I've been having.. rather depressive episodes recently. With the pressure of the finals coming up. And my mother's high expectations for me. She hopes that I could be one of the best. I've been struggling with suicidal thoughts. And recently developed more unhealthy behaviour. I don't know if I can hold on to stuff for much longer. My mental health is hanging by a thread and it's affecting most of my physical health too. I've been having a harder time sleeping and my thoughts are quite harmful. I've been having more and more impulsive thoughts. And I think it's affecting me badly. But I really don't want to talk to my mother or my father about this.
