🚂 Почему тебе стоит стать железнодорожником? ☝🏽 Ни для никого не секрет, что путь к карьерному успеху очень сложен. И причем никто не гарантирует тебе что ты, даже при условии наличия 5 высших образований, магистерской степенью и знании трех языков сможешь стать топ-менеджером в своей сфере. ☝🏽 Для уверенных карьерных шагов и правда нет мелочей. Вот уже где и правда должны сойтись звезды. Первое с чего стоит начать это здоровье, второе это внешние данные: рост, ровный нос, улыбка и так далее, очень часто нужна «волосатая рука» и конечно удача, куда ж без нее. ☝🏽 Но все меняется, когда ты решил стать железнодорожником. Здесь тебе не важны ни внешние данные, ни современное IT-образование, и связи особо не нужны, а удача к железнодорожнику всегда лицом. Давай рассмотрим реальный алгоритм как стать топом на примере Дирекции управления движением, а именно, стать минимум начальником Центра организации работы железнодорожных станций с заработной платой в 200 000 рублей (статья написана в декабре 2019 года). ☝🏽 Такая заработная плата считается вполне сносной, на которую жить можно и нужно, кроме того можно планировать свое будущее и будущее своих детей, помогать родителям и вообще стать уважаемым человеком в обществе. ☝🏽 Сразу хотим отметить, что это не вымысел, это реальные истории людей, скомпилированные в один алгоритм действий, который при прочих равных рано или поздно приводит к успеху. ☝🏽 Итак, ты из бедной семьи, связей у тебя нет, особые таланты еще не проявились, спортсмен из тебя не получился, да и к наукам как-то не лежит. Ты с горем пополам окончил 9 классов.
