It's kinda funny how two of my AUs have almost the same plot but one of them finds random sword and gets corrupted by it and the other deals with some demon rock from tower heroes

but then again they have experiences in snowy environments and fire, have warm colors on their palettes, have died and were mascots who (eventually down the lore for red) get replaced by someone else so... erm. What the sigma.

coffee shop au where shifty decides to follow the flock of crow (the voices) that frequent her cafe only to discover that they've only been stealing food to feed their big giant bird creature friend (the long quiet) who can't get out of the sewers to forage for himself.

the cafe is cabin in the woods themed and the vessels are shifty's baristas, with the exception of the beast, who is just a little sphinx cat and the cafe mascot. damsel and prisoner are twins and damsel is always getting distracted from her work by smitten, who seranades her to get more bagel chunks. the witch and the adversary jointly like to spit in rude people's coffee. like the beast, the tower is also not a barista but a business woman who frequents the cafe because it's right across from her building.

the whole stealing food from the cabin cafe was the hero's idea. to his chagrin, contrarian likes wandering around everywhere but the cafe, stealing shiny buttons and stray dollar bills. the hunted always ends up fighting the beast for scraps. the cold brings home roadkill. the stubborn is in an ongoing war with the pigeons.

Reasons why I really should give the Enchanted AU another shot:

-Priskep/Confined Minds content. 'Nuff said.

-Contrahero as cute little birds in hats

-Stranger's outfits. I have so many ideas for their outfits and they range from big poofy Southern-Belle dresses to sharp 1920's era suits with matching pocket watches to literally just basing something off of my friend's "goth clown" style to them wearing bright rainbow overalls with a matching cowboy hat. I'm giving them all the genderqueer swag.

-Razor, Adversary, Stubborn, and Opportunist in a band called "The Razorblades," which is technically a punk-metal-adjacent band but it's really just "we can't decide what genre we are so we're just making it up as we go along"

-Spectre and Cold being goth siblings, except Spectre is a whimsigoth academic with anxiety issues who just wants to be able to pay rent and Cold is a mall goth who's never been afraid in his life and spends his time purposefully antagonizing cops

-Tower as a Karen-type lawyer who constantly mentions the fact that her mother is the district attorney of New York City, thank you very much

-Witch and Beast's mother-daughter relationship, which is very cute and very sweet---and there's some humor in the fact that Witch has over a dozen plants, all with names and varying levels of toxicity (some of them are carnivorous), and Beast really really really wants a cat

-Witch and Opportunist's bickering-cousin relationship, which has some slight angst to it because Witch didn't know that Opportunist existed until five years ago

-Smitten having a non-binary and queer awakening and slowly learning to let go of the white-knight ideal that they were clinging to while still being their dashing self

-Damsel's queer awakening and self-actualization journey

-Sleeping Briars content (seriously these two fairytale girls are my Roman Empire)

-The songs. Always the songs. I'm not just talking about Damsel singing "That's How You Know," I'm talking about literally getting to write songs for the Razorblades.

Nervous fingers gently drum against the counter as she stares at the door to the pizza shop with a sense of unease and impatience. Today was the day. The day Harper and Peppino met. Something she agreed to.

Now despite Phiona painting herself a soldier of love and justice, she's still, at the end of the day, a teenage girl. And, teenage girls tend to look at the love of their lives through rose-tinted glasses. So, while she painted a picture that her beloved Harper was perfect in every way and the soul of her soul, her darling adoptive father was... a little less than convinced. She understood why. Her mothers were much the same, being overprotective of their precious baby girl... Even so, if Harper can win over the elusive fire bard and the patron saint of winter itself, then maybe it could go well with Peppino... she hopes.

HERO AU — cracked treated seriously

✧.* — Tommy does not want to be a hero, he never has, actually. What he wants to be able to go to school and do normal things, but he can’t due to his own powers — sight.

✧.* — Tommy can get a sense of the future, an idea of what a possible outcome could be if the hero’s acted a certain way, or he could get a vague idea of villain plans, making him very valuable to the hero’s.

✧.* — Tommy has been in the hero society sense he was ten, and now fifteen, he truly just.. doesn’t care anymore, using his power is draining, and he’s just kind of.. bored.

✧.* — It’s no wonder he starts selling hero information to the syndicate. No surprise he starts to bond with them.

✧.* — Maybe it was out of spite, or to rebel, he doesn’t truly know himself — but Angel always seemed nicer than Dream anyway.

✧.* — He kind of ping-pongs between sharing hero info for the villains, and sharing villain info to the hero’s— he feels bad, just a little bit at sharing the hero’s plans, but he can’t help but be giddy that he gets to have secrets of his own.

✧.* — [something big happens] — Tommy feels guilty for betraying the hero’s, even if he was also selling out villain info to them — one of the hero’s major plans backfire, and everyone is panicking that there’s a traitor in the tower.

✧.* — Tommy pulls Dream aside and says he’s the traitor — Dream says something like this — “No you’re not, Tommy, you’re too valuable to be a traitor.” Maybe it’s a warning to shut his mouth, maybe it’s because Dream doesn’t think that Tommy is serious enough to betray them like that.

✧.* — Tommy just kinda goes.. oh, so the top hero is just dumb, and kinda just shrugs and gives all their info to the syndicate 4 giggles to try and get Dream to take him seriously.

SIDE NOTES :

— Tommy is not taking his hero job seriously after a while 😭😭 starts sprouting oracle statements towards the hero’s and they’re all like “WDYM” and he just giggles telling them to find out

— Tommy also just likes gossip in general, so during one of his ‘meetings’ with the syndicate he’s explaining the deep, weird love triangle between Watcher, Pyro, and Tyche [ Karl, Sapnap, and Quackity ] — and Blade just kinda goes “no— kid, we want hero plans,” like all amused and fond. Idk side plot of syndicate slowing adopting Tommy?

— I think Tommy’s name would be Hermes in this, or Apollo — and he would maybe be an avian + sneaking out through the hero tower windows to go meet with some of the villains to share info, but than would turn back and go to the hero’s to trade info again. He’s kinda gambling here lowkey whichever side figures out I’m betraying them first wins!!! 🥳🥳🥳

— however the syndicate .. kinda know? But I think they wouldn’t care as much as they should, the kids clearly young, they just didn’t except him to be 15 years old young

i dunno if i should call this a headcannon or what but i thought what if under the whole popstar idol guise, mirai is secretly losing herself?? like she doesn't know whether she's 'idol mirai' or 'herself' and struggles with finding herself to the point where she cant enjoy her idol life anymore and then her health slowly declines from that and then her staff or agency or something notices and send her off for a hiatus... yeah
