APOLLONIUS OF TYANA

It is reported that Apollonius of Tyana fell out of favor with Emperor Severus, who put him on trial and had his hair cut off to eradicate his magical powers. Then Apollonius simply vanished from the courtroom never to be seen again!.

His last words;

"I thank you indeed, my sovereign, but I would fain tell you that by reason of these miscreants your cities are in ruin, and the islands full of exiles, and the mainland of lamentations, and your armies of cowardice, and the Senate of suspicion. Accord me also, if you will, opportunity to speak; but if not, then send someone to take my body, for my soul you cannot take. Nay, you cannot take even my body,

"For thou shalt not slay me, since — I tell thee — I am not mortal."

And with this words Apollonius vanished from the courtroom.

I know Tyana admits to poisoning Maegor’s other wives but tbh I think his blood magic test tube baby ass could not father a healthy child anyways I think Alys going into labor early was Tyana’s poison and what she gave birth to was going to look like that anyways. I think Tyana telling Maegor as she died that that his other children would be similar was her being fully aware of what he was since she was a magic user herself. Also Visenya hated her for no given reason so my theory is that they were two magic practitioners that did not see eye to eye on how to use it.

I think blood magic will never replicate life perfectly no matter what the caster gives in return. Visenya got her healthy son but a simulacrum will never be true life.

I recognize Mainspring's changeling design. (I think.) Isn't that Tyan/Tyana?

Yep.

I'll give the basic gist of mainspring's story, how be became a changeling. But a lot of details are sadly lost so it might not make as much sense as it was supposed to.

He has always felt a lack of love and empathy, but his boundless curiosity and need for control made him start experimenting on finding ways to feel emotions. He developed a small creature that could give the faintest feelings of love to others, but it only encouraged these feelings to feed on it.

He continues trying to develop this creature, and creates changelings. They feed on love more aggressively so at least he's found a way to pinpoint the emotion.

Then he makes a strain that's contagious, still not mastering how to get it to work properly.

The most dangerous strain mutates over time, one that acts as a parasite that devours the pony's love and their insides as it eventually pops off their head, with their memories and personality still barely in tact. This is a strain that is around at the end of time.

These are then used as the Toclofane by Banana who can control them with the queen's pheromone he developed

Then as Missy he makes it so the dead can be converted into changelings as a 'gift' to the Doctor (Anything Cybermen is basically changelings here)

And finally he develops a strain that turns him into a changeling Queen, able to control ALL strains of changeling and able to feel empathy and love by the ability to taste emotions. Tyan/a tries to fix what they've damaged with changelings, and tries to be a genuinely good pony.

tyana is one of kevan lannister's daughters. she grew up idolizing jaime for his knighthood and wanted desperately to be just like him. however, it was not what was expected of a lady. she was married off to some reach lord as a means of alliance while young but he fell ill and died some years later. before his death, he often encouraged her to delve into her interests and arranged to have her squire under a reach knight.

while there was no romantic love between the two of them, tyana did love him until his death and defied her father afterwards by becoming a lady knight.

"nor  is  it  safe  with  a  weapon  that  can  be  knocked  from  your  hand."  another  time,  glinting  mischief  would  wrap  her  words,  presenting  telltale  cheekiness.  but  tonight,  fear  weaves  in  her  voice.  still,  she  eases  the  tension  from  her  arm  when  gysella  takes  a  step  back,  arrow  point  toward  the  ground  instead  of  at  the  base  of  throat. "i'm  seeking  my  family."  belatedly,  she  realizes  that  the  less  said,  the  better  she  can  wield  a  path  for  escape.  who's  to  say  a  ruling  noble  didn't  orchestrate  this?  the  web  of  deceit  stretches  through  each  hall,  each  room,  each  dead  body  upon  the  ground.  she  could  join  the  pile,  if  she  remained  careless.  "and  what  of  you,  lady  gysella?  where  are  you  going?"
