Honestly Yuuka is seriously so hot! I love strong women so much my sapphic heart is just bursting! Also super interesting what they're doing with the MC's in the manga. It makes me curious what the anime is going to be like and if they're going to do a similar thing or something completely different.

SHE IS SO HOT UUUUUU I feel you so much. I love that one panel where she just knocks out her opponent like zamn let's go girl !!! Show them who's boss !!

Honestly, I hope the anime is formatted more like the personal stories ;u; I would love for it to be used as a way to immerse the audience even more into the world of Twst and show us the more mundane things about the world and the people. Much as I love the game, one of my biggest comments on Twst is that it's easy to forget that they're in high school and they're in their teens due to all the drama that happens in main story and events, more so the former. Magic also affects this, since many of us can't really relate to it. Personally, I would love an episode where everyone's preparing for finals LMAO I think that would be so fun to watch. It would be similar to that one episode in Soul Eater where you have Maka actually studying, Soul cheating, Black Star doing no shit, Tsubaki trying and failing to get him to study, DTK crying over One Word.

Shoujo manga recommendations - living together/neighbors

1.      Konyakusei 

Sachi Hanaoka has just lost her parents to a traffic accident and her fear of living alone becomes reality. To add on to her troubles, Kouichi Saonji, the young landlord of her apartment, approaches her and requests that she prepare to vacate since she is now be unable to pay rent. Alternatively, Kouichi proposes a solution: he and Sachi will get married and she will act as his caretaker. Not only will her expenses be covered, but it would also serve as a method to quell his family's nagging for him to find a wife. Despite the lack of genuine feelings between them, Sachi finds herself drawn to Kouichi and accepts his offer. But will the newly wed couple be able to fall in love, or will they remain strangers forever?

2.      Sugar Family 

Since Yuuka's mother died at an early age, Yuuka turned out to be the one taking care of her child-like father. Right before high school started, Yuuka's dad announced his remarriage with Satou Masami. Masami-san turned out to be a reliable, responsible person, so Yuuka finally thought she's off the hook. That is, until she finds out about her new older brother...

Will she be able survive without being eaten by the students...?!

7.      Mademoiselle Butterfly 

Our heroine is a girl who lives as a geisha in Japan. She has a male childhood friend who's always been kind to her and is her favorite. He's a painter, only he paints on human body parts, and she loves it when he paints beautiful butterflies on her arms. She goes to visit him one day and finds a naked woman lying in his room. Immediately after, she gets a customer who's rich and very interested in her. The thought of being away from her friend pains her, but is everything really too late?

8.      Mayonaka Lolita 

After she took some medicines, Michiryuu became suddenly a little girl. People used to say that she was really perfect. That's why she wants to came back to normal quickly. But the only condition if she wants that happen is to find "a personn she'll love". But that's completely impossible for her! So what will happen to Michiryuu...?

9.      Mayonaka ni Kiss 

Natori Nono is a very tough school-girl, she lives with her widowed mother Ayame and her younger brother Takumi in a very small apartment, where she does all the chores. Her boyfriend wants money from her, because he's really poor, too. But one day, Nono discovers that her mother remarried! She married Ichijou Hayato, the owner of the 'Ichijou Group'. Now, Nono lives there (in unaccustomed riches) with her mother, her brother, her stepfather AND her new stepbrother: Ichijou Kasuomi (his father calls him Omi-kun)!!! At first, Nono thinks Kasuomi is not nice. But what will happen next?

10.  Harem Lodge 

Midori lost her mother when she was young and now her father's gone too. But her dad left her with a surprise: a fiancé named Tetsuya. So now, Midori has to live in a good-looking men only apartment (Harem Lodge), which is actually filled with weirdos. What is going to happen to her? Well we just have to wait and see...

But that kind of paradise will suddenly break up by a thirty-year old man!! dates will take place in golf areas and kisses will have the taste of smoke...

12.  Last Notes 

Haru and Aki are the masters of the branch store - an old-looking and very unusual shop. It sells only one thing: a special kind of incense that, when burned, allows the user to see and speak with the spirit of the dead person that appears in the smoke. Every customer has a different reason for calling up the dead, and how they use this unusual opportunity is up to them...

