a/n: after an absolutely horrific year i'm finally back to writing!! got half a lifetime's worth of lore in what is essentially 2/3 of a school year lol. but hey at least i got some new lore, so what better way to celebrate that then writing abt my fave au?

Even the most powerful of beings weren't immune to the effects of the passage of time. As colours bloomed in front of his eyes for the first time in his life, one so long others would struggle to count it, all he could think was that perhaps it had truly all been worth it as he gazed at you, forever ingraining the details of your visage deep inside his memory, to be forever treasured as the face of his saviour.

Wearing long sleeves, covering up despite the less than optimal weather for such attire, developing and maintaining a preference for the indoors as soon as the temperatures start to rise; anything to keep that damned mark hidden away. If nobody sees it, it doesn’t exist. If nobody can spot it and remark a similarity, then its not there. As long as he can keep hiding the mark, he can keep denying the existence of his soulmate. That’s what you were to him, a dream. Something he could only long for and yearn with the entirety of his soul yet fail to reach every time he tried. Despite not having even see your face due to the dream’s magic, your presence was deeply ingrained in his heart. He had envisioned you so many times, imagined what you’d look like, wondering if you’d look as beautiful as you sounded. You would overtake every waking moment, for his dreams were no longer enough, he would daydream about you, and play your voice in his mind on loop, all he desired was to suffocate in your presence and truly surround him in a way his dreams of you never could. He memorised everything about you, from what you mentioned to eat for breakfast to your aspirations and moral philosophy. If simply thinking of you hard enough would have brought you to life, you would have been born anew countless times. He could only live on in a prison of longing of his own making, every moment increasing his desperation to finally meet you and escape his mediocre existence. His obsession ran so deep he could perfectly render your voice in his head and hear you talk to him of thinks you hadn’t yet said. He thought he’d finally driven himself mad with yearning, hearing your voice while awake even when he hadn’t been the one to picture it, only to turn to see you for the first time, the image of perfection that even he couldn’t have dreamt, finally complete.

The little wristwatch was what kept him going, seeing the numbers go down was his motivation to go on, giving himself a purpose despite his lack of one in others’ eyes. Knowing that out there there was somebody who could truly understand him, who could see his worth and achievements in light of his struggle. Early on he had been victim of the critique and ridicule, but the hope of one person’s existence in contrary to this fuelled him to keep going. To strive to be better, to do something better with the unfortunate cards he was dealt. What worth other’s pinned on him no longer mattered, and as long as the ever-changing numbers on his wrist would continue to decrease he’d continue to prove the world wrong about their initial perception of him. All his life’s work amounted to this, the fateful meeting with who was supposed to be his one true love. As he continued down the winding streets of the town he could only anxiously stare at his wrist, taking note of the handful of hours left. His distracted state however, lead to him making the wrong turn and the counter adjust itself, not even letting him take in the shock of seeing that it had now only read a couple of seconds as he immediately collided into somebody, gripping the stranger’s shoulders to maintain his stability. Neither of you processed the beeping sound of your timers as you gazed in each other eye’s awestruck at finally meeting your soulmate.

During the savanaclaw arc Leona number one concern is luocha!yuu due to their healing ability so ruggie was tasked to take them down first but every time he tried the plan failed or something interrupted it before it could happen. As if they will Always be aware of their plans before it could happen.

Known for carrying a large coffin around their back, the first years usually ask what's inside the coffin but every time they answer, luocha!yuu will always leave them with a vague answer. Many students have once seen luocha!yuu talking to the coffin or the person inside of it and one time a student once saw vines coming out to touch loucha!yuu hand. These rumors might cause some feeling of uncertainty around luocha!yuu but they seem to not mind because they said it's normal for people to feel that way.

Jing yuan!Yuu is a powerful warrior and many people respect and admire them for it including epel, during overblot if the situation has become more severe Jing yuan!yuu would step up and end the fight using lightning lord to change the tides of the battlefield. epel reminds them a little of yanqing full of life and energy, he approached them whenever or not could they train together.

They are also known for their colorful ways of expressing words and cursing, their vocabulary causes riddles to faint. They also have a small dislike towards riddle of how his uptight ness of rules reminds them of an organization everyone should be free to express themselves and not be punished by something so small.

Floyd and them are best friends you can find them running towards each other whenever one of them comes to view, every time they finish an encounter one of them or both of them always end up in the nurse's office due to a playful spar they usually do. Since if you guys don't know boothill is canon for being illiterate so and doesn't want to learn how to read and write, boothill!yuu receive a magical device that helps them with reading and writing. It was created by idia and during why he decided to make it, idia replied it as a way to greet because he's happy Ortho is not the only one being a cyborg.

Idia, Ortho, epel and floyd are by far the closest to them other than the other first years, if a malfunction happens with their cyborg body, idia will find a way to repair or replace the malfunctioning item as well boothill!yuu and Ortho get along together like siblings. Boothill!yuu wants epel to embrace his other side and this will always end with a clash with vill, since they find epel similar towards themselves. Epel feels free as well being himself around boothill!yuu since both of them grew up in the country side. So he is usually free to express himself around them without worrying about vil. Boothill!Yuu is epel safe haven from vil if things get too hard in pomifiore.

A small kiss on the cheek, still too early for a kiss on the lips.

You both crashed down on the fresh green grass outside Ramshackle, the sun felt nice and warm that day and the grass was soft, nature was too tempting. Especially after a rough day.

Ace let out a big, exaggerated sigh, letting himself relax on the ground, "Why's Professor Crewel so strict, man. Does he want anyone to like him?" he complained "Y'know, the test wouldn't have been so difficult if you actually studied last night"

"And since when did you become a good student like Deucey".

