Celebrimbor (Charles Edwards) - The Rings of Power | Watercolor Portrait | Work in Progress pictures 1+2

Hi everbody! It's time for a challenge I do with my twin sister @jeanne-dart . Each of us paints a portrait of Celebrimbor from The Rings of Power. We are excited to see who does it better. These are the first two work in progress pictures of my painting.

Some flowers live forever

A little more than a year ago, my bunny Miko (that I called more often Coco) passed away suddenly. While doing tribute art to cope with my grief, I instinctively drew Coco with yellow flowers. Sunflowers are my favorite flowers, and Coco will forever be my special little sun, even if he had to go away so soon. I think that now, I associate Sunflowers with Coco, and it makes me love them even more. Just like Coco's light is never far, his flowers are still blooming bright.

From the text, this is a tribute to the Japanese VA, Taiki Matsuno. He did a good amount of voices but his most memorable role was doing SpongeBob in the JP dub.

And since he also did Tarte from Fresh Precure and I’m a big Precure fan…I think you get the idea.