13.  Hapira Hajimaru 

Asai Sachi's luck has always been considered dreadful. After becoming the class president, she meets Kurono Hyougo, a guy with a frightful face who bears various gruesome rumours behind his back. Hyougo had been living alone in an apartment; but when Sachi mistakenly reveals that Hyougo is a minor, he had to be kicked out. After Shion's mother passed away, she was left with her father who loves to gamble and evade his responsibilities as a father. Nao Yoshikawa stays behind to live by herself when her parents leave to inherit her grandpa's farm in the country. On the day she moves into her new apartment she soon discovers that it was rented also to Hisashi Uehara—a cute, super-cool and popular guy from her school. Not only did their housing agency unexpectedly close down, the landlord of the apartment tells them that they had to pay more for their apartment then they had expected. Sayuna Hama of Team 8 has been deemed recovered from COVID and resumed activities with the group on January 3rd. [x*] Member Rei Nishikawa is isolating after testing positive for COVID on January 26th. She will be doing treatment from home until February 2nd. [x*]

ANGERME

Mizuki Murota graduated from ANGERME, after declining to renew her contract with Up-Front Entertainment. She mentioned that she will restart activities in the entertainment industry when she is ready. [x*]

CYNHN

Sato Sakino graduated from the group on January 26th. She had been on hiatus from the group since October due to stress, is continuing to focus on treatment for that. [x*]

Lapis Re:LiGHTS - Anime Review

I started watching this since the art style is so beautiful and cute. I have always had a weakness for Magical Girls anime, but this one has the Idol aspect mixed with it.

The main character of this show is Tiara Victoria Lex Waleland (voiced by Yukari Anzai who also worked on Happy Sugar Life and Release the Spyce), an extremely long name that, as everyone can guess, means that this girl is actually royalty. She’s one of the princesses of the Waleland kingdom, along with her sister, Eliza (voiced by Kana Anazawa who also worked on Angel Beats! and Deadman Wonderland). Against her older sister wishes, Tiara runs away from her home and joins the Flora Girls' High School, a magical school where students work in groups. It has some similarities to, for example, Hogwarts when it comes the evaluation system. You earn points if you do well in classes and lose them when you do poorly - and of course, after you lose too many, you are expelled. It’s mandatory in this high school that the students work in groups and earn the points together, going up (or down) in the ranking system.

This show has, like all idol anime, several girl groups that the viewer can adore (seven groups to be precise). So, of course, Tiara joins a group where her childhood friend, Rosetta (voiced by Risa Kubota who has also worked on Konohana Kitan and Ongeki), an extremely clumsy and fiery tiny girl called Lavie (voiced by Live Mukai who has also worked on Hitoribocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu), a more stern girl called Ashley (voiced by Iori Saeki who has also worked on Nekopara and Uma Musume: Pretty Derby) and the bookworm Lynette (voiced by Mizuki Yamamoto).

All these girls have pretty standart and stereotypical personalities, but they are all extremely loveable, I absolutely enjoyed seeing Lavie and Ashley argue with each other, while Tiara and Rosetta bonded over their family backgrouds and memories, plus Lynette (even though she didn’t have a counterpart, per say) had enough interactions with everyone, while being important to the plot at the same time. I was afraid her character would be forgotten, but she was extremely charming since the beginning. Moreover, it was super refreshing to see the girls interact with the other groups and forming friendships with each other; it was genuinely refreshing to see, for example, Lynette become close to Ratura (voiced by Yukimi Hayase) and bond over their love for the group Ray.

Each group eventually becomes an Orchestra, a group that sings for the town’s people so a big quantity of mana can be stored in one of the biggest buildings of the school. It doesn’t hurt the people who are listening, despite my concerns in the first episodes, it is just a way to enjoy music.

Moving on to the groups then:

There are 7 in total:

LiGHTS - Tiara, Rosetta, Lavie, Ashley and Lynette. They become an Orchestra since they were in risk of being expelled due to having very little points among them. Their songs in the show have been 私たちのSTARTRAIL (in this particular song, all of the groups are present, but it’s mostly sung by LiGHTS) and Planetarium. It’s the pop style kind of group, their songs tend to appeal to everyone. These songs are, respectively, the Opening song for the anime and the Ending.

