I promised (sort of) that I would be trying to come back and posting here. And I’m gonna start that off with showing the logo for my Super League team representing England, The Silver Lions.

Well, a more modern and new logo at least. The one on the left was made a couple of days ago, featuring the primary colours of the team (Gray for their shirts, the blues and yellow as accents) It also depicts the team’s mascot, Sage the Lion (info about them in the future). The one on the right was around August-September 2020, a bit more detailed but would be too complicated. It worked for what it was though.

Now, I have yet to sketch the players from the team (it’s been quite a while since I drew humans compared to sticks wheeze), but I did do a small sketch of the two captains of the team, Oliver ArcCoil and Trent ArcCoil, and yes, they are married. They fought with the League on this one (among other things). They do have burn marks on their faces and on most of their bodies, but that’s a story for another day (also still trying to draw it better than I have done before)

I will do what I can to showcase more of the players, especially with some of them having some friendships with other players from the other teams. Not promising much because we’re in the holiday season and I am a brokeass mf, but I will do my best. I really wanna get back to these boys.

Jaeden Martell as Landon Andrews, an really Cool, Serious, & Protective young man who's been close to Sam Carpenter in years until she cheated on him with her boyfriend Richie Kirsch who's Landon has a problem with. He's one of the characters in the Extended Cut of the Scream franchise because he's the best friend of Amber Freeman & Tara Carpenter & the stepbrother of the the Hicks family.

Anna Sawai as Alexis Williams, an Beautiful, Sassy, Tough, & Helpful young woman who's been introduced in the Extended Cut of Scream VI. She's the director's daughter, meaning she is the daughter of Roman Bridger who wanted her to not become a killer like him & have a better life. Until then she's living in New York because she's being adopted by Dewey Riley & Gale Weathers as their daughter & sister of their own daughter Carrie Tatum Riley-Weathers. She's also a classmate of Quentin Bailey in Blackmore University.

Haley Lu Richardson as Bethany "Beth-Ann" Lewis, an Funny, Beautiful, Sassy, Protective, Tough, & Kind young woman who's been introduced in the Extended Cut of Scream VI. She's one of the most popular sorority girls in Blackmore University & she's the older sister of Andrea Lewis.

Mekai Curtis as Reginald "Reggie" Stark, an Humble, Respectful, Tough, & Serious young man who is probably introduced in the Extended Cut of Scream VI. He's one of the characters who attended to Blackmore University because he's being pals with Will & Fred Hicks as he's playing cards with the Hicks brothers, Kimberly "Kim" Watson, Sam & Jenny Kincaid, & Hayley & Holly McDaniel at the Halloween party at the Alpha Keppa Beta Fraternity house.

Kaia Gerber as Taylor Swanson, an Beautiful, Sassy, Hot, & Gorgeous young woman who's also introduced in the Extended Cut of Scream VI. She's one of the hottest sorority girls & one of the cheerleaders in Blackmore University & the sister-in-law of Maurice Thompson. She's the childhood friend of Hannah Kayoko.

Jeremy Ray Taylor as Maurice Thompson, an Tough, Casual, & Creative young man who is been introduced in the Extended Cut of Scream VI. He's one of the characters who attended in Blackmore University. He's the brother-in-law of Taylor Swanson & the younger brother of Joanna Thompson.

Jordan Elsass as Taylor Ferguson, one of the characters in the Extended Cut of Scream VI. He's the younger brother of Tyler Ferguson & he's one of the killers who's wearing a devil version of the Ghostface mask.

listen i know this is my archive sideblog but i'm a little embarrassed to put this on main. i had a um. story i was planning to do for 2 years or so that got to like 12k before i put it on hold forever but i at least want to put down my general outline somewhere / not have it go to waste idk

carl tries to befriend johnny as a young kid and fails. stinky trying to target johnny with pranks at the same time doesn't help

carl fails as a bully in middle school / it backfires on him. johnny's the only target he has and the stronger bullies just attack them both.

johnny and carl finally become friends in high school. at first, johnny is antagonistic, but seeing carl covered in acne with a stupid mullet similar to his (carl heard johnny say mullets were stupid just months ago. what changed? nothing!) made him laugh. carl on the other hand acts more in line with what johnny remembers from elementary school. in fact, the only reason carl tried out bullying was a desperate attempt to avoid getting bullied himself. it didn't work and carl really regrets it. so when johnny makes fun of him at first he's like "yeah i deserve that."

johnny and carl are bullied in high school by retooled versions of trent and his goons from time of my life. at one point they steal a squint ringo figure of johnny's and carl ends up trading a trip mccoy figure to get it back. this is a huge milestone in their friendship

johnny is still a jerk even in his teens but he does care. he's a bigmouth with fluctuating grades and gets into trouble but he's a Trying. he's nicer than he is in his 20s though, that's for sure. once a bonehead, always a bonehead, as they say.

sandy once saves both johnny and carl from getting swirlies and johnny gets a huge crush on her. carl on the other hand wants to be friends with her— he's not into the dating scene much yet. he's rejected one girl or two so far and it makes johnny jealous and bitter.

