I collected some of the works of one of our greatest comrades and warriors:
Transgender Liberation: A Movement Whose Time Has Come
Stone Butch Blues
Transgender Warriors: Making History From Joan Of Arc To Dennis Rodman
Trans Liberation: Beyond Pink Or Blue
Rainbow Solidarity In Defense Of Cuba
Remember, our first duty is to be educated, so arm yourselves with the best information. We have always existed, and we always will. And in each generation, we must remember those who came before us, and become the warriors that ze fought to equip. Stay strong, stay proud, and solidarity forever.

ive been a feminist since before i knew what feminism was, and long before i ever knew what being trans was or that it was an option for me, but back when i was a kid the general idea with feminism that we were pushing was that women can do anything just as well as any man, possibly even better, and should have the equal rights and opportunity to do these things instead of being held back because of their gender or assigned sex at birth. and so much of terf ideology is the idea that men are innately superior to women and therefore women need to be protected from men/"males." any time a trans/intersex woman does anything, there will be terfs breathing down her neck about a "biological advantage." and im gonna be real with you, if youre saying men have an innate biological advantage over women in chess, running, or really any sport or ANYTHING, im not taking your feminism seriously whatsoever

This essay argues that retrieval of the archive of trans women's engagement with women's liberation corrects a historical focus on the virulent trans misogyny that targeted trans women for exclusion from feminist milieus and projects beginning in 1973. This essay follows the arguments for trans exclusion into their contemporary iterations and proposes the archive of trans women's feminist work as a theoretical and political resource for countering trans misogyny.

"""I wasn't taking cis women's suffering seriously, which greatly clouded my judgement and understanding of the term's history and usage"""
as a cis-adjacent woman, i dont even have words for how much i appreciate this! it really means a lot to see people acknowledge when they werent taking other group's issues seriously!
<3 i'm so glad it helped, that's exactly what i wanted. i don't want to be dishonest, and i want to show people that change is a lot easier than we think it is. we all have harmful opinions that we translate to harmful actions (things we say included). we always will. what matters is that we recognize them and change accordingly. we can't change the past and it helps no one pretend it never happened.
also, i'm now realizing that this may be part of why i reject both my transfemininity and transmasculinity. i face so much hurt for being trans and bigender, and i don't take the pain it causes me seriously. i keep feeling like it can't be that serious, that i just need to shut up and leave the talk and deconstruction of suffering to people who have really faced it.
but my pain does matter. and so does yours. all of us who face marginalization, our pain matters. the hate and violence inflicted upon us matters, and we all need to take a serious stand against it, for the sake of us all.

Y'all hate trans men so much because we've created a version of masculinity that is not based in patriarchy. Trans men being born female but still being so masculine actively dismantles sexism.
Trans masculinity is so beautiful ♡ queer masculinity should be celebrated
Too many queers have it in their heads that feminity is peak queerness. That femme means safe and pure.
Trans men don't have to display femininity to be real queers. Let us be masculine and still recognize that we are radically queer.

Protect Queer and Trans Kids ⚡️
Digital art of a queer nonbinary teen with glasses and a beanie wearing a rainbow shirt with their back to us. They have a striped long sleeve on and red pants with a star patch. Text reads, ‘schools should be a safe place for queer and trans kids.’
