My piece for Potluck Secret Satan event! This time my victim was @trucbiduleschouettes and I absolutely had to draw Nobody's Business. I loved Lost's story and personality as well, but I had just too many ideas for what to draw for that character while for NB it clicked right away.

Suddenly felt the urge to draw @trucbiduleschouettes 's wonderful OCs Auray and Noyal in their seal forms. I love them a lot! Hope you won't mind my drawing them without asking for your permission (I wanted to make it a lil surprise) and they'll cheer you up!

Dûrion Filreforge is a half-elf (drow/human) that was abandoned as a baby and adopted by dwarves. His town was small so everyone thought he was a different type of elf, until a band of adventurers passed through. They loudly (and cruely) told him he was drow and quickly spread word of what That Evil Race does. Unfortunately most of the townsfolk took their word at face value and ran Dûrion out of the town. His family is saving up so they can leave. They frequently send letters. He goes by the name Nalkyr now, and plays on people's expectations of a half-elf.

Dûrion was my first D&D character that I enjoyed playing, and will probably forever be my favourite OC.

i made him in collaboration with some friends, so i cant disclose too much information, but i can say hes the one in the group who has the Most Issues and also accidentally slipped into the role of main antagonist in the narrative, but i love him for that so <3 his only crime is occupying my thoughts 24/7

for the art meme: 24- how do you deal with art block?

If it's a mild case, I usually stick to drawing a comfort oc! Something I'm really used to drawing (with some mild variation here and there), to kind of kick me back into gear!

If it's a bad case of art block that not even drawing my favourite subject can fix, I usually take that as a sign that I need to step back and do something completely unrelated to art. I'll play a game or something until the art vibes hit again lol!

I also find that switching mediums keeps me fresh and interested in drawing! So I'll go back and forth between digital art and pens and ink in a sketchbook :D

💤 What was your OC like as a baby, a child and as a teen? (if your OC is a teen or a child, what will they be like as an adult?). How have they changed since then? What lessons have they learned and what things about their youth do they miss the most? Do they have any general regrets?

Enoch was born deep within one of the great forests of the continent and raised by basically the whole tribe together. A very curious kid, very quiet and always disappearing somewhere making their parents constantly worried and searching for them, but was lucky to never stumble upon anything dangerous (really lucky). As a teen, they really liked martial arts and asked a lot of questions all the time. This was also the moment the tribe was visited by researchers and mages and when they became very interested in the world behind the woods. Today, still very curious, they turned their natural drive to learn to become a sort of travelling archivist and finally a monk. They miss the wild (and fey influenced) nature of their home, but they're at peace having left there and ready to commit to their missions!

🎀 Do they wear a specific accessory with a special meaning behind it? What is their usual fashion sense like? What do they wear when they want to be comfortable and what do they wear when they’re going to a fancy party? Or do they just not care?

The only accessory they have is some bone jewellery as keepsakes from the library/archive they used to work at a few months back. It's literally called the Bone Valley with bone constructs to keep the grounds tidy. Maybe they have something else with them, I was thinking of some seeds to remind them of home and plant them somewhere if they settle, but they don't carry a lot anyway.

Their usual fashion is dictated by the Legion they belong to (blacks and gold), but for swift movement I just gave them monk-themed clothing lol. Mostly they don't care much and will probably not get the memo to dress nicely for a party, thinking their outfit is best everywhere as long as it's kept neat and tidy. This is sometimes ruffled by their innate magic and influence of the fey energies back at home that cause lichen to grow on their person every few days.

Edondor- 🍄 What are your OCs favourite snacks? Their favourite comfort food which always cheers them up when they’re down? Favourite meal to make? Do they enjoy baking and cooking and are they any good in the kitchen?

Soft OC Asks

Edondor's fav snack are berries. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, if it's an edible berry he'll eat it.

Comfort food is a meat pie. When he was separated from the monk watching him at a town festival, it was the first food a kind stranger bought him as they looked for the monk. He equates it with safety and "hey maybe it'll be okay".

As a result of his comfort food being meat pie, he enjoys making them too. It's a good way for him to force himself to slow down.

He's good at making pastry dough since he does it so often. He'll stress bake. Actually cooking however is a different thing entirely. He can do basic stuff, but anything that includes keeping track of more than one pan is difficult.
