Give Thanks to the LORD, for He is Good
1 Oh, give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endures forever!
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord speak out, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy, 3 and gathered them from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
4 They wandered in the wilderness on a deserted path; they found no city to dwell in. 5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. 6 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses. 7 He led them on a level road, that they might go to a city to live in. 8 Let them praise the Lord for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the people! 9 For He satisfies the longing soul and fills the hungry soul with goodness.
10 Some sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being prisoners in affliction and irons, 11 because they rebelled against the words of God and rejected the counsel of the Most High. 12 Therefore He brought down their hearts with hard labor; they fell down, and there was none to help. 13 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distress. 14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death and broke apart their bonds. 15 Let them praise the Lord for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the people! 16 For He has broken the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron in two.
17 Some were fools because of their transgressions, and because of their iniquities they are afflicted. 18 They loathed all manner of food, and they drew near to the gates of death. 19 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distress. 20 He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destruction. 21 Let them praise the Lord for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the people! 22 And let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving and declare His works with rejoicing.
23 Some went down to the sea in ships, to do business in the vast waters; 24 they saw the works of the Lord and His wonders in the deep water. 25 For He commands and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the sea waves. 26 The sailors went up to the sky, they came down to the depths; their strength melted because of the great danger. 27 They reeled to and fro and staggered like drunken men, and were completely confused. 28 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distress. 29 He made the storm calm, and the sea waves were still. 30 They were glad because the waters were quiet, so He brought them to their desired harbor. 31 Let them praise the Lord for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the people! 32 Let them exalt Him in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.
33 He turns rivers into a desert, water springs into dry ground, 34 a fruitful land into salty wasteland, because of the wickedness of those living there. 35 He turns a wilderness into pools of water, a parched ground into springs of water. 36 There He makes the hungry dwell, and they prepare a city to live in; 37 they sow fields and plant vineyards, and yield a fruitful harvest. 38 He blesses them, so that they are greatly multiplied, and He does not let their livestock decrease.
39 But when they are diminished and brought down through oppression, affliction, and sorrow, 40 He pours contempt upon princes, and causes them to wander in a wilderness with no road; 41 yet He raises up the poor from affliction and cares for their families like flocks of sheep. 42 The righteous shall see it and rejoice, and all evil people shall stop their mouth.
43 Whoever is wise let him observe these things; let them consider the lovingkindness of the Lord. — Psalm 107 | Modern English Version (MEV) The Holy Bible, Modern English Version. 🖤 I'll take my time, it's called fucking patience (Patience)
One day I'll take pride in who I am, and feel the pain less (Grr)
Without the word "Grey", you can't spell the word "greatness" (Greatness)
Put my heart in the box and give you the key hoping we'll share the same chest🖤

Ed Sinclair & Olivia Colman's South of the River Pictures and Sister have announced the winner of their Screenshot 2023 competition that seeks out emerging comedy writer-performers.The scheme provides successful applicants with the opportunity to develop their original idea from stage to screen.
The winner was Chris Nelson, whose alter ego Sue Gives a F**k, grew out of the London club and ball scenes, took to the stage as professional escort and dominatrix Chrissie to perform Transgressions; a “whip-smart, disarmingly grounded confessional comedy about cross dressing, sex work and knowing ‘when a dick is just a dick’ with Olivia Colman saying “Chris’s unique talent is finding gentleness and humanity in every aspect of her comedy, and making the specific supremely accessible – hilarious, expectation-defying and utterly joyous!” Nelson will now be brought onto the Sister/South of the River development slates and commissioned to write a pilot episode of Transgressions.
Chris Nelson says “ Without giving too much away, I don’t know how many production companies would have the balls for my project so I’m extraordinarily grateful to Sister and SOTR for taking a chance on this cross-dressing dominatrix. It often feels like you need an agent to get work and work to get an agent so the way this competition creates a route into the industry feels really special. That said, no one in my office seems to understand that Olivia Colman gave me a trophy and that it isn’t appropriate to treat me like an administrator when actually, I am Beyonce.”

Major Transgressions Require Major Repentance
People use the word “trans” today more than ever, but not really in the way it applies to ALL OF US… It’s a word we don’t even like to THINK about, much less apply to ourselves. In the dictionary, it’s “an act that goes against a law, rule, or code of conduct; an offense.” Yep, it’s transgressions–something we have all done– and the Bible reminds us in the words of King David that even royalty…

The Grudge Dance: Outsourcing to Karma and Finding Peace in the Interim
Are you holding a grudge? About? I’ll admit it—I’ve held a grudge or two in my life. I’m human. And let’s be honest, holding a grudge can feel oddly satisfying at first. It’s like wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket of righteous anger, protecting yourself from the cold sting of whatever wrong you’ve endured. In a way, it’s an externalization of the hurt, a psychological trick to avoid letting it…