IV KLORE (and my favourite group so far) - Emilia, the daughter of a succubus, having the ability to drain the people who touch her of their energy (voiced by Hazuki Hoshino), Alpha, a magic doll that serves Emilia (voiced by Tomomi Mineuchi who has also worked on Slow Start and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. 2), Salsa, a werewolf (voiced by Yuu Sasahara who has also worked on Ochikobore Fruit Tart and Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san) and Garnet, a ghost (voiced by Youko Nakayama). This group shows up quite early in the show, having an episode dedicated to Garnet as she joins IV KLORE later on. This group has no human members, all of them either being half-human or fully mystical creatures. They’re music is really enjoyable, having a bit of a darker tone when compared to everyone else. In the show, they sing two songs - Midnight Sapphire and Forbidden Fairytale. 

KonoHana wa Otome - Kaede, the younger sister (voiced by Yuuko Oono who has also worked on Konohana Kitan and Ongaku Shoujo), Nadeshiko, the middle sister (voiced by Rina Honizumi who has also worked on Hug tto! Precure and Plunderer) and Tsubaki, the oldest (voiced by Arisa Suzuki who has also worked on New Game!! and Butlers: Chitose Momotose Monogatari). In the anime, they sing two songs -  Karakure＊Night Fever and Inochi Mijikashi, Ryouran Otome. This group mixes traditional japanese music with the rock concept, making this group my second favourite. Their songs are absolutely delicious. In the episode that is dedicated to this group, we see Kaede and Nadeshiko fighting over their musical concept, the middle sister wanting to mix rock music with the traditional. The viewer can see Nadeshiko struggling to keep the relationship with Kaede, while the youngest struggles with the fear of failure of not being able to perform both concepts well enough. It was a really cute episode and it was really fun to see the three of them, even though Tsubaki doesn’t seem to interact much with the other Orchestras, with the other girls and seeing them establish friendships with them.

Sugar Pockets - Ratura (voiced by Yukimi Hayase), Champe (voiced by Seika Hirose) and Maryberry (voiced by Hikaru Akao who has also worked on Assault Lily: Bouquet and Runway de Waratte). This is, in my opinion, the weakes group in terms of their songs. They do this cutesy, soft performances and when compared to the other groups, they lack individuality. Other than that, the characters are pretty loveable as well. Ratura is seen quite often as she and Lynette become close friends as the show goes on and Maryberry becomes less and less shy and more eager to perform with her friends. Champe is probably the most forgetful of them all, but still a very cute character. They perform two songs in the show - Wagama Caramelize and Chat Noir.

Sadistic★Candy - Angelica (voiced by Yuuka Amemiya) and Lucifer (voiced by Risae Matsuda who has also worked on Keijo!!!!!!!! and Love Live! Sunshine!! ).This group is the one that makes Sugar Pockets look boring, in my opinion. This Orchestra also has a happy, sweet kind of concept, but their chaotic personality and energy makes them stand out quite a lot. They performed two songs as well - Positive★Paradise and Are Many Chance!!! . Not only that, but when it comes to the plot, Angelica was also part of the popular group Ray, however her personality at that time now embarasses her and she is a more serious person, despite her childish self still coming out when arguing with Lucifer. 

supernova - Yue (voiced by Yuu Sakuragi who has also worked on), Millefeuille (voiced by Saeko Oku) and Fiona (voiced by Haruka Itou who has also worked on Omoi no Kakera).This is one of the most popular groups when Tiara joins the school. The members are all students in high ranks and they are used in several episodes to show how the hierarchy in this high school works. Their personalities and friendships aren’t shown as much as everyone else, what the viewer will learn the most about them is Yue’s hatred for Tiara and that Millefeuille works a bit like an older sister for both of them, often keeping Fiona in place. Their songs, despite being good, aren’t my favourites from all of them. They go for a more mature concept with their outfits and sounds, but it feels a bit “noisy” in the chorus. They perform two songs -  Ao no Shoudou and RISE.

