Enfriamos 15', seguidos de los plios, abs y lumbares. Y empezar de inmediato con la recuperacion. Este trabajo lo haremos en terreno blando, en bajada, o en pista de carrera. Flotando, relajados, pendientes de la técnica! Quedamos asi entonces: 15 ( 1' Zona 4/5 / 2' Descanso.
