In Words of Radiance, Dalinar is awfully judgy of Sebarial for bringing his mistress on the journey to the center. Especially considering Dalinar brought Navani... who he's likely sleeping with... and not married to...
Its the cremling calling the hasper small. There I'll say it.

Stormlight Characters as Stuff The Babies At My Job Have Done
(part 2, part 3, part 4)
Rock: Walks around the room each morning ceremoniously handing each one of the toddlers one of their veggie straws
Dalinar: Favorite book is called "Teeth Are Not For Biting"; bites the other kids constantly
Skar and Drehy: Stand up in their cribs and yell wordlessly back and forth at at each other every day during nap time
Elhokar: Walked up to me, held their arms up and screamed, then started crying when I picked them up
Lopen: Took their shirt off during nap time apropos of nothing, causing all the other toddlers to follow suit
Jasnah:
Walked up to her mom who was breastfeeding her little sister, pointed at the baby's crib with a stern expression, and said "night night."
Mom: "Your sister's eating, it isn't nap time--" Toddler: "NIGHT NIGHT."
Sebarial: Watched two of the toddlers have a slap fight with rapt attention while chewing on the strap of her highchair like it was popcorn
Taravangian: While getting over a cold, held a board book triumphantly over her head and let out the raspiest old-man-sounding "heh heh"
Adolin: One day his mom dropped him off and said "he's got a cold and doesn't understand what's happening, as far as he's concerned it's the apocalypse"

Turinad Sebarial. All of the time - but maybe not always displaying it.
Is there a single cosmere character who has common sense?

Since Sebarial is basically The Onion in human form, it would be completely in-character for him to get married to Palona in a wedding that’s designed to be a mockery of Dalinar and Navani’s wedding. (But it’s also still a legal wedding because he loves Palona and if Dalinar can marry his sister-in-law then storms, who cares if he marries a darkeyed foreigner.) Like, he would wake everyone up in the middle of the night and invite them to his wedding, which is performed by an ardent hiding behind a curtain with some sort of effect that makes his voice boom. Sebarial may draft Shallan to help with that part. And he would make a show of having better catering and a better after-party than Dalinar. (or you know, any catering at all) That is, assuming he isn’t struck by lightning before the end of the wedding. Who knows, the Stormfather might find it amusing.

I have been reminded that Sebarial and Palona should also be included in the running, despite being actively in a romantic relationship for years:
“I’m not the only one who takes you seriously, Turinad,” Navani told Sebarial. “There’s at least one more.”
“If she took me seriously, Brightness, I’d be a married man.” He sighed. “I can’t decide if she thinks me unworthy of her, or if somehow she’s decided a highprince shouldn’t marry someone of her station. When I try to get it out of her, the response is never clear.”
“Could he neither option,” Navani said.
“If that’s the case, I’m at a complete loss.”
(RoW, Ch. 27)
We know that Branderson doesn’t have a romantic bone in his body, but I think he stumbled on something with the whole stout innkeeper and well-natured customer thing:
Maib stood inside, fixing a pot of fish soup, and she nodded to him. She was a stout woman and had been chasing Ishikk for years, trying to bait him to wed her on account of her fine cooking. He might just let her catch him someday
(WoK, I-1)
Scowling, she topped off his beer, spilling a sudsy dribble onto his hand, before limping off. She was a stout woman. Tough. Everyone in the Forests was tough. The ones that survived at least.
He’d learned that a scowl from Silence was just her way of saying hello. She’d given him an extra helping of venison; she often did that. He liked to think that she had a fondness for him. Maybe someday...
(Shadows for Silence, prologue)
Dagon shrugged, lifting his drink as Silence Montane limped by. Yes, she was a healthy-looking woman. He really should court her, one of these days. She scowled at him and dumped his plate in front of him.
“I think I’m wearing her down,” Dagon said, mostly to himself as she left.
(SfS, epilogue)
This is the closest Branderson has gotten to pining and I’m here for it
(At least until the Skyward novellas come out because Jorgen’s POV is sure to be full of pining, but not sure if those will count since Janci is writing them)
(Edit: I guess David and Firefight kinda count too...)
