Taylor's cover is probably my third favorite with Brandon Flowers's (lead singer of The Killers) version at number 1 because god it's so beautiful and then Sexton Blake's at number 2 because something about how the guy sings it is so sensual yet sleazy?? I love it omfg but anyway yeah Taylor's cover is just so Quintessentially Her and everybody should go worship it.

That time she wrote lyrics from A Dustland Fairytale by The Killers down her arm. It makes me want to throw myself into raw sewage to battle the filth with bleach and Mr. Clean magic erasers <3 The Killers are my favorite band and I love this song SO MUCH I could go on about it for an hour, and the album it comes from, and my personal arc of how I've felt about the album over time. Which mirrors me being very ambivalent toward's Taylor's music for years and then suddenly a flip getting switched in my mind and then POOF! Obsessed
