S/o to @bwags73 for creating the #TRX6060Challenge booming worldwide. Here I completed the #TRX InvertedRow challenge knocking out 40 completed repetitions in 60 seconds time. The requirements for the challenge is that you must complete as many repetitions in 60 seconds as possible. Each repetition must be performed unbroken while maintaining the standard! Each rep must be completed in full contraction, pulling to chest, while extending fully before repeating succeeding row. Hips must maintain extension in the bridge position throughout the duration of completed reps. Stephen posted a video to Instagram: Reposting @trxtraining:⠀ ...⠀ "Who’s joining #TRX and @bwags73 for the 60/60 challenge?? 💪🔥⠀ •⠀ It’s GO TIME!!! the revamped 40/40 which is now the ⠀ #TRX6060challenge ⠀ INVERTED ROWS (60 sec)⠀ Start under the anchor, knees start higher than the head, hands touch rib cage with each rep. ⠀ REST 60 sec⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ATOMIC PUSH-UPS (60 sec)⠀ Chest must get within 3” or a “fist width” to the ground on each rep, knees must pass hips on each crunch. The squeaker ball was for fun (but keeps you accountable)⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Time will keep ticking so rest when you need but the more you do the better, and an incomplete rep will NOT be counted. ⠀ Take The cumulative of the two and see where you land! Remember, we have just under 8 weeks to get ourselves prepared for the final challenge and to see who can beat me and get the highest total. ⠀ So amazing prizes are going to be awarded for both live (at IDEA) and social media participants. Part 2!!!! Again big thanks to @bwags73 for creating the #TRX6060Challenge booming worldwide. Here I completed the #TRX Atomic Push-up challenge knocking out 29 completed repetitions in 60 seconds time. The requirements for the challenge is that you must complete as many repetitions in 60 seconds as possible. Each repetition must be performed unbroken while maintaining the standard! Each rep must be completed in full from the bottom to the top of the press while maintaining proper plank alignment. Upon returning to the top of each press, hips then press upward as knees are pulled to chest, returning back to plank for finish one (1) rep in full.
