I wanted to try my hand at animation and decided some scribbly walk and run cycles would be a fun way to do it. I’ve always liked to imagine that, based on Soundwave’s body structure and the fact that he’s already a delightfully eldritch cryptid of a Cybertronian, he could walk and run on all fours with ease.

Made in the image of another, Soundblaster was not formed in the planet and emerged like normal sparklings. He was made with the purpose to fill a void in his father’s life… a void that he failed to fill. While Soundblaster sat in the dark depths of his father’s laboratory, he would see glimpses of the Sparkling that captured his father’s affection, Nightflyer… a perfect cybertronian in body and a scientist at heart… how could Soundblaster ever compare…. When the young prince Nightflyer was sent to earth to infiltrate the autobots, Soundblaster waited for his chance to be useful… Soon he would find his way to earth with Slipstream, Airachnid and Acidstorm. However he would find out what true unconditionally love felt like when he met a bot just as strange as him…. Sparkplug.