Ray - Eliza, Chloe (voiced by Yoshino Nanjou who has also worked on Akuma no Riddle and Love Live! School Idol Project), Angers (voiced by Yuuka Amemiya) , Camilla (voiced by Sumire Uesaka who has also worked on Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! and Musaigen no Phantom World) and Yuzuriha (voiced by Ayane Sakura who has also worked on BanG Dream! and My Hero Academia). I really don’t have much of an opinion about this group as they aren’t really active anymore. I do enjoy their backstories quite a lot and I honestly hope that, if there is a second season, that these girls can get a little bit more screen time. Eliza, Tiara’s older sister, is now uncapable of singing, if she does, she might lose her voice. She was the one who asked Chloe, the now chair of the board at school despite her yound age, to put Tiara in a group that would be easily expelled. Angers became Angelica and changed her personality completely, going from a cute, soft and a bit ridiculous girl to a more serious one. Camilla was known as the Ray’s Immaculate Prince, but barely anything is shown about her besides the fact that she was a vampire that was extremely popular amongst her classmates. And then there is my favourite, Yuzuriha, a lesbian who loves to flirt with girls and spends her time in the school’s cabaret - which, by the way, the viewer can see that Champe works there as well (maybe Champe is a wlw as well?). Yuzuriha is the funniest of the group and I definitely enjoyed some representation even if a bit weird. The only issue I see with her in the anime is that her sexuality is used as a personality trait, but even so, so little is shown from the group itself that I didn’t really mind it. She was called the Graceful Dancing Princess as she was a great dancer.

The plot starts with LiGHTs struggling with the little points they have and trying to find ways to not be expelled, the viewer can see them in class and joining a group with all the other Orchestras (except Sadistic★Candy) to fight some supernatural monster that was lurking around in a forest close to the high school (it was actually Garnet, completely unaware that she was dead and didn’t know others saw her as a ghost). While they try their best to not have to leave the school, eventually they just aren’t able to have enough points and are forced to leave. From this moment forward, it’s revealed that several monsters are coming towards the high school and that all the Orchestras need to work together, so they can gather mana enough fromt he audience and protect the town. As this is going on, Ray’s backstory is revealed and LiGHTs still managed to save the day in the end.

I really enjoyed the show and the episode where Garnet joins IV KLORE was my favourite by far. The writers did a good job when it comes to allow the viewer to know the characters well, without feeling overwhelmed with so many of them. Truth be told, Champe, Camilla and even Lucifer don’t really have much screen time, but the writers still managed to make them interesting enough to not be completely forgotten. Other than that, I liked most of the songs and even those that weren’t my type were still fun to watch the Orchestras perform.

I don't think any current H!P group can be "the next °C-ute". What is "the next °C-ute" anyway? None of these groups have sexy songs as a trademark, none of them do heavy dancing on a regular basis either, that was basically what °C-ute adopted as their style in their latter years and what people liked, was it not? And funnily enough, I think Pink Cres. would be a better group to "transition" to even though they're not heavy dancers or "mature" but they have that "young woman" vibe which is the most similar UF has to what °C-ute was doing during their latter years. And they're a group of three adult women too, not a mix of adults/teenagers. So yeah, I cannot see Tsubaki or Kobushi or Juice as the group to shift to in search for a similar style to what °C-ute ended up doing. With some more production, I can see myself adoring Pink Cres. the way I did with °C-ute as a mature group, right now I really like them (my Nacky wota self especially loves Yuuka).

It's time for the (belated) After Action Report for Grand Assault. But this time, something's different:

That's right: I beat Torment for the first time in Grand Assault. Guess using $19 (converted from local currency rate) for that selector ticket was worth it.

To be honest, I have a very mixed opinion on Goz — on one side, Goz's high CRIT and CDMG resistance, the absolute RNG that is the second phase, along with the inherent chaoticity of reposition makes clearing this raid an absolute misery in some cases. On the other side, the OST for this raid is a total banger and Goz is THE Tracksuit Yuuka my wife raid, so I've been looking forward for this raid for some time.

With rant over, without further ado, here's the report for each color.

Red

Still the same as the ShiroKuro team (with the same reasoning), but with borrowed maxed Dress Hina instead since I now have my own Camp Hare. I had to use Tracksuit Yuuka's skill early to shield Camp Hare from the bunny mobs, but that was done before the first train comes up, so there's a 50% chance you have to restart because you just get the team slammed by the train. However, if you guess right and survive the first train, Dress Hina will absolutely obliterates Goz — heck, I don't even need to move my team during second phase (unless the bomb hat ends up on middle) until the puppet bomb skill. Overall the easiest color for this raid.

