possibly can—all things considered.

But when his demon’s in control, he tends to be a tad inadvertently crueler. He’ll playfully tease and mock them to toy with them; remarking how small and weak they are compared to him. He’ll revel in their fear and embarrassment—they’re just so adorable when they‘re all flustered, how could he not play with them a little?~

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

When Jack’s in control, he tries to respect their boundaries as much as he can. The most he’ll do is maybe try to cuddle up with them even if they recoil in fear.

But his demonic instincts? They don’t give a shit about what they want.

He’ll mark them, force his affection onto them, feed them questionable meat—he’ll do all sorts of things. And if they struggle against him, he’ll dish out the consequences until they’ve no choice but to accept him and obey.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

Jack is more vulnerable, but, again, when he loses control to his instincts, he is not.

He might seem cold and distant at first. And he can be very hard to read. But if his darling’s observant, it’ll get increasingly easier to detect what he’s thinking and feeling. Even beyond that, if his darling manages to gain his trust, he’ll open up to them about, well, almost anything. He’ll bare his sorrow, his guilt, and his shame, right there in front of them.

When his demon’s in control, he won’t be vulnerable in the slightest. But that’s primarily because it doesn’t have much vulnerability to begin with.

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

Aww, is his little morsel feeling feisty? How cute~

His demonic side absolutely does not give a damn. His darling’s small and laughably weak compared to him—they couldn’t possibly hurt him. He might play along every now and then, pretending they’ve managed to pin the big demon down, but as soon as he wants to get serious, he’ll show them what a big bad monster can really do~

Jack usually doesn’t really do anything that merits his darling putting up a fight for any reason. If he notices that they’re (understandably) upset with him, he’ll give them space and try to be nicer until they calm down. There’s no need for conflict if it can be helped.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

For both Jack and his demonic side, it’s not really a game to either of them.

His darling’s his one and only mate—he needs them. He didn’t kidnap them just for the sake of it; he’s desperate for them.

But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like occasionally playing with them. On the contrary, his demonic side thrives on cat-and-mouse games with his darling. He sometimes even releases them into the woods to chase after them. He knows there’s no way they‘d actually escape him, so it’s almost just like enrichment to him.

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

Watching him tear open into a friend would be quite a horrible experience.

It’d be a sort of intimidation tactic, as well as a not-so-gentle reminder that they belong to him and him exclusively. He’d put on a show of their friend’s torture, painting the walls red with their blood, and then, depending on his darling’s reaction or how frenzied he is, he might feed them some of their (cooked) flesh—as if to say you’re as much of a monster as I am now~

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

Although he knows it might not be the most realistic, Jack imagines his darling finally accepting him and embracing him as their mate.

He‘d like something domestic. Maybe marriage, or, really, anything that would solidify their commitment to one another. He wants them to be his and his alone (and vice versa), and he wants everyone to know it.

He also doesn’t necessarily actively want kids, but part of him knows it might be an eventuality what with his breeding kink and all~

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

Oh, absolutely, and he does not cope well with it.

He doesn’t let them come in contact with anyone else because of his jealousy. He knows his demon will wanna tear them apart if he does find out they’ve been talking with someone else. And after a few... unfortunate events, it’s likely his darling will learn not to give him any reason to get jealous.

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

Jack is typically calm and gentle, and a little bit reserved. He tries not to do anything that would upset his darling, so he’s usually pretty tame. Just wants to cuddle if he can, to be honest.

When his demon’s more active, he’ll be way more physically affectionate. He’ll also be teasing and mischievous, and his mood might switch on a dime. He can be very unpredictable, so the best thing to do is just obey whatever he says and return his affection as much as possible.

Really... it could be worse?

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

He won’t actively introduce himself into their lives. He knows his appearance isn’t the... easiest to digest, and he can’t risk rejection right off the bat.

He’ll stalk them for a while, increasingly growing more and more obsessed with them over time. He might leave occasional gifts, letters or flowers at their door so that they know he’s out there. And then it‘ll only get worse from then on out.

Flowers would turn into organs, letters turn into blood splatters painted on their walls. Gifts turn into missing articles of clothing. He’ll offer brief glimpses of his silhouette so that they know he’s coming. Maybe a few friends or possible love interests will start disappearing as well.

His darling won’t really know who he is, but they’ll sure as hell know he’s coming for them.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

Absolutely not.

He won’t bother hiding how he really is; on the contrary, he wants everyone to know. His darling is off limits—and anyone that tries anything with them will suffer the consequences.

He might even go out of his way to point out that the last person around his darling ended up in bits and pieces between his teeth. He’s got zero shame.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

Primarily lots of bites, which serve both as a show of affection and a punishment, depending on the context. Sometimes his claws will cut into their flesh, or he might bruise their skin because he’s just so strong and forgets how delicate his little mate is~

He might chase them through the woods or force them to survive outside until they’re cold, terrified and hungry, desperate for him to catch them and take them back.

More intense punishments also include tying them up, starving them, forcing them to eat human flesh, or forcing them to go without warmth and comfort for extended amounts of time. He especially adores how much they crave his contact after they’ve been isolated for a while~

Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?

Honestly? Almost all of them.

They get little to no contact with the outside world, they can only leave when he lets them, they can’t communicate with anyone else but him, and sometimes he revokes their access to food, comfort or entertainment if he deems it necessary.

Really, the only thing they can consistently do is obey him. The rest of their rights are up in the air, depending on the demon’s whims.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

Most of the time, he’s decently patient, all things considered.

