You gasped as the ice ran through your body. You could feel the cold touch spreading up your legs and back, the ice beginning to solidify your body. 

“How could you?” You gasped. The air around you as you spoke fogged with your words. It began to hurt to breathe.

“How could I? You betrayed me for that beast!” She shouted. Her voice echoed and boomed around and seemed to vibrate the air.

“Because you have lost yourself! I have loved you and come to know you. This… this is not you!” You insisted. She scoffed and stepped closer, the cold swallowing you faster as she closed in.

“Love…” She said and looked at your face carefully. "Don’t make things needlessly complicated as you humans tend to do." She stayed as the ice swallowed you up, her face the last that you saw. The ground froze around you as she turned and left you. The years passed. Hardy plants grew around you, covering you as the winter grew worse and worse. Then suddenly there was warmth. You gasped for air as you stumbled forwards bracing yourself on warm golden fur.

“It is time to see if your love can change our fates.” The lion said as you steadied yourself against him and found your feet. There was a small shy girl with him. She watched you curiously.

“I fear her heart has been frozen for too long to make any difference.” You muttered and he hummed, sitting as he looked at you.

“What of your heart? Has that too, become cold?” He asked and you sighed shaking your head.

“I will still try.” You said and smiled when he nodded as if he knew that you would.

“Then we should hurry you to your steed. There is much to be done.” He said and bowed so that you could both climb on his back.

Day 9 : Jadis

I feel this in my soul. Alpha was by far the best and most dangerous villain to me. True intention. Governor was a mourning baby and Negan was a narcissistic dictator. I also will mention, Jadis may not have been a top tier character buuut...she took our leader. And obviously, very easily, could have wiped out our communities...if she wanted to.

Alpha is by far my favorite villain in TWD and she is terribly underappreciated. All the other villains in the show have some crippling fear of emasculation and only operate to inflate their egos and delusional world views, meanwhile Alpha is just "Our communities are clearly a mutual danger to each others' existence so I've set up a border so we can coexist, you can very easily memorise it by the decapitated heads of your friends and family members that I left there, and just in case you have trouble finding it don't worry I made sure to leave one of your friends alive so he can just show you the spot". Honest and concise woman. Not to mention her right-hand is a slasher movie villain who has probably sold his soul to her in some kind of blood pact, the Governor and Negan are literally surrounded by people who only feel obligated to tolerate them.
