Walking to my boyfriend's from gym and grocery store and gas station. I got a probiotic pineapple ginger shot and water contained in recycled plastic. I truly wondered if that's good or bad. Recycled plastic is good yes? Better than regular plastic I am thinking. I remembered my bf always wants something to drink that's hydrating but flavored. Similar to my sibling.
Water is perfect.
But anyways So I got him body armor tropical punch and myself a Lenny and Larry's vegan protein cookie. The price came out to $6.66. I am trying hard not to be paranoid or stressed about the numbers 666. Mom used to call me evil. Someone else I love calls me evil sometimes.
Sometimes I think what people say about another is just a state of them self. I'm not evil. I'm not Satan or the devil. I'm human and existing, trying my hardest to be a humble human. I agree we need more community. I also believe, ~know especially~, that we need more quietness and gentleness.

About some HSA School Facilities
So what kinda food does the HSA cafeteria have and what is the main thing?
Given its a very advanced Technology school and many Talerenea members help out, often its a basic menu of things that cater to Vegans, Vegetarians, Allergie friendly, Glutenfree and just simple everything is covered with the basic menu…
Each week there is a few specialty dishes, maybe from another culture, maybe some sort of theme, On halloween there is like Spider cupcakes or something… The Basic HSA menu already covers over 50 different dishes, the school is huge so there is often like many people at once taking orders and working in the kitchen, Angelica is just the head of the this group and mainly in charge.
So each day is busy in the HSA cafeteria.
About some of the the HSA specialty dishes:
New Years: Fortune teller cookies and a big golden pig shaped dessert Amore wings day: Butterfly cake and cakepops Springs beginning: Sakura Mochi and Sakura Onigiri April fools: Russian Roulette Takoyaki Easter: Omelette of beginnings, many boiled egg dishes Summer time: Tropical Ice cream parfait, Big bang burger challenge Autumn: Pumpkin pie with Carrot juice Halloween: Spider cupcakes, skeleton candy, bleeding cake and ghostly cakepops Winter: Snowmountain cake and Snowman ice cream Christmas: Baked apple cake, Bûche de Noël, Santa hat cupcakes
About the HSA Gym: -Lots of things are already technology locked. Aka use your gem again. Your own personal lockers for your stuff and everything will be set and Psynched up with it, so only you can open your locker -Teachers often only 1 or 2 are present hence their room is so small -there is a pool too for the swimming club and general lessons -The showers are locked as well automatically after entering and open once you press a switch inside the place -often there is enough showers so 25 people can shower at the same time, -Girls and boys dressing rooms are not locked to Cis-Gender, but also as what you identify as, I was unsure about making an extra one but I had no idea what would be better.
Actually HSA infirmary facts: -Beatrice doesn't really do her Job alone, on Occasion some students help out Volunteering as well as Pherea to fetch her stuff, she may only look pretty but Beatrice with her old age and observer powers is quick to find the pain and find spells to mend it quick -There is enough beds to house a whole 3 classes of students, yets still some prefer to stay in their dorm room… if so she has the allowance to get into the dorm despite the whole old rules, cause this is an emergency -Angelica who is close with Beatrice also has a professional doctor as friend if things go that far that someone has to go to an actual hospital, but that is rarely the case cause most can be fixed on its own -Beatrice is kind and Caring to most students but people like Greg who get into fights for unessesary reasons might get the worse tasting medicine or a bit more of a menacing aura from her -Its mostly full on Combat tournament days aside that many also rely on the Exodus dorm as well, but in all some students like Kome or Eleafy are daily people who come for medicines and all

