if you have a moment, please consider giving some attention to my friend Nader ( @nader202-3 )'s campaign. besides himself, he is providing for his wife, Sally ( @sally2033 ), and their three young children, Laila, Nour, and Ahmed, as well as his parents and siblings. Nader's father was injured in the airstrike that destroyed the family's home; due to the lack of available medical care, he continues to struggle with long-term complications. this bombing also killed several of the Gibril family's relatives, including Nader's aunt, uncle, and cousin with his whole family.
now, their situation has gotten even more dire. earlier this month, Nader attempted to get food for the family at one of the israeli/US-run GHF aid distribution sites. as you've likely heard, these facilities have been used as cover to deliberately kill and injure people who come seeking desperately needed food. over 240 humanitarian organizations have called for the GHF to cease operations, and according to the UN, over 1,000 people have been killed while seeking aid. thankfully, Nader was not among them—but he was shot in the back and is now recovering from this serious injury without the benefits of easily accessible medicines, nutritious food, or even a safe and quiet place to rest.
Nader and Sally's children are all under ten years old. they are acutely vulnerable to starvation and the long-term consequences of malnutrition. if the Gibril family's campaign doesn't raise sufficient funds to buy food (which can be over $200 USD per day), Sally or one of the other adults in the family will have to risk their life seeking aid from the GHF. this is not tenable. they should not have to choose between being shot and watching their beloved children fade away from starvation.
your donations and engagement with Nader and Sally's campaign mean that Nader can recover without having to worry for his family, that Sally won't have to risk death or injury to feed their children, and that Laila, Nour, and Ahmed can survive and stay healthy. even just sharing their posts, following one or both of their blogs, or dropping a kind word is a reminder that they are not facing this terrible situation alone. whatever you can do to help is valuable.
(The Gibril family's campaign has been verified by @/90-ghost and is facilitated by @/pocketsizedquasar-3)

"Under the Cloud of Starvation"

Samah is a mother in Gaza with three very young children. She and her husband are trying to care for them under the constant threats of occupation and famine. The starvation in the Strip has reached unimaginable levels. Little to no aid is getting to the people, and going to aid centers often means risking being shot by occupation soldiers. Food from other places, when it can be found, is unbelievably expensive.
Please share their story, and donate if you can. Their campaign is vetted by Bilal-Sala7, #7 on the list.

hey twin would you ever make a sheet and comforter set with your artwork ? or perhaps a throw pillow ?
hey! honestly that’s a new one, I’ve gotten plenty of requests for pillows but not those kinds lol
I guess I’ve considered stuff like that? my main problem with stuff like pillows, apparel, accessories, or even stuff like totes is that is I don’t want to push my luck with something I’m not really super knowledgeable about… a functional item like that is a lot more of a commitment for the buyer than a print or keychain, and if I did something like that I’d want it to be tasteful and have a lot of thought put into it. anything I make is stuff I would own or use myself (yes, I use those mousepads, they’re very helpful for my wrist) so that would probably be something I’d want to do a lot of R&D for.
sorry, I know that was a really roundabout way to answer that question, but I hope that helps! somewhat!

Hiii bbeen a fan of you work for 2 years now you are really a big inspiration for me, I know this question may be out of no where but how did you become a story borde artist? What did you study / major in, cus am seriously considereding it :3 sorry if I made ya uncomfortable have a good day/night 💕
hi, thank you for the kind words!
I did not go to school to become a storyboard artist. I basically started working in the field right out of high school, lol. going to college is not necessary to work in animation!
obviously, though, that’s not to say college can’t work for you—there are plenty of opportunities to learn and network in school, IF you can find a good program+put in the work on your own time as well. It really depends on your situation! the main problem with art education is that there aren’t that many programs structured specifically around art industry jobs and taught by people with industry experience.
also, in most career tracks having a degree is enough of a qualification to get a job. for example, if you’re in computer science, usually just having a CS degree is enough to at least get you considered for most entry-level positions… you don’t need a long list of programming projects to prove that you know what you’re doing, although I’m sure that is a plus. in art, though, specifically the kind of stuff I do, you can’t just apply to a job without a portfolio and a body of work. A degree really isn’t going to sweeten the deal at all if your portfolio isn’t up to standard—most listings don’t ask you for a degree in the first place!
that’s not to say a degree or school is useless, it’s just not the same one-to-one relationship most people expect in other careers. It can be a great tool, but no matter what you do you are going to have to put in the time on your own. If college is something risky for you financially, you really don’t have to aim for an art degree. take that choice seriously!
if you are interested in doing this professionally and you want to learn, there are plenty of free resources out there for you. also, there are communities of industry experts and people with industry experience who will offer guidance and one-to-one feedback. speaking from my own experience, I’ve done a lot of studying independently, but the mentorship and feedback I got on my first union gig was some of the most important stuff I’ve ever learned. don’t be afraid of letting someone with experience critique your work, I promise anything they say is because they know you have potential and want you to succeed!
thanks again for your question. I really hope this was helpful!

Where did Megatron get the scars on her nose from? Was it from a battle with Optimus?
that’s a good question!
there are two scars, from different times—
the first one is from the only time she spared someone in the gladiator ring,
and the second is from when she did that thing that got her tried by Cybertron’s prime court

For no reason what so ever What kind of clothes would starscream wear?
if we’re talking TD Starscream and not a bishoujo situation, I imagine she’d mostly wear flightsuits and tactical gear—she’s an artillery girl
if she had time to dress for herself though I could see her liking some preppy, gyaru-type stuff
