rant over now please stream this shit a lot if you don't mind, it took me years to make lol.

(MONACO, 2023)
You felt like Elvis Presley. Singing in sold-out arenas and having millions of fans that would constantly stream your songs. It was exhilarating. It was a different type of high. Being famous was 100x better than narcotics, because it gave you money.
Money that afforded lazy days like this.
Both sides of your pillow remained cold. The air-conditioning was in optimal condition. Charles' warm arms were wrapped around you, caging you in his warm embrace. "What time are we gonna get up?" you asked with a chuckle, seeing that his eyes remained closed.
"Brunch," he mumbled weakly - fighting against the sleepiness. "- now let's please get back to sleep." he pleaded, his arms wrapping tighter around your waist. A small giggle escapes your mouth.
"Okay, Mr. Leclerc."

Y/N L/N and CHARLES LECLERC: ALL WE KNOW ABOUT THE BREAKUP SO FAR. by Poppy Corinthia
When Y/N L/N first began dating Formula One racer Charles Leclerc more than seven years ago, the internet was not shocked. The pair first introduced each other as childhood best-friends, both growing up in Monaco, until L/N's eventual leave to NYC.
A love story like theirs did not stay behind closed doors.
Their relationship was first confirmed by an instagram post made by Y/N L/N (which has since been deleted following her karma album) that is captioned "the love of my life" with a picture of her and Charles Leclerc kissing passionately in Turks and Caicos.
This was followed by back-to-back appearances in the racing paddock, as well as Leclerc's attendance in all of L/N's concerts. July 10, 2024 the streak of attendance has been ruined. Leclerc has also not liked any of L/N's post about her Liverpool concert. Y/N L/N also liked a twitter post speculating their breakup.
But what do you think, reader? Is the IT Couple broken up? or are they simply taking a step back on their public appearances?