pops' moon palace used to be an ice cream parlor by the same name. this is a nod to the "pops' soda shoppe" bible concept. teen johnny and carl were the reason why he rebranded to a retro-styled diner (kids aren't banned but. they had a fight. it involved food. they had to help pops clean up. they're enough of a hassle as it is.) pops gave carl the wrong ice cream every time as a test to see if he'd gather the courage to actually tell him he got the wrong one instead of nervously letting it slide Because He's Old (he was actually in his 50s back then. he started graying early.) and they become friends

in sophomore or junior year, carl begins to realize he has potential in science and starts to enjoy school more. this is him getting nerdier. it gives him a huge ego boost and he starts hanging out with uptight geek kids more instead of johnny. trouble is, they're not quite his friends. in fact, they make fun of his social skills and 'odd' interests in a more pretentious way. on johnny's end, he becomes jealous of the geeks "brainwashing" his best friend, but he gets very distracted by his increased interest in girls. carl decides johnny is a much better friend than those kids are and he isn't wrong.

the high school prom mentioned in candidate johnny is fully interlaced with the time of my life. carl brings a rubber duck to prom. johnny, upset and grumpy, sincerely believes sandy stood him up. he goes to prom anyway because are you kidding he wouldn't want to miss the girls food and the drinks etc. johnny sees the duck and takes the opportunity to cheer himself up via humiliating carl and it escalates

after some thinking, johnny comes to the conclusion that carl is the one thing holding him back / preventing him from getting what he wants in a few different ways.

after they graduate, johnny goes to the gym a lot, becomes very distant with carl and things start to reflect present day canon. johnny can't fully break the friendship with carl because deep down he still cares, he's just too stubborn. carl, on the other hand, Will Not give up because they only really have each other

fast forward some time and the events of "you cast a spell" happen in an 'episode' titled "hocus doofus." it ends differently. carl snaps, but he doesn't necessarily try to beat up johnny. this is as far as i'm gonna talk about

there were definitely moments where carl having a one-sided crush on johnny was kind of obvious but nothing super shippy overall

Kevin Wilson, offensive coordinator, took advantage of a new rule to run the tempo offense. The play clock (time between plays till quarterback must snap the ball) was 40 seconds from the end of the play. Previously, the play cock did not start until the referee set the ball, play clock then was 25 seconds.

When Malzahn was coordinator at Tulsa, 2007-2008, he did roll up a small amount more yardage than we did in 08, but not close in points.

Malzahn next became Offensive Coordinator at Auburn from 2009 - 2011. In 2010, Malzahn won a national championship with Heisman winner Cam Newton at quarterback. They averaged 41.2 ppg. Came close to us in total yardage but did not exceed. His other years at Auburn his stats did not come close.

As great as Wilson was at coordinator his talent was the essential element. In the 2010 NFL players from the 2008 team went:

We also had probably the best offensive line in the country. Receivers Ryan Broyles and Manuel Johnson, Tight End Jermaine Gresham, running back Demarco Murray and plenty more talent.

*2019 LSU Tigers - National Champions are probably the greatest offense in college football history. I won't list their many records but will throw out a couple of comparisons to our 2008. More total yards, 8533 to our 7670. QB Joe Barrow threw 60 touchdowns to Bradford's 50 in 2008. However, they only scored 60 plus points against the far inferior Northwestern State, Vanderbilt, and well sadly against us, the Oklahoma Sooners. We had more total plays 1106 to 1075 (an opportunity the no huddle, tempo offense creates).

Another sketch of the Silver Lions captains, both looking like they’re not believing what a certain striker is trying to tell them.

I didn’t have a particular scene in mind, but I wrote a small something below to give an idea of how the Silver Lions’ relationship is like with Supa Strikas and Invincible United. It is implying that there has been some time since they first rejoined, and it’s not looking great to Shakes and the others to see the Silver Lions and Invincible United be friendly with each other.

Things might change overtime, but I will say that I have planned for the Lions to get along with a fellow Super League team. I didn’t think it would be Invincible United, but there is a reason for it that I will reveal with time. Hope you like the writing at least.

Edit: Okay so, the writing went longer than I expected. At least there’s more lore for y’all to chew on, if you wanna of course. I’ll throw it under a read more for the time being.

“You guys just talked to Invincible United as if you already knew each other!”

Trent raised an eyebrow as Oliver crossed his arms. “And that’s a bad thing?” Trent asked as he placed a left hand on Oliver’s elbow.

“Uh, yeah!” Shakes cried. “They’re the worst team in the League. You shouldn’t get too close to them, they’ll just hurt you guys!”

Both captains looked at each other, a look of disbelief written on their faces. Oliver looked back at Shakes, his frown tightening.

“Whatever history you have with them, that is not of our concern.” Oliver said in a stern deep voice. With the way he looked down at the young striker and how he stood tall, it made him and his teammates shiver. The taller captain continued, “Besides, you don’t know what history we have with them so you do not have any room to judge.”

Shakes let out a frustrated sigh. “I’m just trying to help you guys avoid getting hurt! If you’re not careful, they’ll hurt you real bad!”

