A former small little park from my hometown, that was not originally next to the confectionery IRL, but close-by. I found it was small enough to be included on the same lot.

Hi Dears,

Not dead, just busy with life.

I’ve been feeling nostalgic lately and decided to recreate a very special house from my hometown which, sadly, has been demolished somewhere between 2012 - 2018 (judging by the maps photos). It was already in a very poor condition, its façade and balcony were a safety hazard to the pedestrians, so the authorities (or owner?) decided to get rid of it.

Though I’m not very certain about its architectural style and when it was built, I believe it’s somewhere around 1920′s and it’s probably a Romanian Revival style (Neo-Romanian), which has appeared in the late 19th century as a reaction to the Eclecticism - quite a few buildings in my hometown were made in the same style.

This specific house is one that I remember passing by when going to school and I also distinctly remember its withered wallpaper with pink roses, peeking through the closed balcony in the front.

Now, I have no clue how the interior or the back looked like, the location was out of bounds, but I did try to revive it as best as I could, and bring it back to its glory in game. :D

@anastazja277 asked for more modern recolors of Sugizo’s fakewall and she showed me a picture of MrsReval’s conversion of Wondymoon’s bar as an example. I used those textures on the wall and the textures of my earlier recolors of the fakewall on the bar...Swapped! And some new recolors....

So in this set are: recolors of Sugizo’s Fakewall, MrsReval’s conversion of Wondymoon’s bar and Aifirsa’s Hammock, CordeliaHaze’s conversion of Anye’s outdoor seating and pillow.

Hi Dears,

In Romania we have a saying that goes ‘Either to the ball, or to the hospital.’ meaning that you need to commit and not give up until the end. This week I caught covid second time (yayyy to the sardine-crowded metro...), but it was an opportunity to finish off this Art Nouveau site that ended up being a full apartment lot.

I didn’t initially plan on putting this up for download, but... :)

There are 4 unfurnished apartment buildings that only have wallpapers and floors, ready for you to add your shine of personality to them. 

It is mostly inspired by ‘Syberia: The World Before’ and I’m toying with the idea of making an inspired café nearby, maybe with more greenery next time.

I’ve loved Fallout since 2018 when I used to stay for hours watching my SO playing 4 - at that time I didn’t have a proper gaming PC other than my old uni friend, the laptop, so I also got to play it when he passed me on his old PC. Not even Sims worked properly on mine lol.

Between daily challenges, one ‘Radiation Rumble’ here and a ‘Scorched Earth’ there, there’s always time for my virtual babies, so I made them this Nuka Cola inspired shop. 

Now they can also enjoy a refreshing irradiated beverage and a nice game of ‘Blast Radius’ thanks to @davinaojeda. No, seriously, thank you for converting these for TS2 and for them being functional! How do I say this without reading cheesy: ILY! <3

Syboulette’s Advent 2022 Sunken Fireplace 4t2 Conversion

A conversion of a beautiful sunken fireplace that @syboubou​ created and shared during their Advent 2022. Comes with all the original recolors.

Found under appliances-misc. Fire lighting and poking animations look off as the fireplace is very low.

🐘 4t2 picturesque keramikos fountain 🐘

happy songkran! i wanted to convert something splashy but i guess i already did that splash pad set from growing together; however, i did find this elephant fountain in my wips and figured it's also appropriate :)

i had to resize it down from its original ts4 size to fit the fountain effects in ts2, the water isn't perfect but i think it's good enough, it's animated and has two subsets (the elephant and the bottom basin). then i decided i also wanted it as a fountain that's placeable on water, so i got rid of the basin and made another fountain on a floating pedestal (also two subsets, elephant and the pedestal). and then i also did a bigger statue without any fountain effects (same subsets). finally, i also converted the flowers as water plants (ofc you can place them on terrain with cheats too). fountains and sculpture in buy > deco > sculptures (around $600-610), flowers in build > garden > flowers ($2); they probably require university and mansions