Coconut Oil as a Vegetable Oil Substitute: A Perfect Choice for Baking Success
When it comes to baking, choosing the right oil can significantly impact the texture, flavor, and overall outcome of your dish. Coconut oil has emerged as a popular alternative to traditional vegetable oil, offering unique benefits for both taste and health. In this article, we’ll explore why coconut oil as a vegetable oil substitute is an excellent choice for your next baking adventure, especially when considering Vegetable Oil Substitutes for Baking Success.
Why Use Coconut Oil Instead of Vegetable Oil?
Coconut oil has a number of properties that make it a great replacement for vegetable oil:
Flavor Enhancement: Coconut oil adds a subtle, nutty sweetness to baked goods that can enhance flavors, especially in cakes, cookies, and pastries. This makes it an excellent match for tropical or chocolate-based recipes.
Health Benefits: Unlike vegetable oil, which is often processed and may contain unhealthy trans fats, coconut oil is rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that can support weight management and improve metabolism. Additionally, it contains antioxidants that promote heart health.
Higher Smoke Point: Coconut oil has a high smoke point (350°F/177°C), making it ideal for baking at higher temperatures without breaking down and releasing harmful compounds.
Moisture and Texture: Coconut oil helps retain moisture in baked goods, leading to a softer, more tender crumb. This makes it perfect for recipes like muffins, brownies, and cakes.
How to Substitute Coconut Oil for Vegetable Oil in Baking
Replacing vegetable oil with coconut oil in baking is easy. The ratio is typically 1:1, meaning if your recipe calls for 1 cup of vegetable oil, you can use 1 cup of coconut oil instead. However, there are a few tips to keep in mind:
Melt the Coconut Oil: If the recipe requires liquid oil, gently melt your coconut oil before adding it to the batter. Coconut oil solidifies below 76°F (24°C), so melting it ensures an even mixture.
Match the Flavor Profile: The natural flavor of coconut oil can be strong in some recipes. It works well in sweet, tropical, or savory dishes but may not be ideal for all flavors. If you’re concerned about the taste, opt for refined coconut oil, which has a more neutral flavor compared to virgin coconut oil.
Temperature Adjustment: Coconut oil behaves differently from vegetable oil at lower temperatures, so consider slightly reducing the oven temperature when using coconut oil in delicate recipes like cakes.
Coconut Oil in Different Baked Goods
Let’s explore how coconut oil as a vegetable oil substitute performs in various baked goods:
Cakes and Muffins: Coconut oil adds moisture and richness to cakes and muffins, producing a light, fluffy texture. Its natural sweetness pairs well with vanilla, chocolate, and fruit-based recipes.
Cookies: Using coconut oil instead of vegetable oil in cookies can result in a slightly crispier texture. It also enhances the chewiness of soft cookies.
Pie Crusts and Pastries: Coconut oil works wonderfully in pie crusts and pastries, creating a tender, flaky texture. Its solid form mimics the properties of butter, making it easier to work with when chilled.
Brownies: For a dense, fudgy brownie, coconut oil provides the ideal consistency. It gives brownies a rich, deep flavor that complements chocolate beautifully.
Healthier Baking with Coconut Oil
For those who are health-conscious, using coconut oil as a substitute for vegetable oil in baking can be a smart move. Not only does it help cut down on unhealthy fats, but it also provides nutrients that promote well-being. Coconut oil is particularly popular in vegan and gluten-free baking as it helps maintain moisture and texture without the need for animal-based ingredients or gluten.
Final Thoughts: Achieve Baking Success with Coconut Oil
Whether you’re looking for a healthier alternative to vegetable oil or simply want to experiment with new flavors, coconut oil is a versatile option that can transform your baking. Its natural benefits, combined with its ability to improve the texture and taste of baked goods, make it a winning choice in the kitchen.
Incorporating coconut oil as a vegetable oil substitute will not only enhance your recipes but also align with a healthier lifestyle. So, next time you’re whipping up a batch of muffins or baking a cake, reach for coconut oil and experience the delicious difference it can make!