Clean
I'm so sad we didn't get videos for 1989TV, but we did get some great visuals in the lyric videos. Especially Cleans, which references a lot of other songs. I see similarities to the music video for Style, Out of the Woods, Late Night Talking, Falling and Cardigan. I think this fits how often this song has been referenced in other songs by Harry and Taylor.
Timeline
Clean was written on 9 February with Imogen Heap. Taylor said in the Grammy Pro event:
“When you get your heart broken, or you loose someone from your life, or when you’re trying to recover from a breakup, it’s almost the same kind of struggle that someone goes through when trying to beat addiction. It’s not one habit your breaking, it’s every single minute of the day you’re breaking a habit. And it’s exhausting. I had this metaphor in my head about being in this house. There’s been a drought but you feel like there’s a storm coming, and so instead of blocking out the storm you punch a hole in the roof and just let all the rain come in. And when you wake up in the morning, it’s washed away everything that used to hurt you. And then you’re clean.”
Taylor also said it and Shake it Off were the last song's written, but Style was actually the last song written on 19 February 2014.
Live performances
Clean was on the 1989 mainset list proceeded by the Clean Speech which changed slightly every night. There is a wonderful Masterpost of Clean Speechs most of these. The Speech generally stated with a scene setter that they are all there together, going through things and would end with variations on " And then I think that if you continue to move through your life, and replace old habits with new ones, I think you can erase that feeling that everyone sees your mistakes when they’re looking at you. And that’s the moment you know that you’re finally clean." The middle section of the speeches varied depending on what Taylor wanted to say. I think these are a nice call back to Speak Now Arm Lyrics, which started after she may have first met Harry.
Since the 1989 World Tour it has been played Clean on:
21 July 2018 - end of (Cruel) summer end of Live on Tour, Camille BUA, Harry went to Italy, she went to Turks and Caicos with Joe.
1 April 2023 - show after Joe BUA
28 May 2023 - Between Maroon and Hits Different. TR and TK first seen soon after.
Lyrics
The drought was the very worst (Oh-oh, oh-oh) When the flowers that we'd grown together died of thirst It was months and months of back and forth (Oh-oh, oh-oh) You're still all over me Like a wine-stained dress I can't wear anymore
Is it over now? "With the wilt of the rose (Uh-huh)", Harry responded to this in Sunflower Vol 6 with "Plant new seeds in the melody"
Wine on clothes is many songs: Olivia: "This isn't the stain of a red wine, I'm bleeding love", Little Freak: "Red wine and a ginger ale / But you would make fun of me for sure", Maroon: "The burgundy on my T-shirt when you splashed your wine into me" and "Your roommate's cheap-ass screw-top , that's how", The 1: "Rosé flowing with your chosen family" and Grapejuice "There's just no gettin' through / Without you / A bottle of rouge"
Hung my head as I lost the war And the sky turned black like a perfect storm
Taylor has used war as a metaphor for a fight in several songs. And described dark skies for relationship trouble.
This Love: "Skies grew darker, currents swept you out again"
Coney Island: "Did I paint your bluest skies the darkest gray?"
Rain came pouring down When I was drowning, that's when I could finally breathe And by morning Gone was any trace of you, I think I am finally clean (Oh, oh, oh, oh)
The imagery of rain pouring down, washing away but also as a metaphor for depression has been a theme in Harry and Taylors songs. Most remarkably in the music videos for Falling/Cardigan, which references these lyrics in Clean.
Clean is referencing Everything has changed, a song about the start of Harry and Taylor's relationship, Clean being an (ending at that time.)
Everything Has Changed: "All I know is pouring rain and everything has changed"
How You Get The Girl: "Stand there like a ghost, shaking from the rain"
Peace: "But the rain is always gonna come if you’re standing with me"
There was nothing left to do (Oh-oh, oh-oh) When the butterflies turned to dust that covered my whole room So I punched a hole in the roof (Oh-oh, oh-oh) Let the flood carry away all my pictures of you
Everything has changed is also the only other song Taylor has referred to Butterfly's "And all I feel in my stomach is butterflies, the beautiful kind" which Harry referenced in Olivia "The summertime and butterflies / All belong to your creation / I love you, it's all I do"
Dust is also only in:
Holy Ground: And the story’s got dust on every page
Everything Has Changed: So dust off your highest hopes, and
Right Where You Left Me: Dust collected on my pinned-up hair
Finally, as the closing track, 1989 was a very photo driven marketing campaign, the line of 'washing my pictures of you' and references to photos in the album bring that story to a close.
The water filled my lungs, I screamed so loud But no one heard a thing
Harry referenced this line in the Falling Music Video, which Taylor then referenced in the Clean TV Lyric Video:
Ten months sober, I must admit Just because you're clean, don't mean you don't miss it Ten months older, I won't give in Now that I'm clean, I'm never gonna risk it
Clean likens their relationship to an addiction, which they do in several songs (Grapejuice "There's just no gettin' through / Without you A bottle of rouge", MMIH “gotta get better / give me some morphine.”)
Is it over now? "Let's fast forward to three hundred takeout coffees later" 300 take out coffees, one a day is 10 months.
The song was written 9 February 2014, 10 months prior was April 2013. One Direction was playing UK shows and Taylor on the US leg of the Red Tour. They were MIA on tour breaks 23 - 25 April 2013 after Harry arrived alone in LA, Harry wearing the Peace Ring when he left LA. Finding that timing makes me feel:

Note
i watched CBC's commentary from Worlds 2024 and Brenda Irving mentioned that CPom didn't take a single week off in the summer of 2023? i don't know if she was exaggerating but it's interesting to me (and it paid off because we saw their improvements)
maybe it’s not better to work with no breaks, and it’s not some kind of valor to work more if your mind, body and spirit need a rest? a quick look at their IG says Christina went on a family vacation to Turks & Caicos end of May, and Anthony was on vacation from June 5 for a week when he went to Montreal and then Cabo, and his end of summer wrapup includes the Bellagio fountains in Vegas

