How do you think Sceptile would react if Trip's Serperior suddenly got attracted to Ash's Serperior?

I can see trip's serperior being an issue long before ash's serperior is even a Servine. after Snivy beats him in "A Rival Battle for Club Champ" (I think that's the episode? I'm not too sure?), Trip's Servine is taken with her.

now, trip's servine doesn't really love love her-when he makes passes at her, it's like a "ditch those losers and hang with me and my trainer. you can do s0000o much better" type situation, where he doesn't really care about what's best for Snivy- he mostly just thinks they'll look good together.

Snivy is just glad to be rid of him when ash drops her off at the lab.

if trip should stop by oak's lab (maybe he finds the abundance of Pokémon there to be a really great photo op, you know how he can be). Snivy will immediately be wary of him being there. she'll hang around Sceptile a lot more than usual, which is saying a lot since they're already together frequently throughout the day. Sceptile doesn't understand why at first (not that he's complaining, really.) but then Snivy gestures towards Trip and he's like "oh."

snivy had told Sceptile all about trip's serperior when she had first started getting close with him.

Sceptile definitely detests him from the start and he's sympathetic towards Snivy regarding him. mostly, he's just glad she doesn't have to deal with him anymore.. until she does.

once Snivy undergoes the displeasure of reuniting with trip's serperior, though, he looks her over all lascivious-like and makes lots of backhanded comments to the tune of "wow, even after all this time you're still so small and fragile." (alternatively, if she's a serperior by the time they see each other again, he’d either be all “my goodness, how you’ve changed. and here I thought you’d stay small and pathetic forever.” OR he’d probably be a little more respectful, but not abundantly so.)

Sceptile of course is immediately not a fan. he had heard a lot of not-so-good things about trip's serperior regarding his behavior towards Snivy and he's always quick to keep Snivy far from him to avoid conflict. trip admittedly isn’t fully conscious of why ash’s Sceptile and his serperior have so much tension, but it makes great photo fodder.

trip’s serperior is haughty and incorrigible but that doesn’t really stop Sceptile from giving him a piece of his mind— and he uses a lot of choice words when doing it. serperior is appalled, mostly because few Pokémon have ever taken that tone with him, but he simply shrugs it off and he’s all “I could have any Pokémon I wanted anyway. Snivy should feel lucky I ever took an interest in her. Hmph. Women.” After that exchange with Sceptile, though, he surprisingly chooses to buzz off.

on a lighter not, if ash had been present for this he might have just misinterpreted it as Sceptile and trip’s serperior recognizing each other’s strength and then immediately challenging trip to a battle for old time’s sake!!!

So you know what I realized the biggest failure of the scrapped Pikachu and Zekrom storyline and maybe even the Gen V anime was Trip! He should’ve been flat out scrapped and replaced with N. Because arguably N would have just as much experience if not more than Ash. Having been Groomed and Taught by Ghetsis. And maybe he could have a Zorua that’s his friend from Childhood, Boom! Instant good opponent to Pikachu. Trip looking back is actually Very poorly written, because he always wins against Ash, because of plot armor. Until He faces against literally anyone else where it Will stop working because it only works for Ash.

Wow first contribution to the Pokémon community hello!

This art was pretty self-indulgent. I imagine this happening because of like Professor Oak being like: “So Ash, there’s this like. Pokémon I want you to take a look at, and Gary’s coming with you. Cause… okay now go outside and get along” And then they just go on this trip absolutely hating each other and Gary once again just talking a lot of smack but they have to get along. Spoilers: they don’t at first, I’m sure they will have to work together and understand each other just more.

I just love them both sm!

Okay one last baby Darkrai idea because your comics made me laugh so much harder than I thought this concept would (amazing art btw!!!! I always love to see it!)

Celebi casually informs Grovyle, Dusknoir, and Kip that Ark and Twig are taking care of a baby and that they’re all uncles now. They all go to visit because they are confused and a little concerned.

Meanwhile Cresselia also visits because she senses the baby and thinks “is Darkrai gaining more power and plotting a takeover again?” Only to have a breakdown of biblical proportions when seeing the baby.

Cresselia is the first one to find out.

Celebi actually isn’t aware of Opal existing! Despite her being able to perceive all of time simultaneously and also “peeking ahead” so to speak when she’s bored, Opal has never appeared at any point in the timeline before now according to Celebi. And she also can’t see how she grows up and what kind of person she becomes. This is very disturbing to her, as it’s something she’s never experienced before.

Kip finds out last purely by accident. Twig has a hard time remembering who she has and hasn’t told about Opal.

Ok! So! Me and a friend are gonna be in Paldea for a little while. My mum says I need to take a break from the bullshit I’ve been dealing with and I agree, though I do not think a trip to another region is going to help. It might, in fact, make things worse.

Anyways, I’m equipped with a Zoroark, a baby Mewtwo and an Audino. Don’t ask where the Audino came from, she’s here now and her name is Pendulum. This is gonna be one hell of a trip, but it’s gonna be fun, and if I come back with any weird riolu/zorua hybrids, it’s because North is freaky and my friend has a lucario.

Pokémon Dreams Come True: Trip’s team.

• Pikachu (Given to Prof Juniper from Prof Oak, was the fourth starter in her lab. Trip and Pikachu started off not liking each other at first, but they gradually grow closer together throughout their journey.)

• Snivy-Servine-Serperior (A Pokémon that originally belonged to a rich trainer, she grew board of her pampered life and was given to Trip after seeing him battle, has a cocky attitude.)

• Oshawott-Dewott (Once a wandering wild Pokémon who belonged to a nomadic group of his evolution line, he got separated and is now traveling the region. Has a go with the flow personality and joins Trip just for fun.)

• Tepig-Pignite-Emboar (An abandoned Pokémon that joined the police force, goes with Trip after seeing his strength and honor, has a strong sense of justice.)

• Drillbur-Excadrill (Trip’s second Pokémon, started off as rather meek but gradually grew more confident throughout his many battles.)

• Dratini-Dragonair-Dragonite (Given by Benga after Trip and Iris beat him in a double battle, has a stoic, quiet demeanor.)
