The Apartment Copenhagen - Part One

Happy July Everyone!

A little later than planned, but I'm happy to finally be able to release part one of this set. I really didn't want to rush the colouration process as it is really the highlight of a set like this. I took the opportunity to create a whole new colour palette of colours as the foundation for this set (wood tones match all previous sets). During my research I kept on seeing these amazing pastel colours combined and so I decided to not be afraid to use colour with these items. Of course you can still have those calm neutral interiors, but I do encourage you to try and experiment with a little colour 😉

💡Pro Tip: Ceilings can appear very dark in game, but using pendant lighting or uplighters on the wall can reduce this as they cast light upwards. However those gorgeous tiny spot lights we all like to use do not do that job so well.

Santa's House

This house was created as part of the Scandi Christmas Collab, which I made this year with BuildsbyBarbara, @indoorsim, @miljamaison, @sims4luxury, Pandabananda, @pineandhome, Szanne and Xenaria. Nine of us designed a Christmas village for you in Henford-on-Bagley. One by one, they will also publish their parts of the collab. I will then link you to everything in a separate post.

Santas house is placed on a 30x40 plot. The style of furnishing is rustic and simple. There is a lot lying around and some of it is full, because a Santas can accumulate a lot of things. He lives there with his wife Mrs Claus. In the basement, Santa's workshop is on two levels, where all the great presents for good children are made. There is also a stable where the reindeer are ready to go.

Renovated Scandi Home

This Scandinavian home was renovated to mix the traditional crumbling remains of the original building with contemporary additions and interior design. ooooh well i've been dying for a scandi/nordic world (kinda like aurora skies) in ts4 for forever and that desire continues to this day tbh
