Went to a Japanese Tea Garden yesterday and it was so breathtakingly beautiful and majestic. My mind started to wander as I was looking around and I couldn’t help but imagine how many monsters would be scurrying about if they were real.

Little fairies playing in the plants and playing amusing tricks on the people that pass by. Lighting up the sky once it gets darks and makes the garden look even more lovely.

Trolls hiding under all the bridges and just waiting to squirm out and force the visitors to answer their riddles if they wish to continue over the bridge.

Water dragons gliding through the shimmering waters of the garden. A protective monster who looks out for the wellbeing of the garden and wants to keep it looking pretty. May splash some water in your face if it’s feeling playful.

All sorts of forest entity monsters from all walks of life. Drawn in by the garden’s beauty and the people who come there to see it.

A mix of monsters where even if they don’t always get along there’s a peaceful sense of harmony within the space.

Was inspired by Tinkerbell popping up on my Pinterest and got the idea of making a Troll/Fairy hybrid. Haven't stumbled across anything like that so far (not saying it hasn't been done, just haven't seen it so far 🙂)

This is Ivory. She's my rough draft of this hybrid idea. My basic idea is that the hybrid is actually a bit taller than the average Pop troll but with the proportion and build of a Fairy when full grown.

The young versions have the same large head/small body proportions as Trolls, and because of that, they struggle to fly initially. It levels out as they grow.

I'm still working on my lore of this idea, but I'm curious what you all think 😊

WOE MORE TROLLS BE UPON YEE!

So I had a thought while on vacation about some circus/clown trolls -- then decided it's funnier if they were hybrids so Mount Rageon x Troll kids! no name for the parents yet,,,

They're all named after Vocaloid producers! (Mitchie M, Deco*27, 40mP + Maretu)

Maretu (they/them) is the only one NOT in the circus -- the idea is something tragic happened to separate them all so the three were found by a circus while Mar stayed with their parents

What do you get when a Pop Troll has a one-night stand with a Funk Troll and both of them happen to have baby fever? This little guy!

Lewis has a lion tail and beans because I've decided to adopt the fanon that Pop Trolls have lion tails and Funk Trolls beans.

Edit: I didn't think to add this, but Lewis is a year old in this. He's a baby.

Lil bby Danny sparks so much joy in me, especially in grub form. Did any of their other kids go thru a grub phase, or did their more human looking kids stay as babies?

only danny and Will went through the whole process of grub metamorphosis since they have a more "trollish" anatomy compared to benny and kanika, who grew up like normal babies(despite kani matching more like a troll internally-speaking, uuhh...?) if hatching is already dangerous to a normal grub, imagine them!

I want it to be full colour, so it takes a while.