“You don’t think we know that?” Trent’s eyes narrowed. “We know they are strong, almost as strong as us. And we know what tactics they could use. We can handle ourselves around them.”

Before Shakes or any of the other Strikas could interject, Oliver’s frown deepened, showing off his sharp canines while his eyes narrowed. “You really like to judge a book by its cover, innit that right?” His good eye had a fire burning deep within its dark emerald color. “You want to tell us how we can’t handle a couple of bloody blokes that didn’t even cheat during our match? Or even played dirty compared to the first one we played against them? They respect us just as we respect them, scars and all.”

The young striker swallowed, his face becoming hot as he realized what the captain was implying. “That’s not what I meant!”

“Then if it wasn’t, why bother trying to play the hero when you know we won’t listen to you?” Trent said cooly. “Just like how all of you didn’t listen to us when we tried to warn you about your own teammates and their fighting? You’re lucky they’re both still alive. Otherwise, it could have gone worse than you think.”

A shaky Klaus poked his head from behind Shakes’s shoulder. “R-Really worse?”

“Much, much worse.” Oliver said darkly and sighed as he glanced at Dancing Rasta. “I really wished that our first meeting didn’t leave such a bad taste in our mouths. This conversation isn’t making our view of all of you any better.”

“Ohh except Lankey.” El Matador said sarcastically. “You don’t hate him because he knows you, despite the fact that you’re soooo rich, and he’s not. He doesn’t even have a sports car! He’s really boring, especially since he keeps spacing out or keeps trying to tell us all about his nerdy hobbies like painting dolls–”

The star Spanish striker never finished his sentence as a soccer ball suddenly whizzed past the side of his face, and hit the wall behind the Strikas team with a loud CRACK!

They turned around and all their eyes widened to see not one, but two soccer balls lodged within the concrete wall of the stadium, very close together. Behind El Matador, Cool Joe was shaking and holding onto his captain’s arm, the second soccer ball almost having hit him. Shakes turned back to Oliver and Trent, realizing they had been the ones to kick the balls. And they almost hit their mark.

“Don’t you DARE talk about Lancelot that way!” Oliver shouted, his eyes almost glowing with his anger. Beside him, Trent was holding him back with both hands gripping his arm, but his expression held the same anger his husband was feeling. Oliver kept going, his voice becoming loud and deafening, it made everyone stay in their spots. “He is my best friend, OUR best friend! He helped us get back on our feet when we were in bad shape! He’s defended me from the same rich people you think I should be cozying up to, when all they did was talk fucking shit about me and my family, and my other friends who I call my second family! He doesn’t have to be my friend, but he chooses to be because he’s got a kinder soul than any of you bloody idiots! He has my back and I have his, I cannot wish for anyone else to be a good and loyal friend other than Lancelot!”

Oliver breathed deeply, trying to reign in back his emotions. Trent rubbed his arm, whispering something in a soft voice, before turning to scowl at Shakes. “Honestly, if this is how you talk about him behind his back, your fellow teammate who looks up to you, then you are not doing yourselves any favors trying to make us like you.“ He guided Oliver to leave the other way, and said in a curt tone, “Good day.”

When both captains were out of earshot, Dancing Rasta ran his hands down his face with a deep groan. “Dis isn’t good…”

Shakes looked down at the ground, silencing the rest of the noise around him, as he thought back to what they had said. His fists tightened at his sides and he sighed tiredly. “We really blew it, didn’t we?”

(For small context, Supa Strikas tried to be the most friendliest team when they first met Silver Lions, having heard they want to have a good time in the League. But they blew it and as much as some of the Lions are about giving second chances, some of the Strikas players, Shakes included, kept digging a hole they wouldn’t be able to climb out of.)

For some context, yes these are the same people but they are in different universes.

You know the Music Husbands, Accordion and Violin, on the right hand side from the THSC universe. Also known as Oliver Arc and Trent Coil, two former members of the fallen Music Dragons clan who joined the Toppat Clan, as they had been promised safe haven from a past leader.

But on the left hand side is Oliver McArthur and Trent McCoy from the Supa Strikas (SS) universe. They are captains for a football team called The Silver Lions, a returning team to the Super League. And yes, they are married in this AU, with both of them deciding to go with the surname ArcCoil when they do get married. This is also the original universe where I first created them, along with the other Music Dragons. They were originally boyfriends but I said “fuck it” and had them get married before joining the team.

I think you can see the pattern of what sticks whenever I place the husbands in different AUs, lol. I'm also working on a proper reference for the boys so watch out for that in the future (it's gonna be a while)

OKAY okay this makes so much sense and appeals to my niche sensibilities. And it works on so many levels- hear me out. So, if Trent Crimm is Mr. Spock, then Ted Lasso is obviously Jim Kirk right? Trent being the intellectual, Ted being the beating heart of the crew team.

Then who functions as McCoy? It either has to be Roy Kent or Coach Beard as Bones. My vote is for Roy, being the gruff hardman… but Coach Beard’s love of psychotropic drugs might well qualify him for the role.

this is probably a niche crossover but i just wanna alert people to the fact that James Lance and Leonard Nimoy have the same face.
