Transformers One es la película que nos merecemos los fans y es digna de la celebración del 40° aniversario

Por fin transformers protagonistas con desarrollo de personajes en el cine jaja, el director de la película trabajó en Pixar, algo bueno tenia que salir de ahí xD

Es un deleite visual, todas las referencias, todos los bots que reconoces en el fondo, los dos últimos segundos en que se ve a Jazz moviendo sus alitas al final, maldita sea siiiiiii FAN SERVICE DEL BUENO, no recuerdo haberme emocionado tanto con un producto audiovisual de la franquicia, y es que además en la narrativa llegas a comprender sus razones y estar de acuerdo con ambos personajes (bueno, excepto en esa frase donde D-16 estaba pensando en cometer genocidio 😅) y al mismo tiempo tenia la sensación de que habían cosas en que ambos se equivocaron, sufrí al ver el proceso de como se alejaban el uno del otro (por cierto, la escena climax es una maravilla *chef kiss*) y al final sentí tristeza por ambos.

En resumen, este divorcio me traumo, llevo casi una semana con la película en la cabeza, jajaja

Lo negativo fue el doblaje en español latino de D-16 y B-127, se nota que no son actores de doblaje profesionales (supuestamente son gente famosa pero yo ni siquiera se quienes son), el de B es pasable pero el de D/Megatron es casi imperdonable. Además, el equipo de marketing de Paramount no hizo un buen trabajo promocionando la cinta, que para mi será el principal culpable de que sea un "fracaso" en taquilla (eso y la mala fama que tienen las películas live action)

Como dato curioso, la película termina con un tono optimista y esperanzador, y me causa gracia porque Optimus no sabe todo lo que se le viene encima, como he visto en varios fanarts, esto es el principio del fin, y si hay secuela o trilogía pOR FAVOR QUE TODO SEA EN CYBERTRON Y/O EN EL ESPACIO PERO NADA DE HUMANOS ESTORBANDO Y ROBANDO PROTAGONISMO

Si me disculpan, voy para el cine a verla nuevamente

I just watched that trailer, and, maybe it's just the voice actor doing a great job, or maybe it's because I'm Hispanic and he's one of my favorite characters, but something about Megatron speaking Spanish just makes sense.

The back of his head reminded her of a kiwi fruit so henceforth the Destined One has been dubbed Kiwi (half joking, half serious). There probably was a moment where the Destined One was being his usual silent bit uncaring himself where he just kept walking ahead and in frustration and annoyance Oz shouted out "urgh you stupid kiwi!" and ran after him and the nickname stuck ever since.

Fun fact, the kiwi fruit originally comes from China and is called 猕猴桃 Míhóutáo in Chinese, which literally translates to macaque fruit! It is specualted that Sun Wukong is based on the rhesus macaque.

The fruit name was rebranded from chinese gooseberry to Kiwi for better marketing, and it's a nod towards New Zealand's national bird.

As someone who grew up around Transformers secondhand and knows good nuggets of the various lore and characters by proxy, it’s incredibly funny to me that my top 3 faves are pretty basic but on opposite ends. Bumblebee, Shockwave, & Soundwave. Put them in a situation together and godspeed