Honestly never thought that I can beat this color on Torment, until I checked clear teams on Japan server and realize that clearing without both version of Ui is possible. With that information, I tried and beat Goz on mock three times before finally doing it for real.

For the first team, aim Iori's EX at the bunnies on the opposite lane from hers and she must kill one bear on the second shot (the other bear in her lane will be taken care of by Mika). Otherwise, reset since that means Iori won't kill the bunnies on her side with her EX and the bunnies' attack will reduce Camp Hare's HP to 50% — dangerously low to be kept alive for the entire raid duration.

If I managed to pass that condition, then you just have to deal with the repositioning them. Easier to say than to do, obviously, since like half the reason I reset is that I fucked up during repositioning my team and getting Mika or Camp Hare killed. Curiously, the Iori-Swimsuit Eimi-Camp Hare-Mika skill cycle I use fits with Goz's 30 seconds train cycle.

All being said, this team can do 23-24M damage to Goz.

The earlier iteration of this team has Battle Hoshino in place of Cherino due to me fearing Mika dying from the bomb, but I fould out using Cherino is faster for approximately the same amount of mald. After all, Tracksuit Yuuka's thighs shield is pretty thicc and Mika has like 80k HP and literally Yuuka-level evasion for some reason, so she could tank the puppet bomb with some amount of luck.

The fact that there's only one safe hat, exclusive to Torment difficulty, is surprisingly less annoying to deal with than I thought — you just have to dodge the bomb zone to the left or right (yes, there is room for that) when the hats stop moving. The primary reason for reset when using the second team is the puppet bomb penetrating a shielded Mika instead.

Tracksuit Yuuka is really a godsend for this phase, and Goz in general.

Shiroko Terror can truly melts Goz's HP, just like they say. However, score chasing is still a miserable experience due to Goz's high CRIT resistance. There is faster clear using New Year Mutsuki or Swimsuit Izuna in place of Swimsuit Hanako, but I stuck with this team since all of the students in this team has been in space during Volume F.

December 2020 Monthly News Round-Up

It’s round-up time! Below the read more is a compilation of some notable news stories that we haven’t previously posted about.

This month features, return of Miihi in NiziU, Yuzuna Takebe annouced a new group, and always more!

AKB48

Seven former Kenyuusei have been promoted to official teams on December 8th. Furukawa Nazuna and Honda Sora have been promoted to Team A. Nagano Megumi have been promoted to Team K. Ishiwata Sena, Kuramoto Miyu, Honma Mai, and Yoshihashi Yuzuka have been promoted to Team 4. [x8]. **Names might be inaccurate to Mod Rise being human! Additionally, member Maeda Ayaka has announced that she will be graduating in March 2021. [x*] Sayuna Hama of Team 8 has tested positively for COVID on December 25th. She has no close contacts, and will pursuing treatment at home until January 2nd. [x*]

Ange et Folletta

The group, managed by Miyuki Watanabe will be debuting in Spring with Warner Music. [x*]

AOP

The group has announced that they will be disbanding on March 31st 2021. [x*]

Burst Girl

Miyako officially left the group on December 18th to work with a new group and company. [x*]

IQ Project Kenkyuusei

This project was to audition new members for units hosted by Dear☆Stage and IQ Project. Nine members were selected to join various groups. Kenkyuusei Riko Ozora, Rei Kuroda, and Arimura Nankai will join LinQ, and will debut with the group in April 2021 on LinQ’s 10th anniversary. Kenkyuusei, Narin Kaoru, Nonoyama Momomi, and Kanzaki Miharu will join the new unit Tokiwoikiru that will debut on February. Kenkyuusei, Iwasaki Yuri, Aoyama Uta, and Tachibana Anrai will join the joint unit of DearIQ which will debut in March. [x*] **Please note that some romanization of names is off because Mod Rise is only human.

