Violent Violet with Steph attending some Jewish holiday things with Sam.

“What’re you doing?” Stephanie asked, leaning over Sam’s shoulder. Sam had several pots on the stove, some with oil and others with soup or brisket, and she watched them carefully with thermometers in each pot as they cooked various things inside.

“Preparing for Hanukkah. Danny, Tucker, and the others are also going to come by later when it gets darker. Want to try a piece?” Sam asked.

Stephanie nodded. She eyed the finished products on the counter nearby with greed in her eyes and Sam chuckled before waving a hand and giving silent permission. Stephanie was immediately drawn to one particular, tasty looking treat that had a sort of jelly filling inside.

“What’s this?” Stephanie asked, not even waiting for an answer before putting the donut-like treat into her mouth.

“That’s pontshke. They’re like donuts. Pretty good, right?” Sam smiled as Stephanie moaned in delight from the taste, nodding enthusiastically. She wiped away the powdered sugar from her cheek and chuckled as Stephanie blushed.

Stephanie pointed to a fried piece of something, licking her lips. “So what’s this?”

“Latkes. They’re sort of like potato pancakes. They’re savory though, not sweet,” she explained and fed a piece to Stephanie, who hummed happily from the food.

“They’re good too! You’re baking something in the oven?”

“Koylitsh bread and rugelach,” Sam said. “I’m still making more stuff.”

Stephanie whistled, before stuffing her mouth with another piece of latke. She chewed and then wrapped her arms around Sam, nuzzling her since she was very warm from all of the cooking. “You’re making a lot of food. You’ve worked hard.”

Sam smiled and said, “Yeah. It’s my first Hanukkah without my family. It’s also my first with you after all. I want to make sure it’s special.”

Stephanie grinned. “It’s already special if we’re together.”

They both beamed and then shared a kiss. This was their first Hanukkah together, but definitely not their last, as they would share many, many holidays together in the future.

do u have a favourite house md case/episode?

Nope. I am only into season 2 and what I remember is bits and pieces not really exact episodes from the rest. My memory is not so good with shows like that things sort of blur together a lot for me so I don't feel too strongly about particular episodes at least not in a way I can pin point as a favorite.

6. warm colors or cold colors?

while generally i prefer cold colors, im gonna have to go with warm for my drawing palette... i think they work best with my art style though I do switch it up !! cold colors show contrasts better imo in stuff like shading

i don't have my computer on me atm so I can't show a digital wip but here's a sketch + a rough color idea for a personal drawing i wanna paint digitally at some point

22. what inspires you?

other people's creations, mostly. i get inspired by music a lot but that's mostly for poetry - with drawing, it's usually other people's art. like oh, that's a technique I should try! that's a color scheme I've never worked with! the line work is so solid, I want to strive towards that art style, I should try that brush... it's stuff like that that I just apply to some simple ideas I have and then things sort of roll from there

So people once were calling me a terf, persecuting me just because I held some different opinion. After taking a break from social media, I've did some thinking, and I've came to accept this label as a part of who I am. I identify, inside and out, within the fibers if my soul, as a terf, and anyone who objects to this is being criticalphobic. After a while though, being so enshrined with terfness started exposing to me the many issues and hypocrisies terfs have, which I started rejecting. Eventually I realized that by rejecting trans people from society, I was arbitrarily drawing a line between what a person participating in society could be, completely discounting all the possible ways our biology I've so long revered could betray the labels our ancestors placed on ourselves. I stopped excluding trans people and started exclusively rejecting normal feminists, making me a ferf, until I walked outside and accidently talked to a guy and found they were normal. With no one familiar to belong to, I gave in and joined feminists and became a rfet.
