The only other prominent Shroud family member mentioned + we have not met is Aidne. She is Idia’s father’s mother and the previous director of Styx, as she passed away some time ago. That means there wouldn’t be anyone new from the Shroud family that we could meet…

Because thinking about it, there seems to be tension between the main family and the Shrouds, who are considered a “branch family” and tried to rebel long ago to claim power from the Jupiters. That makes me think that the other Olympians are branch families as well (making ~12 in total)??? Their gatherings might be stressful… Squabbles to curry favor and gather power for themselves, all that. I wanna see Idia anxious about those dinners, all his odd relatives, how he gets along (or doesn’t get along) with a twisted!Zeus. I’m biased for this kind of stuff because I love the Fey family drama in Ace Attorney—

I NEED to know how the rest of the family sees Ortho. My initial impression was that Shroud Mama and Papa would reject him, but they happily accept Ortho as one of their own (which is an inversion of how Hades thought the dead he watched over were “dumb and uncouth”). What about their extended family then? Are they also accepting? Or do they just see Ortho as a piece of technology or another interesting test subject???? Or worse, an abomination 😭

Thinking about a Yuu who loved Greek mythology in their world or maybe jus mythology in general and then when they get to twisted wonderland they’re looking at the ruler of the underworld like “…. That’s just Hades?” And then they learn that Greece just isn’t a thing they’re just like “WHAT DO YOU MEAN ???? HOW CAN U HAVE THE GREEK GODS BUT NOT A GREECE ??? AND WHAT IS UR ZEUS ???? So guys, the wisdom saga dropped as many of you know. And I love it 300/10 do recommend but I just remembered while listening to God Games that I have Leona casted as Athena and Malleus casted as Zeus. So in the beginning of God Games, you have this guy going “Father, God King! Rarely do I ask for favors! Now, I'm knocking on your door!”

And saying all that to this guy who doesn’t even remotely look like him. And let’s be real, Leona would probably rather claw his eyes out.

Not to mention that I have Riddle Rosehearts as Ares so imagine hearing Ares introduction, imagining someone built like a brick like maybe Jack, but instead, you have this pipsqueak in heels that will fly off the handle at a moments notice.

All this to say is that I’m loving my little project, the mental imagery is fantastic and I can’t wait to continue with the next polls (which may or not include a couple goddesses.)

Why Calypso is an Oc

The main reason behind this is because that Circe is the most sexualized character in the show. She had a song dedicated to seducing someone. I don’t feel comfortable sexualizing one of the twst boys like that, but I do feel comfortable doing it with my own character. Also her personality fits the character anyway.

Its well known now that Book 7 will heavily imply familial messages and from what we seen with Shroud Family so far, is that they were very communicative and supportive of each other in the loving way possible.

I assumed they were strict and cold parents before but I'm glad its wrong, cuz this is such a nice twist 💕 their dynamic reminds me of disney Hera and Zeus affection on Hercules--- I wonder if theyre showcasing this as parallel of Diasomnia's??? So far in canon, most of them rarely talk about much they actually mean w each other or even being wholesome like the Shrouds were lol But still... its undeniable theyre family as wellll 🙏

🏛️Sorting TWST Characters into PJO Cabins🏛️

To celebrate one of my very first fandoms finally getting the live-action series it deserves (debuting on my birthday no less) I've decided to sort characters from my current fandom into which cabins I think they'd be in were they all campers at Camp Half-Blood, starting with:

🐉Malleus🐉

The Big Three aren’t supposed to have children with mortals, but Zeus might have slipped up. (I’d probably slip up for MalMal’s mom too, let's be honest) Coming from an old money family with a long lineage, Malleus was raised by his grandmother for the first few years of his life, before her mysterious disappearance. Only after showing up at Camp Half-Blood in his late teen years did it come to light that his grandmother, unbeknownst to anyone else, was none other than Hecate, Goddess of Magic, leaving him descended from not one, but two of the Greek Gods. (Gotta keep our favorite Draconia OP somehow)

🗡️Silver🗡️

With how often he falls asleep, even in the most bizarre of places/situations, one could easily suspect that Silver was a child of Hypnos, the God of Sleep, whose children are notoriously sleepy, it was a little bit of a surprise to everybody when he was claimed instead by Morpheus, God of Dreams. However, to Silver, his dream-hopping ability suddenly made much more sense.

Grandchild of Zeus. Extremely ecstatic that he shares godly lineage with Malleus. He may be a generation removed from his godly parent, but we all know that won’t stop him from bragging to Silver about being descended from one of the Big Three, as opposed to Silver’s relation to a "mere minor god".

Everyone at camp is pretty sure that Lilia isn’t a god or a demigod, and certainly isn’t human either. How he keeps entering the camp’s boundaries is anybody’s guess honestly. (Diagnosing Lilia as a Creature™)