It takes a good amount of misbehaviors for his precious little mate to upset him, but it’s never pretty when he does lose patience.

The only time his patience is thinner is when he’s near a heat or when he’s particularly bloodthirsty—when it’s just generally easier for him to lose himself to his instincts. In those cases, his mood can switch on a whim, so it’s best for his darling to listen without question, or he’ll gladly give them the proper punishment~

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

Ultimately... not really.

It would take a long, long time for him to sort of return to his usual self. Like, multiple years. And even then, he wouldn’t completely be himself again.

Escaping isn’t really a risk, not with a skilled hunter like he is, so the only way his darling could ever really leave him would be for them to die. And the guilt of their death would reduce him to a husk of a being.

He’s already burdened by the past, and now with the death of his one and only mate on his hands? It’d be all the more difficult to carry on. He wouldn’t actively end himself—just because he’s so hard to kill—but he’d gladly wait for the release of death to free him.

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

When he’s of sound mind, of course he’d feel guilty about it.

He knows what he’s done isn’t right, but he also knows he can’t live without them. It’s something beyond desire; he needs them—more than anything else in this world. And he also knows that he’s realistically reached a point of no return.

So as much as his guilt burdens him, he still wouldn’t ever let them go. They’re his—and that’s final.

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

His demonic instincts would definitely be at the root of his obsession. Once he realizes his darling’s the perfect mate, it‘ll spur on a need to constantly be around them.

Seeing his darling get hurt in any way—mentally or physically—as they live their life without him would likely be the breaking point. He just wants to have them as his own, and he wants to protect them from the cruelty of the world.

It may start with innocent enough intentions, but his demonic instincts would ultimately be detrimental to his mate’s well-being. At least Jack can sort of lie to himself by thinking he’s doing right by them.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

He typically doesn’t enjoy it. As I mentioned, he tells himself the primary reason he kidnapped whisked them away was to save them from outside forces that could hurt them. So to see his mate getting upset because of something he did doesn’t feel good at all.

Even his demonic side isn’t much of a fan of it. It triggers his protective instincts, and his gut reaction is to do anything he can to comfort them.

The only exception might be when he’s frenzied or when he’s punishing them. In those instances, he might simply see their outburst as consequences of their actions. It wouldn’t have happened if they just listened to him like a good little mate~

Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

Unlike most yanderes, he’s not too concerned with them escaping. He knows he’s stronger and faster than them, and their scent is so deliciously potent that he knows he could trace them down pretty easily—so thinking of them leaving doesn’t merit much worry.

He probably also watches over them a lot more than most yanderes would. He blends in with shadows very well, and he doesn’t need to eat or sleep all too often, so keeping a constant watch over them is perfectly easy and manageable.

And in that similar vein, anything having to do with his demonic nature, by default, makes him different. His heats, his bloodlust frenzies, his cannibalism—all that good stuff makes him quite the unique yandere~

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

His guilt is probably his biggest weakness.

If his darling behaves and tries to befriend him, tries to show that they forgive him for what he’s done, they might be able to convince him to let them go.

But even then, because they’re his fated mate, they could never truly be free from him. He would still watch over them and visit them as often as he could. He might not be able to stop himself from killing anyone that hurts them or tries to court them—kind of like some fucked up guardian angel of sorts.

True freedom from him is essentially impossible because he couldn’t possibly live without his precious little mate~

Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

Physically? Absolutely. Emotionally? Not so much.

He wouldn’t actively want to hurt them physically, but they’re just so weak and delicate, and sometimes he gets carried away and ends up injuring them pretty badly. He also loves marking them, and he’s not usually all too gentle when that happens.

Emotional pain is typically something he strays away from. Some punishments do cause distress to his darling, like when he kills someone in front of them, or when he forces them to eat human flesh—but some amount of pain and trauma is inevitable when you’ve been kidnapped by a big strong demon like Jack.

Other than that, he doesn’t degrade or insult his darling in any capacity. He toys with them, sometimes mocks them, and he teases them often, but his goal was to shelter them from any kind of demeaning pain, not personally deliver it to them, so he’s only ever playful with it.

Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

In his lack of eyes, his mate’s at the top of the world. They’re perfect—no one else could ever hold a candle to their greatness.

But no matter how much he reveres them, he ultimately knows he’s a monster—so he won’t take it too personally if he can’t win their love and affection. He’ll try to please them whenever and however he can, but not because he expects anything out of them. He just wants them to be happy, regardless of whether or not that means winning them over.

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

A surprisingly long amount of time, considering his senses make him borderline ravenous for them.

He’d stalk them for days, weeks, months, maybe even years before he snaps and takes them as his own. He can be quite the patient demon, and he won’t make his move until he’s certain it’s the perfect opportunity.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

He might, but it would be entirely accidental and very unlikely.

The whiplash between his normal self and his demonic self, the overprotective instincts, the ceaseless stalking, the insatiable bloodlust and heats—it might just be too much for one person to handle.

He’s generally pretty good at comforting and calming them down when he’s of sound mind, but some twisted things his demonic side would do might be irreversible. He would get extremely upset if he couldn’t get them back to their usual self, and he’d do almost anything to fix them—maybe even let them go and attempt to keep contact to a minimum so that they could hopefully live a normal life.

But as I mentioned, the chances of him breaking them in the first place are quite low. He only wants what’s best for his beloved darling, after all~