Silence and jokingly threatening glares were shared before quickly laughing, you shifted a little closer to the boy before pressing your lips on his cheeks, earning you a look of shock from him. Even though you both have kissed each other's cheeks numerous times before, neither of you could get used to it. Each one was still full of innocence and pure love, uncharacteristic of Ace's usual mischievous personality.

A first kiss should be something that feels special, magical even, Malleus knew that and was determined to make sure to make yours and his feel that way. But he was wise not to rush, better to make sure the time and place was right.

It was the conclusion to the Endless Halloween that he and Lilia subjected the other students to, everyone was leaving the realm to go back to their dorms for their well-deserved rest, but Malleus stayed behind for a bit, entranced by the building.

You were there with him as per his request, the two of you exploring the now-empty mansion hand in hand just like what you do whenever you both were able to go out of the campus for small dates.

It was quiet, you noticed immediately that Malleus stopped in his tracks. "Malleus? Are you okay?" you ask, quickly making your way back to him.

Malleus looked at you standing in front of him fondly, his eyes were always so soft around you. His favorite moon bathed you in its light, shadows hugging corners of your face.

"You're beautiful" he said, bringing his hand up to your face, slightly sharpened nails dragged on your cheek and you instinctively leaned into his warmth. It all felt so natural, his lips made its way onto yours, and you reciprocated as if you've done this plenty of times before, Malleus's hand entangled in your hair and your hands on his shoulders, needing to slightly stand on your toes to reach him.

His kiss was soft with a hint of desire to continue keeping you close to him, not wanting to let go. You both parted to breathe, cheeks flushed and staring at each other with wide eyes but unable to look away.

Unexpected and fun kisses

Jing Yuan is a busy man, taking care of many responsibilities as the General of Divine Foresight, so things like visiting him during break hours and eating with him were the regular for both of you. But today was far too busy for the Artisanship commission.

You knocked at the door to his office and he responded with a quick "Enter". Pushing open the large door, you greeted Jing Yuan who immediately set aside his work once he saw you,

"I made you lunch, but I can't stay for long. Too much things going on in the Artisanship commission" you said sadly, Jing Yuan responds with a dramatic sigh and a sad look on his face "So even my dearly beloved would pick work over me" he teased

"Mhm, so I have to get going now" you smiled and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. As you were about to make your getaway, Jing Yuan quickly loops his arms around your waist and pulls you down onto his lap, you let out a small yelp when he started attacking your face with kisses while still hugging you tightly from behind, but it quickly turned into laughter as he continued,

"Jing Yuan! I seriously have to go! I have too much paperwork to take care of" you said between laughs and Jing Yuan looked at you while resting his face on your neck, "Alright, alright, I'll let you go now. Don't work too hard, take care of yourself too" he said letting go of your waist "You too" you respond while waving him goodbye.

If jing yuan was in twst as a teacher, he would be the teacher that teaches people how to fight without magic and using magic as little as possible

His classes would be out in the field with magic cancelation shit going on so NO ONE (except for maybe him for guarding reasons) can use magic. He proceeds to, as his first class, make people fight floating sentient bells that are out for their blood

You defeat these bells by smashing them and grabbing their cores, which would let out a soft chime before fizzling away. These bells are BEEFY though and make obnoxious ringing sounds that make some go out of calm due to annoyance- but since they cant use magic, theyre ALL somewhat panicking, some panicking worse than others

His first lesson is teaching you how to stay calm while fighting handicapped (without magic)

His classes are mostly like this, fighting the most outrageous enemies that can use all sorts of magic meanwhile you yourself cant use magic (for safety reasons they immediately freeze like a statue when they ALMOST land a killing hit on you)

But he's a nice guy. He sometimes gives the class freetime, most of which are from assessing how students look upon arrival.

Every time Yue needs extra cash, they simply build a new island with several minigames and sell tickets to the NRC students to play and if anyone wants a PVP match just pay Yuan as they are thursty for a good fight (spoiler: Yuan wins). Or Yue prepares SPAs sessions for Pomefiore students at the island's oriental-themed hot springs and guesthouses. Azul is crying because Yue and Yuan are being business geniuses and it's obvious that Crowley doesn't get any of the money or privileges at the SPA (he's blacklisted).

but yeah, they know how to make money if need be, and they're very smart with redstone and such sooo :)

And there goes another few rounds where you smother your boyfriends face with tons of kisses. He brought you many lipsticks and lip gloss, so it is only right you try to see the shade that matches, right? the shade, which makes his face feel even more ethereal. The only correct way to let people know that you're his and he's yours.

"Hmm... I think this shade suits your face better!" You moved the ones which made his face look more delightful. Shades of pink, red, coral, and all.

He did say that the number of kisses you gave him till then were enough, but deep down, he craved more. The way your soft lips felt against his skin left him breathless. The way areas where your lips left left a tingling and burning sensation, which, rather than being unpleasant, was more exciting

What was even more addicting was the way you would gently cup his face with your hands and attack his face ferverently. This was best for both of you. You get to have the ego boost after smothering or rather painting his face with your kisses, and he gets access to your unlimited display of affection.

"There! Now that's more like it you look like my lover now" putting emphasis on the word, you were grinning from ear to ear while admiring your masterpiece. When you tried to get up from his lap though...

Part of this series

I love how the changes of Jack and Jing Yuan are pretty much only their clothes (with a few nuances difference in hair and eyes). And for once, I have no complaints about the colors looking off because they're both rocking it.

A little explanation below the cut

I chose these two together because they're both fluffy looking. Just kidding, this isn't the only reason. Both of them have this intimidating aura around them (I mean, Jing Yuan is a General but yk) while they're actually such softies even if Jack doesn't want to show it.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Not all of them will have overly elaborate explanations :)