Kamen Joshi

Member Riru Kuwana, of the unit Alice Juban, has announced that she will graduate from the group at the end of February 2021. [x*]

LinQ

Leader Chiaki Yoshikawa has annouced that she will graduate from the group in April. She will graduate after the group’s 20th anniversary. [x*]

Little Glee Monster

Member Serina, was reported on December 20th to be in poor physical health. She’s currently doing treatment, and has withdrawn from group activities. They will report when she returns, but did not cite a specific reason for her poor health. [x*]

Negicco

On December 23rd, member Kaede has announced that she will be marrying sometime in January to an ordinary male citizen. [x*] Given that both Nao and Megu have already been married, this isn’t as controversial as it usually is in the idol world as a side note.

Niji no Conquistador

Member Miyu Kataoka will graduated from the group on December 27th. [x*] [x*]

NMB48

Member Yuuka Kato tested positive for COVID-19 on December 4th. [x*] She was subsequently deemed recovered on the 11th, rejoining online activities on the 12th. [x*] Four members have announced that they will graduating the group in December. Akari Yoshida will graduate 21st. Suzu Yamada will graduate on the 22nd. Sae Murase will graduate on the 23rd. On the 27th, Anna Ijiri will graduate as well. [x*] Member Ayaka Yamamoto announced that she will graduate from the group at a latter date. [x*]

NiziU

It appears that member Miihi, has returned to the group after resting for two months. She posted on the group’s official Instagram here . She has allegedly written to the fan club that she will be slowly resuming activities.

Passcode

The group has announced that in February 2, 2022 they will be performing at the Nippon Budokan! It’s an iconic venue that many idols have seem to set their goal to perform at. [X] [x*]

Premony

On November 28th, it was said that member Sakuragi Himeka had been evacuated from her house after an alleged stalker threw a lit piece of paper in her mailbox. Due to the incident she was absent from Premony’s activities. However, it was later proven that the ‘stalker’ was her boyfriend, and during her break from the event she had been on dates with him. Reported on December 8th, Himeka had been dismissed from the group on December 7th. And that Premony would continue as a duo. [x*]

SKE48

Member Nao Fukushi has tested positive for COVID on December 25th. She will be recovering at home until January 3rd. She had 15 close contacts in SKE, so all performances through the end of the year are cancelled. [x*]

STU48

Member Kouko Tanaka has announced that she will graduate. However, a graduation date has not been set yet. [x*]

SUPER☆GiRLS

Leader Koume Watanabe, has announced that she will be graduating the group in June 2021. [x*]

SWEET REVENGE

Yuzuna Takebe formerly of E-Girls, is the leader of this new group from LDH Europe. It’s a five member group with Yuzuna as leader, Asami from Tokyo, Larissa, Agnes and Esmee from the Netherlands. They will debut sometime in 2021. [x*]

Yumemiru Adolescence

The group on December 26th announced four new members! They are Ayaka Nagata, Sei Hiriji*, Akino, and Karen. They will official debut on February 27th 2021! [x*] *Please note some name errors might have happened since Mod Rise is only human!

WACK and SCRAMBLES

Some updates to the group line-ups. WAgg member Utauuta, will be promoted to PARADISES. She will graduate January 3rd, and then join PARADISES on January 30th. Member Tsukino Usagi of PARADISES, will be teaching the trainees of WAgg for six months, and most likely return to PARADISES in June. Yuina Empire, former member of EMPiRE, BiS2nd, BiS, and CARRY LOOSE will join WAgg, to train and seek promotion again. [X] Additionally, on December 24th former CARRY LOOSE member URUU RU left WACK. [x*]

WILL-O’

The group has announced their current line-up will graduate after their final live on January 23rd. [x*] Due to some language inconsistancies, it’s unclear if the group will permanently disband or be rebooted with a new line-up.

Wings of Artemis

The newly debuted group annouced that Ayaka and Nanami will be graduating from the unit at their January 4th live. Ayaka's statement in English and Japanese can be found here and Nanami's in Japanese only is here .

ZOC

The group announced on December 4th that the group will perform their tour final at the Nippon Budokan on February 4th. [x*] The same day, member Katy Kashii announced that she will graduate from ZOC in February after fulfilling her dream of performing at the Budokan. [x*]

Leader Chiharu Hokaze will graduate from the group on February 28th 2021. She will continue her career in voice acting. [x*]

Kanae Yoshii has left the group and the entertainment industry. This news comes one month into 9nine’s hiatus in which the members are individually exploring how they want to proceed with their lives. [x] We wish her luck!

