mental health awareness month💚

I read somewhere that our darkest times should be looked @ as a seed that has been planted, and you're about to flourish! literally grow through what you go through! everything is temporary!!!! we need to stop acting like showing emotions or having feelings is a form of weakness!! people are so stuck on trying to pretend like everything is ok instead of knowing it's okay to seek help! it's time to start taking better care of our mental health and making sure the ppl in your circle are okay too. you would tell your friend she need to lose weight but scared to see if her mind is in the right place? that's what's running the show!! (some of the most successful people in the industry have faced the same problems as you! push through! pressure creates diamonds💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎 watch what you feed your brain. watch your self talk!) why aren't we as concerned about our mental health as we are with our physical? when our lifestyle or physical health begins to damage our organs we want do anything in our will to prevent further damage to them, don't we? why? bc we can't live with out... did you know (spoiler alert) we can't live with out our brains either? **********IT IS OKAY TO SEEK HELP IT IS OKAY TO SEEK HELP IT IS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY ITS OKAY TO SEEK HELP*********** just in case no one has ever told you... some people may have even experienced similar feelings as you! And overcame them! You're not alone. You do not have to go through that alone. Those demons will take over you if you do not seek help. Im just saying it is so important that we take as much care of our mental health as we do our physical. the brain is one of the most important organs in our body!!!! take care💕🌺🌻🌸🌷

it bothers me so much how my city shows more hate than love and we allll grew up together/around each other... everything is not a competition! throwing shade doesn't make your light shine any brighter! we need to get better @ supporting each other. uplifting each other rather than putting each other down! we are so quick to criticize before helping! why? if you care so much to talk about it, care enough to help find a solution. there are things that i may know that i can teach others or vice versa! the way we look at our city is embarrassing, it's full of hate. & almost everyone hates it there. we come from such a family oriented community but it seems that we've lost the meaning of what family is. we should be encouraged/motivated by one another not intimidated/envious. support one another! it's better to be a lover than a hater!
