Ryuji-san has made an impression with roles that have [a high level of] physicality, like "Touken Ranbu", "NARUTO", "HIGH & LOW" etc. Action director Fujita also has high praise for him, saying, "He understands how to make action look [good]!"

ABOUT RYUJI'S PERFORMANCE AS JITTO/ZITT (EPISODE 41)

Sato-san's line delivery, which overflows with the composure that only someone strong could have, also made an impression, and his coolness ("kakkoii") became the talk of the town even amongst the regular cast members.

For Jitto, whose strength in battle has been pushed to the fore even amongst the GM, violence isn't his only thing. There is the feeling of fear from the way his strategy insidiously unfolds.

ABOUT JITTO'S/ZITT'S TRANSFORMATION INTO KAMEN RIDER REGAD (EPISODE 47)

A new Rider with a tasteful red colour appears = Regad. The action stunt [for the Rider] is also fierce and brutal, traced from Jitto.

That Jitto is regrettably leaving.

He increased the tension for us in the final stage of 'Geats'. 'It would be nice if I could make an impression,' said Sato Ryuji with a smile during the costume fitting. (His true self is someone who is mischievous and playful.)

We part ways with Jitto-san here. Because he appeared from Episode 39, the he's appeared fewer than 10 times, but with that expression and performance overflowing with a commanding presence and dignity as well as his gorgeous action stunts, he really brought us a lot of fun and excitement!

The episode of Ryuji's appearance in "Fourze" (2011), the first episode that Jitto appeared in, and this episode, he has a deep connection with Director Shibasaki, who directed the various episodes! Let's meet again somewhere someday!

And so, the reveal of his transformation is limited to [this] 1 time! Jitto-san, whose transformation became a very rare thing!

Kamen Rider Geats: The Complete Series will be released on Blu-ray on April 23 via Shout Studios. Its the 33rd entry in Toei Company's long-running Kamen Rider franchise.

The tokusatsu series aired in Japan for 49 episodes from 2022 to 2023. Hideyoshi Kan, Ryuga Sato, Yuna Hoshino, Kazuto Mokudai, Kokoro Aoshima, Tsubasa Sakiyama, Dai Goto, Nene Shida, Fuku Suzuki, Ryo Kitamura, and Shugo Oshinari star.

Kari, I’m kind of curious as a Taneko shipper yourself. Would you be willing to give another Geats content a chance if its focused more on Taneko?

I ask because Ryuga Sato, a very well known goof-ball and prankster during interviews, especially during interviews where his answers should be spontaneous, has been on record saying that if Geats ever has a Vcine, he wants it to focus on himself with Neon and as each other’s love interest.

Although, considering how he’s good at messing with everyone from the Geats cast, the only ones he hasn’t messed with are Kokoro Aoshima (Tsumuri), Tsubasa Sakiyama (Win), and Nene Shida (Sara) [all of whom are older than Ryuga], I kind of doubt how genuine he really is with that answer.

I guess it would largely depend on the execution of the romance plot, but then again most of my grievances with Geats has all to do with how poorly executed some of its plot threads are, particularly the Darth Tanuki arc and the redemption arcs of various characters (e.g. Azuma, Neon's parents, Daichi). So I have my doubts that any sort of romance plot would be well executed as well.

And indeed, the closest thing we ever got to a romance plot was between Neon and Kyuun- and while they look cute together, they didn't spend nearly enough time together to justify any sort of romance forming between them. And even more so when half that shared screen time Kyuun was being an ass to her.

Itoshi no Hakana: "Musical Touken Ranbu" Cast Members who Attended "Itoshi no Hakana"

"Itoshi no Hakana" is the inaugural first production of Isamu Kayano's new theater unit "Akudo Kaigi". The actors of the production were personally chosen by Kayano-san, including Ryuji. Kayano-san also decided to come out of retirement as an actor and return to the stage after 20 years because he wanted to act with Ryuji.

Kayano-san has worked with Ryuji since the "Musical Touken Ranbu ~Trial Performance~" in 2015 (the first production in the "Musical Touken Ranbu" franchise) where Ryuji played Kashuu Kiyomitsu.
