Based on that one meme that I've seen going around on twitter but with AkiRen and Futaba (OG + one that inspired me). Did I put way too much effort into this? Yes but it's kinda my thing to over-commit to the bit.

More I think on it, I like the transmasc Ren/Akira interpretation. I feel it can explain a lot of his discomfort in his body and the way he wants to present along with how his parents show a lack of care towards him and his wellbeing.

His 'Joker' side being like an ideal masc hero he strives to be, hence his pure euphoria and enjoyment in the metaverse. It also parallels with Akechi in how he struggles with his own body and image of himself. Transmasc Ren just brings me a lot of comfort, so I like the interpretation. It also adds a lot of depth to his struggles with society and his motive as a phantom thief he wishes society rewarded individuality and people like him could be themselves without judgement.

Last night I finished my p5r playthrough so drawing goro receiving love and affection is how I’m choosing to cope (and yes they r t4t here because I Have An Agenda and I must Pass It On)
