older designs for my specialest guy
#you actually could pay me to watch boruto the payment is reviving any of madara-obito-itachi in a cheap fan service moment. itd work on me 👍#neji hyuga#hyuga neji#art#fanart#naruto#2024#i think konoha would love to project the will of fire shit onto neji after what he did. ya know. trying to give your life 'for the village'#in that way hed probs have a lot of respect from others but respect has never been enough when your life still isnt yours 😛#the pessimism would likely take a bit to return to him but it Would return hes just like. less interpersonally volatile#the realization you had two whole very public meltdowns and no one that matters cared will do that to you#anywayfor the happy ending one. i think while neji is always going to be a little bit bitchy hes bound to soften up a lot when he's not#under constant stress and has to micromanage his every thought#i like to think that if he were allowed to hed grow into a very outwardly warm person. sunflower :)#and my general opinions of neji and boruto are:#1. yes it is a blessing to not be made to be straight married#2. however consider: what if i wanted to see neji be a dad. i dont care for romantic njten but i do not hate it. it would be acceptable#when i think abt this guy in boruto hes chronically single but still.talking about what CANON could be. it would be acceptable#3. yes hiashi shouldve gotten his ass killed in the war but i would be lying if i said the awful family reunions#are not fun as a concept#are they fun on purpose? no#but the rule is: A situation can suck if it sucks on purpose#and 4. i know about the time travel episode i have mixed feelings on it.#anyway no hate if you like boruto i like being hyperbolic for fun but its just anime. the kids seem cute#but if any other hyuga-brained person ever wants to get unimaginably angry you should also watch the hiashi birthday episode of boruto#thats my special recommendation from me to you

Dc x dp idea 80
Danny’s parents don’t take the reveal well. They promise to hunt down phantom and and fix there baby boy. The king Phantom must be possessing Danny. He must be after information on the mortal realm to take it over.
This leads to Danny on the run.
Now he has access to the resources of the realm. He also never tells anyone he left amity because his parents were hunting him down. He just told them he wanted to travel like Ellie.
He earns money and whatnot by selling extinct or near extinct ingredients. Stuff used for spells and other hard to find items. Ghost in the realm are happy enough to tell him where they hid there stashes and the realms plant life is all extinct plants. Those that died out.
This leads to him meeting Zatana and other magic heros (if they have a bad vibe he won’t sell to them). He avoids John. He’s received numerous warnings about the soul seller.
He is in the middle of a transaction when Jack and Maddie locate him. They then proceeded to capture him all while screaming about “fixing” him.
Danny shockingly enough had been concealing his identity. They didn’t need to know he was only 15. And of course he was wearing a device to hide his ecto signature.
During jack and Maddie’s attack. Both his disguise and device are ruined.
Now the magic user knows Danny is at least a partly human child and the king of the infinite realm. Who is being attacked.

@amtrak-official y’all need to add more monthly rail pass options… if the train operates everyday, anyways, why can’t I select a monthly rail pass for my commute?
Seriously, not being able to choose two stops I know I will use frequent enough to buy a rail pass is turning away profit and forcing me to drive a car or spend too much money. I thought the people want railway expansion and affordable, reliable, usable public transit?
On top of that, this prevents me from being able to work elsewhere without using a car or becoming an ultra cyclist. Y’all hurting the U.S. and state level economies by charging me day passes for a fucking train that operates everyday and I’d like to use frequently.
I want my community space to be a fucking train, man!!!
Sincerely,
Someone attempting to foster resiliency.

Hey.
Kim teaching Harry how to skateboard and Harry teaching Kim how to roller skate.
Harry thinks he fucking sucks at first because Kim gets the hang of roller skating pretty quickly. As it turns out, skateboarding is a lot harder than roller skating.
I don’t know where I’m going with this. Um. Kim still prefers skateboarding because of the technical aspect and risk factor but he’s surprised he enjoys how chill roller skating is.
Harry enjoys skateboarding because a) time with Kim as a teacher and b) oh wow a challenge? Your physical instrument loves challenges. You will conquer this with the force of your—what do you mean this is more the centipede’s thing? Holy shit no wonder Kim’s so cool

Oh I sense tragic story potential from the pov of a harpy raised by humans that suddenly has their life turned upside-down due to randomly turning into a king...
Also if they can turn into kings from seeing their falconers as a tiercel then is keeping tiercels an instinct for them?
keeping tiercels is an interpretation of innate instincts - that is, in 'wild' flocks, this is the social structure they use to satisfy that instinct, but tiercels in and of themselves are a social construct.
by 'seeing their falconers as tiercels', what i meant was more like, the would-be king harpy increasingly sees their falconers as subjects to possess, and might bar them from participating in any dangerous activities because after all that's what a king is for. a wild harpy would see this and go ah right, this king thinks the human is their tiercel. but among humans and harpies with no context, they wouldn't have the language or concepts to describe what's going on. if that makes sense at all
there is a lot of tragic potential there yeah... they are imprinted on those humans and could barely imagine life without them. they would be barred from their flock, their family, because they would be seen as a bad influence on them, before eventually simply disappearing from their old life (dead or just sent away - the result is the same to those left behind)

from closed beta Childe's boss fight lines: "(low voice)Hmm. (Sharper, a little accusatory) You should change your weapon."
considering we use dull blade in cutscenes, he isn't even wrong. I think the boy was a bit insulted
also he has this important line: "maddened laughter" and another one: "even more maddened laughter"
I can't decide if I'm glad that they are missing in the final version