You can't understand this, I don't either
I don't either
But when the lord talks to me, I obey him
Uh, uh, yeah, uh
Y'all seen what I can do and I gotta ask you, who gon' stop me?
Can't even stop myself, that's really a problem, please, y'all gotta stop me (Uh)
Global domination, now I'm just missing and account with lockheed
Snorted Oxy's in Euros, dollars, crowns, pounds and zlotys
I've asked it before and I guess I'll ask it again
Would you really give a fuck about me if I wasn't famous?
I'm still the same fuck up that I was before the paychecks
Only now, I got a thousand eyes prying at that same mess
Rain check
I'll take my time, it's called fucking patience (Patience)
One day I'll take pride in who I am, and feel the pain less (Grr)
Without the word "Grey", you can't spell the word "greatness (Greatness)
Put my heart in the box and give you the key hoping we'll share the same chest
Screen time increased, fine line crossed at least three times
Peace sign, you gonna be good? Yeah, I'ma be fine (Grr)
I'm still the same cherry flavored frigid fucking feline
Got my nine in my bag and now it's time to board the G5
But when the lord talks to me, I obey him
Yeah, yeah
Swanging that motherfucking double R, my maw maw got some questions
'Bout if I done sold my soul and if I'll ever get to heaven
Fuck if I know, but this bottle ain't gon' fuckin' fill itself
Take some pills up off her shelf, then get back on the road to Hell
Doctor after doctor, cuttin' my momma 'cause it pay them well
Daddy ramblin' bout his gamblin', hope another twenty helps
Drinking GHB with fantasies of how I kill myself
Hanging from a noose? I'm too rich, I need a gucci belt
Looking up in the mirror and I can't say that I'm seeing much
Maybe this diamond chain will hide the fact I'll never be enough
Hurts too much to give a fuck
Taught, "You better pick a drug"
"Say it with your chest boy", I'm the definition of
Traumatized, angry mind, no daddy on the other line
Demoralized, always lyin', tellin' people I'll be fine
Won't be in the text when I reply
Forever not the fuckin' time
Forever grey prioritized
In blood, I signed that dotted line

Give Thanks to the LORD, for He is Good
1 Thank the Lord because he is good. His love continues forever. 2 That is what the people the Lord has saved should say. They are the ones he has saved from the enemy. 3 He has gathered them from other lands, from east and west, north and south.
4 Some people had wandered in the desert lands. They found no city to live in. 5 They were hungry and thirsty. They were discouraged. 6 In their misery they cried out to the Lord. And he saved them from their troubles. 7 He led them on a straight road to a city where they could live. 8 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his love and for the miracles he does for people. 9 He satisfies the thirsty. He fills up the hungry.
10 Some sat in gloom and darkness. They were prisoners suffering in chains. 11 They had turned against the words of God. They had refused the advice of God Most High. 12 So he broke their pride by hard work. They stumbled, and no one helped. 13 In their misery they cried out to the Lord. And he saved them from their troubles. 14 He brought them out of their gloom and darkness. He broke their chains. 15 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his love and for the miracles he does for people. 16 He breaks down bronze gates. And he cuts apart iron bars.
17 Some became fools who turned against God. They suffered for the evil they did. 18 They refused to eat anything. So they almost died. 19 In their misery they cried out to the Lord. And he saved them from their troubles. 20 God gave the command and healed them. So they were saved from dying. 21 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his love and for the miracles he does for people. 22 Let them offer sacrifices to thank him. With joy they should tell what he has done.
23 Others went out to sea in ships. They did business on the great oceans. 24 They saw what the Lord could do. They saw the miracles he did. 25 He spoke, and a storm came up. It blew up high waves. 26 The ships tossed as high as the sky and fell low in the waves. The storm was so bad the men lost their courage. 27 They stumbled and fell like men who were drunk. They did not know what to do. 28 In their misery they cried out to the Lord. And he saved them from their troubles. 29 He made the storm be still. He calmed the waves. 30 They were happy that it was quiet. And God guided them to the port they wanted. 31 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his love and for the miracles he does for people. 32 Let them praise his greatness in the meeting of the people. They should praise him in the meeting of the elders.
33 He changed rivers into a desert, and springs of water into dry ground. 34 He made fertile land salty because the people there did evil. 35 He changed the desert into pools of water and dry ground into springs of water. 36 He had the hungry settle there. They built a city to live in. 37 They planted seeds in the fields and vineyards. And they had a good harvest. 38 God blessed them, and they grew in number. Their cattle did not become fewer.
39 Because of disaster, troubles and sadness, their families grew smaller and weaker. 40 He showed he was displeased with their important men. He made them wander in a pathless desert. 41 But he lifted the poor out of their suffering. And he made their families grow like flocks of sheep. 42 Good people see this and are happy. But the wicked say nothing.
43 Whoever is wise will remember these things. He will think about the love of the Lord. — Psalm 107 | International Children’s Bible (ICB) The Holy Bible, International Children’s Bible® Copyright© 1986, 1988, 1999, 2015 by Thomas Nelson. Nigerians can never be that sorry for their transgressions, so sorry that they can't say to immigrants, "Carry your trouble and go".
Nigerians made beggars out of child refugees from Niger and impregnated their mothers. Nigerians kicked out Ghanaians when Ghanaians became too efficient, taking over jobs Nigerians couldn't do, and named a laundry bag after the mass exodus: Ghana Must Go bag.
Nigerians aren't even sorry about the civil war. They are still blaming that on the British.
