I keep seeing people saying he's going to get sympathy votes from this, but honestly, I don't see it happening. Or at least not in any amount that would change anything.
I can see his popularity getting bumped up a bit from this. I just don't think it'll last, is all. He'll say some awful things, people will remember why he sucked as president and he'll slip in numbers again.
Granted, I'm not an expert. I could be completely off base right now. This is just my gut feeling right now.