Atlantic Tropical Weather Outlook issued by the National Hurricane Center in Miami, FL, USA
2023-11-15, 13:00 EST
Southwestern Caribbean Sea: Disorganized showers and thunderstorms persist in association with a trough of low pressure located in the southwestern Caribbean Sea. Environmental conditions appear marginally conducive for development of this system over the next couple of days, and a tropical depression could form by this weekend as the system starts moving northeastward across the western and central part of the Caribbean Sea. An Air Force Reserve reconnaissance mission is scheduled to investigate the system tomorrow.
Regardless of development, this system is expected to produce heavy rains that could result in flash flooding and mudslides over portions of the Caribbean coast of Central America and the Greater Antilles through this weekend. Interests in Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the southeastern Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos Islands should continue to monitor the progress of this system.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...40 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...50 percent.
Offshore Southeast Coast of United States: A non-tropical area of low pressure is expected to form near southern Florida along a frontal boundary by tomorrow. This system is then forecast to move quickly northeastward across the Bahamas and offshore of the east coast of the U.S. through the weekend. Although development into a tropical cyclone appears unlikely, this system is expected to produce gusty winds and heavy rains across portions of southern Florida, the Florida Keys, and the Bahamas during the next couple of days. For more information on this system, including gale warnings, see High Seas Forecasts issued by the National Weather Service.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...10 percent.
&& High Seas Forecasts issued by the National Weather Service can be found under AWIPS header NFDHSFAT1, WMO header FZNT01 KWBC, and online at ocean.weather.gov/shtml/NFDHSFAT1.php

The Personal Agenda I (Part 1)
Hello, all! I thought I'd share this with you. I have had a plan for my life since about the year 2006, which I developed after I graduated from Harvard University in 2005 (class of 2002). I used to call it The Plan then I called it The Agenda/The Agenda I, and now it is called The Personal Agenda I. So far, I have developed two Personal Agendas - The Personal Agenda I and The Personal Agenda II. I am actually immortal (I have the genes for it), even though I am trying to achieve immortality. In fact, all that talk of anti-aging and immortality you see out there? That's because of me. So, the personal agendas are what to do with my life. I'm not sure if I'll ever stop creating them. So far, the stuff to do in each agenda lasts a long time. The documents are not perfect. They are still a work in progress. But, I have refined them over and over again throughout the years, culimating in these masterpieces. Here is part one of The Personal Agenda I, for your viewing pleasure:
The Agenda 1
1) Keep my benefits; Have my apartment at Midtown Apartments; live there until I make a move to Burlington, VT; do the following while living at Midtown Apartments: give Bowdoin College $3 trillion; spend three weeks @:

A woman who lost a leg in a shark attack over a year ago is ready to compete in the 2024 Paralympics in Paris.
Former Yale swimmer Ali Truwit was snorkeling off Turks and Caicos in May 2023 when she was attacked by a shark. She was airlifted to Miami, where she underwent two lifesaving surgeries. She ended up losing part of her left leg.
Just over a year later, Truwit competed in the Paralympic trials and made the U.S. team in the Women's 400-meter freestyle race.
Truwit says she was able to pull through with the help of family and friends - and a shift in her own mindset.

22 February 2023 Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex visited the 54th Annual Cayman Islands Agricultural Show this morning with the Honourable Premier, Wayne Panton, ringing the cowbell three times to officially declare the opening of the event. Great it has returned after a three year hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The Countess greeted visiting dignitaries from the British Virgin Islands, Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, and St Kitts and Nevis, who had travelled to Cayman for the Agricultural Show. A delegation compromising the Premier, Members of Cabinet, as well as other official dignitaries and representatives from the Department of Agriculture and the Agricultural Society accompanied the Countess during her tour of the livestock, displays, and district stalls under the Main Pavilion where Her Royal Highness also took the opportunity to speak to local farmers and vendors to learn more about Cayman’s efforts to reduce our reliance on imported goods. The Agriculture Show is a wonderful and much-loved event in our community. Great to be able to showcase how much Cayman has to offer to Her Royal Highness. — HE The Governor - Cayman Islands

So I went to PointFest in STL and was sitting next to this older couple (50’s-60’s) who had Shiprocked shirts on. Since I’m going on Shiprocked for the first time next year I started talking to them in between sets on kind of what to expect etc and she gave me some details on her 2023 Shiprocked with Bad Omens. She said they have designated times for people on the boat to meet the bands and she said when her and her husband went to meet bad omens Noah had his ski mask on the whole time. She also said when they were docked in Turks and Caico they walked by Noah having some kind of anxiety attack on the beach because there was sand on his feet and she said “I think it was the tour manager” (which I’m assuming was Matt) was trying to calm him down . This isnt really tea or anything but thought it was some interesting information. Wonder if they will ever do shiprocked again?
That's interesting. Never heard that before.
But I do know when they were asked if they'd ever do shiprocked again, they all immediately said no. So unfortunately, it is not in the cards.