Cashews, harvested from the cashew tree, are native to Brazil but are now grown in many tropical regions around the globe. The nut itself is the seed of the cashew apple, a unique fruit with a sweet, astringent flavour. Whole cashew nuts are encased in a hard shell that must be carefully removed to avoid the toxic oil found within. Once harvested and shelled, the nuts are roasted or steamed to bring out their flavour and crunch. At Shyalis, our whole cashew nuts undergo a meticulous process to ensure they are of the finest quality.
Whole cashew nuts are packed with essential nutrients. They are a great source of healthy fats, particularly monounsaturated fats that are beneficial for heart health. Rich in protein, fiber, and essential minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc, whole cashew nuts make a satisfying and nutritious snack. They also contain vitamins such as vitamin E, K, and B6, which contribute to overall well-being. Including whole cashew nuts in your diet can help support healthy skin, strengthen bones, and improve immune function. Additionally, their antioxidant properties can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
Cashews have a mild, buttery flavour and a slightly sweet taste that complements many dishes. They can be enjoyed raw, roasted, salted, or spiced to suit different preferences. Whole cashew nuts are a popular ingredient in a variety of dishes, from savoury curries and stir-fries to sweet treats like cookies, cakes, and nut butter. In many Asian and Indian cuisines, whole cashew nuts are used to add texture and flavour to dishes such as biryanis, salads, and sauces. They can be ground into a fine powder and used as a base for creamy sauces or simply chopped and sprinkled over dishes for added crunch.
The creamy texture of whole cashew nuts also makes them an excellent choice for dairy-free alternatives. Cashews can be soaked and blended to create rich, creamy sauces, milk, or cheese, perfect for those following a vegan or lactose-free diet. At Shyalis, we offer high-quality whole cashew nuts that are ideal for making your cashew-based products at home. The Art of Fruit Arrangements: A Feast for the Eyes and the Palate
Fruit arrangements are a delightful way to combine the beauty of nature with culinary creativity. These vibrant and nutritious displays can transform any occasion into a memorable event. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a corporate event, or a simple family gathering, fruit arrangements add a touch of elegance and healthful indulgence. Affordable Edible Arrangements
Why Choose Fruit Arrangements?
Aesthetic Appeal:
Fruit arrangements are not just food; they are a form of art. The vivid colors and varied textures of fruits can be arranged in intricate patterns to create visually stunning displays. From simple fruit bowls to elaborate fruit bouquets, these arrangements can be customized to fit any theme or occasion.
Health Benefits:
Fruits are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Including a variety of fruits in your diet can boost your immune system, improve digestion, and provide a natural source of energy. A beautifully arranged platter can make eating fruits more appealing, especially for children and those who may be hesitant to consume enough fresh produce.
Versatility:
Fruit arrangements can be tailored to suit different dietary preferences and restrictions. They can be made with organic, locally-sourced produce, and can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other special diets. This makes them an inclusive option for gatherings with diverse guests.
Tips for Creating Stunning Fruit Arrangements
Choose Fresh, Seasonal Fruits:
The key to a great fruit arrangement is using the freshest and ripest fruits available. Seasonal fruits not only taste better but are also more affordable and environmentally friendly. Incorporate a mix of colors and textures for visual appeal and a variety of flavors.
Use a Variety of Shapes and Sizes:
Cut fruits into different shapes using knives, cookie cutters, or specialized fruit carving tools. Cubes, slices, balls, and wedges can add interest and variety to your arrangement. For a more professional look, consider investing in a melon baller or a spiralizer.
Incorporate Edible Garnishes:
Add herbs like mint or basil, edible flowers, or even a drizzle of honey or yogurt to enhance the presentation and flavor of your fruit arrangement. These garnishes can elevate the look and taste of the display, making it even more enticing.
Pay Attention to Arrangement Techniques:
Start with a base of larger fruits and build up with smaller pieces. Use skewers or toothpicks to create height and structure, and consider the overall balance and symmetry of your design. Layering different fruits and using contrasting colors can create a more dynamic and appealing arrangement.
Keep it Fresh:
To prevent fruits from browning, dip apple and pear slices in a mixture of water and lemon juice. Keep your arrangement refrigerated until it's time to serve, and cover it with plastic wrap or a damp paper towel to maintain freshness.
Ideas for Fruit Arrangements
Fruit Bouquets:
Arrange fruits on skewers to resemble a bouquet of flowers. This can be a stunning centerpiece for a table and a fun, interactive way for guests to enjoy the fruit.
Fruit Platters:
For a more traditional approach, arrange a variety of fruits on a large platter. Group similar colors together for a gradient effect, or mix them up for a more vibrant look.
Themed Arrangements:
Tailor your fruit arrangement to match the theme of your event. For example, a tropical-themed party could feature pineapples, mangoes, and coconuts, while a winter event might include pomegranates, oranges, and cranberries. Edible Arrangements Ontario
Edible Fruit Art:
Get creative by carving fruits into shapes and designs. Watermelon baskets, pineapple boats, and fruit sculptures can add a wow factor to any display.
Conclusion
Fruit arrangements are a versatile, healthy, and visually appealing addition to any event. With a bit of creativity and some fresh, seasonal produce, you can create stunning displays that delight both the eyes and the taste buds. So the next time you’re planning a gathering, consider adding a beautiful fruit arrangement to your menu.

"I was coming, but not for another week. I moved my backpacking trip up and bought last minute plane tickets, and flew out yesterday. Got in pretty late," he said, smiling over at Noah. "I guess I was just like super eager to see you, man. And honestly, I understand why. Now that I'm here, it's better than I even imagined." He smiled over at Noah, wondering if he felt the same. Maybe he felt like it wasn't as good because it was sudden and he seemed nervous. Tyler just hoped that he'd be able to relax the longer they were around one another.
He noticed Noah talked about worrying again and he glanced at him, wondering if the other realized how often he worded things that way. Tyler gave him a small smile and bumped him with his shoulder. "Thanks, man. You got my back," he said, smiling.
By the time they went through the store, Tyler had picked out a number of tropical fruits, two flavors of vegan ice cream, some vegan cheese puffs, vegan chocolate chip cookies, and some popcorn and coconut oil to pop it with. He paid and felt guilty for not having his re-useable grocery bags with him, so he purchased one made of hemp that was big enough to fit everything. It sat in the back while they got into the front.
Noah smiled at him and met his gaze. "Wait, you came back early just for me? I thought you were coming anyway and you just wanted to surprise me by not telling me." He felt warm all over at the thought, biting his bottom lip.
"Yeah, it just might be a good idea. And then we don't have to worry if you come over suddenly." He walked along with him, feeling his hand against his own, his breath catching in his chest slightly at the sensation.
He laughed and then shrugged. "Get whatever you want. It's been a while."

What is Dried Jackfruit?
Think of dried jackfruit as tiny bursts of sunshine in bite-sized form. It's simply dehydrated jackfruit flesh, concentrating all the flavor into chewy, convenient pieces. Sweet & Chewy Goodness: Craving something sweet that won't leave you crashing later? Dried jackfruit delivers! It satisfies your sweet tooth with its natural sweetness and boasts a delightfully chewy texture.
Superfood Powerhouse: Jackfruit isn't just delicious, it's packed with fiber and nutrients, making it a healthy alternative to sugary candy or processed snacks. Bonus points for being vegan and gluten-free!

Travel-Friendly Snacking: Unlike its fresh counterpart, dried jackfruit is lightweight and portable. Stash a bag in your purse or backpack for a healthy on-the-go snack.
