I love Branch being a father to three birds despite being scared of them so I gave him another. He now has three sons and one daughter

Branch and Bruce would totally sit and talk for hours about being dads to kids of a different species. Branch being a bird dad is such a fun concept and I hate that it was only explored in one episode of The Beat Goes On and then never mentioned again. If the 2D shows are canon, this dude is canonically a father. His brothers are uncles to birds and I find that hilarious

Went to a Japanese Tea Garden yesterday and it was so breathtakingly beautiful and majestic. My mind started to wander as I was looking around and I couldn’t help but imagine how many monsters would be scurrying about if they were real.

Little fairies playing in the plants and playing amusing tricks on the people that pass by. Lighting up the sky once it gets darks and makes the garden look even more lovely.

Trolls hiding under all the bridges and just waiting to squirm out and force the visitors to answer their riddles if they wish to continue over the bridge.

Water dragons gliding through the shimmering waters of the garden. A protective monster who looks out for the wellbeing of the garden and wants to keep it looking pretty. May splash some water in your face if it’s feeling playful.

All sorts of forest entity monsters from all walks of life. Drawn in by the garden’s beauty and the people who come there to see it.

A mix of monsters where even if they don’t always get along there’s a peaceful sense of harmony within the space.

So my computer's been wonky so at first I did some pixel art but then remembered the size restrictions so then I tried to work on my computer anyway but then it does so I whipped this out but I promise that there will be more Davepeta coming! 😝

Distressing realization: my troll designs mean that human/troll hybrids come out looking like humanimals (appropriate), and I have to carefully thread the needle that they don't look like racist caricatures too (not at all appropriate) :/. Will have to work on it.

Was inspired by Tinkerbell popping up on my Pinterest and got the idea of making a Troll/Fairy hybrid. Haven't stumbled across anything like that so far (not saying it hasn't been done, just haven't seen it so far 🙂)

This is Ivory. She's my rough draft of this hybrid idea. My basic idea is that the hybrid is actually a bit taller than the average Pop troll but with the proportion and build of a Fairy when full grown.

The young versions have the same large head/small body proportions as Trolls, and because of that, they struggle to fly initially. It levels out as they grow.

I'm still working on my lore of this idea, but I'm curious what you all think 😊

What do you get when a Pop Troll has a one-night stand with a Funk Troll and both of them happen to have baby fever? This little guy!

Lewis has a lion tail and beans because I've decided to adopt the fanon that Pop Trolls have lion tails and Funk Trolls beans.

Edit: I didn't think to add this, but Lewis is a year old in this. He's a baby.

I named her Scarlet Feather, Scarlet for short (totally not because I colored her as a scarlet macaw)

Out of all four of Branch’s kids, she’s the youngest but the biggest, although just barely

I’ll drawing something that will better show her off when I think of how (posing, angle, that stuff)

Being part macaw, she can mimic words if she hears them often, which Branch finds impressive