Team 8 will be losing another member, as Tanikawa Hijiri has announced her graduation. [x] Goto Moe of Team A will be graduating as well. Her last group activity will take place in August. [x] We wish them luck!

The WACK group has disbanded... again. All members have not been confirmed but here's a rundown of what is known at the moment. Members Kika Front Frontale and Go Zeela have left WACK entirely. Pan Luna Leafy, YUiNA EMPiRE and Muropanako are still under WACK management but not in a group. These details from from Homicidols, which you can read for yourself in the line [x]. We wish those who have left successful and hope the rest of the girls find their best suited path soon!

CandyeSyrup

On May 27th, it was announced that member Shian had left the group. [x*] We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors!

DAIDAIDAI

The group has announced that come September 3 of 6 members will be graduating. Uno Yuuka has been on an indefinite hiatus with an undisclosed illness since January. Despite both Misuzu and Rikka both celebrating their first anniversary with the group, they will be graduating. [x*] It's a bit in advance but we wish the girls smooth rest of their activities and success after graduating!

HKT48

Komada Hiroka and Iwahana Shino have both announced that they intend to graduate from the group. Both will have their graduation lives in June. [x, x] We wish them luck!

Kaqriyo Terror Architect

The group has announced that they will be changing their name officially on June 20th. The new name they will use is KAQRIYOTERROR. [x*]

Little Glee Monster

Former member Arai Maju has started her career as a solo artist. She will be performing her first solo one-man live in August. [x]

NeoJAPONISM

From their May 22nd update; NeoJAPONISM seems to be disbanded. Three members breached their contracts, resulting in immediate termination. The two remaining members expressed interest in continuing as a duo, however management terminated their contracts instead. All future events of the group have been cancelled. NMB48

After consulting with her doctor, Tanigawa Airi has decided to take a hiatus from the group. [x] Also, Iso Kanae has announced her graduation from the group. [x] We wish them well!

Okai Chisato

Former C-ute member Okai Chisato has announced that she will be taking a break from the entertainment industry. It's not known when she will be back but her official accounts will be updated "when there is something to notify fans of". [x] We wish her a restful break!

PiiiiiiiN

The group’s 1st anniversary concert after their reformation was abruptly cancelled after 3 of the members quit. Iwabuchi Hina, Nakao Miki and Haraguchi Minami have left the group. [x] We wish them luck!

Tsubaki Factory

Member Asakura Kiki is taking a break to treat her lumbar disc herniation. This is not the first time she has withdrawn from activities, back in June 2017 was her first reporting of the herniated disc. [x] We wish her a successful recovery!

Members Karin Matoba and Nagi Nemoto will graduate from Niji no Conquistador after their Nippon Budokan performances on April 16th and 17th. Five members from various units, Reina Yokoyama (MM’22), Yuumi Kasai and Ami Tanimoto (TSubaki Factory), Kirara Yonemura and Juri hiromoto (OCHA NORMA), tested positive for COVID. Their events on the 29th and 30th were cancelled as a result. [x*]

Member Meru Tasha has announced her graduation from the group on March 14th, and her final day of activities being April 3rd. [x*] Member Serina Kumazawa announced that she will be graduating the group on March 25th, and her final activities are on April 3rd. She will pursuing voice acting after her graduation. [x*]

The group has announced that they will be disbanding on January 20th due to difficulty holding activities in the on-going pandemic. The group will not be holding a final live event. [x*]

Her activities for the New Year celebrations and Coming Flavor had been suspended. [x*] On January 24th, member Akari Suda was reported to have tested positive for COVID on the 22nd, thus the group concert for the 19th was cancelled. [x*]

Up Up Girls

Member Mayu Yoshikawa announced that she will be graduating from the group after their current tour, sometime in April. [x*]

Who is Princess? >> PRIKIL

The final lineup from the competition program has been annouced. Contestants Yukino, Rinko, Uta, Nana, and Rin are in the final line up. Their group name is PRIKIL, which stands for PRI - from Princess, and KIL for 'kill' as in killer charm. Their debut is set for May 2022. [x*]
