🥕🥕🥥🥥IF YOU WANT TO FEEL GOOD. 🥥🥥🥕🥕 of course this is only partly true. If you eat fast food crap everyday, yes, maybe eat a carrot. Just one, sometimes. But then, on the average just eat daily VEGETABLES, a raw portion and cooked portion. One as a part of your lunch the other as a part of your dinner. • If that is your FOUNDATION FOOD, then the rest becomes less predominant aka less important, aka less messing up your body and mind. • SO WHAT DID I EAT AS MY COOKED VEG. This lovely short stir fried broccoli. I like it with a bite, so leaves it in the in the pan with coconut oil extra vierge and water. Maybe for 2 minutes, medium fire. Then I add coconut rasp, some cumin powder, some Indian spice blend, some chilly flakes, some LOVE. Lots actually. Some fully focussed CHEF COOK ATTENTION. That makes a big difference. FINALLY, I add more value to the story instead of the perfect gear or set up. Use what you have and press record. That’s it. Tell your story. Share what you want to share. Took me a minor 10 years to think like this. And feel confident enough to just press play. But, we are here. I have noticed speaking my truth brings me calmness within. And that’s nice. MY BOY WENT TO A GUEST PARENT TODAY. As little a step it may seem for those parent whole child already runs toddler school, the toddler soccer team, and every day care of town.
