Specific washing instructions : Tea towels

For best results, we recommend the following care instructions:

Unfold your linens completely before washing.

Do not overload the machine.

Wash your linens at max. 60°C - 140°F.

Use a mild soap. Avoid chlorine bleach.

If possible, line dry, it’s best for linen and the environment.

If using a tumbler, dry on medium heat, do not over dry.

Iron with steam on slightly damp linen (best the inside of the fabric).

SO Sunday, I wanted to get to the marathon on 1st ave so I opted for @y7studio #uppereastside - it's #hotyoga in the dark - you'll sweat yes, but you'll also fall. There's a couple candles but all in all, I couldn't see the front of my mat, nor 2 feet in front of me to the wall. #zerodrishti . It's #vinyasa , so you move. And its got not your typical #sunsalutation - series of creative #vinyasas that at first you do once slow and then the music is turned up to deafening and you do the flow on your own. it's set to #hiphop music, which it turns out is #justintimberlake - and it's very very loud. And then, it gets louder. (5/10) instructor - Megan - she knew her stuff, I'll give her that, but she sounded like a robot like everything was memorized. Perfect 'yoga voice' ... but I prefer personality ... and I was front row, and don't think she came near me / the front. Her voice Sounded miles away. (5/10). Instructor giving individual attention - Zero comments on form or on any students at all - likely because she couldn't see anyone (0/10). Showers - 3 individual rooms off the locker room (6/10) blowdryers - just one - ehh #wethairday (4/10), water - cooler (7/10) location - #eastside - and all over the city (8/10), atmosphere - everyone is doing their own thing because no one remembers the 15 step vinyasa (5/10), facilities – main floor is check in and locker room (combined) with 2 bathrooms, 3 showers, and 2 changing rooms - it works (7/10), products - ok this they had - face wash wipes, dry shampoo, razors, everything you'd need (10/10) towels - #towelsforants (5/10), entrance - there's a big desk, but no place to sit .... just clothes they are selling - some benches in the locker room (6/10) - other - there's no windows, I've never smelled a smell so bad before. Saturday January 12/19- Walking 🚶🏼 Day!

Peter took Lucy for her walk this a.m. at 8:25 a.m. I think he will go for a small run when he brings Lucy back to the bus 🚌! The weather was very wet thru the night and says maybe 40% chance Of Rain ☔️ today? The sky is trying to brighten up and be nice we’ll see how the day goes! The week ahead has very mixed weather, with rain ☔️ at times ! Tomorrow cloudy☁️! Rain ☔️ off and on next week for a few days!! Not so far anyway! We did go to Target for Oven Mitts but , none! We both went into Walmart and I got 2x softeners andpeter bought 1x Oven Mitt ! We are back at the bus 🚌 now at 10:00 a.m. we have no other particular plans for today! We did go to Mission Valley and to the Home Goods and bought 2x Bath 🛀 Towelsfor 21:00 dollars and then back to the par k and to the 🚌! At about 2:00 p.m. a;d now at the bus 🚌 for the rest of the day the weatherman changed and out came blue sky with wispy clouds ⛅️ and the sun ☀️ is drying thingup!we are home noe for the rest of the day and evening now.

The #christmasburn review of @rumble_boxing - its your #boxing version of every top #Fitnessstudio out there - you'll #Sweat and be motivated and told you are becoming the strongest version of yourself (its true) while in a room with loud music + black lights - You'll #Burn and #Workout pretty intensely, thats for sure. It’s the #barrysbootcamp of boxing - with sequences on the famous tear drop bags for 1/2 the class and floor weights for the other (7/10). I did a double - Instructor - @noahdneiman & @timandersonfitness - constantly moving around the room, counting down. Repeating the sequence. Changing up the sequence. On their game so you don’t have a choice but to be on yours. (10/10). Instructor giving individual attention - This is where I have some problems… there was none. I know its a big room, but my #hook, its too wide and no one was telling me. first class with 60 people, second class maybe 15 - still no feedback (2/10). Atmosphere - #FitFam everyone is into it. Impossible not to be. (10/10). Showers - In the locker room, a bunch of individual showers (8/10) Blowdryers - @turbopowerinc #twinTurbo - and a bunch of them (10/10), location - #Noho or #chelsea (9/10) facilities - Check in + class on first floor , bottom floor with benches and lockers + separate locker rooms with bathrooms / showers (8/10) Towels - #towelsforants (5/10), others - stations in the bathroom stocked with everything - razors dry shampoo, moisturizer, deodorant, all in all - Sweaty, yes, great workout, yes. Great studio, also yes - but at this point in my #fitnessjourney I’m looking for more than sweat, at least when it comes to boxing - I’m looking to be told to keep my hook more contained. In my usual #holidayeve #tradition of getting out of work early + the gym only has usual evening classes - I splurge and find a studio with 4pm class ... but splurge no more! @bricknewyork ... it has #free first class!! So my review of the #bx class ... it’s a mix btwn #hiit and #crossfit and if you know me, you know I’m terrified of anything CrossFit, but I’m aware I need to focus on #strengthtraining so I was happy to give this a shot ... and glad I did because it wasn’t intimidating at all - and naturally I sweat, because I always do, and I learnt quite a bit on form (and dropped a #dumbbell on my finger when I was instructed to use them instead of the #barbell Bc it was too heavy for me #fail )- 9/10 ! - instructor @dellpolanco - this guy was good. He spotted me across the room terrified of #kettlebells and came to help - constantly reminded how much time is left + always moving (10/10), instructor giving individual attention - yes yes yes. Tons of corrections, modifications and then came back on your next round to make sure you were following ... and didn’t revert to habit (10/10), showers - yes! A few, in large bathrooms with wood floor panels and room to change, etc. I’ve got mixed feelings on this because if they are used, that means bathrooms and changing space is used too (7/10), blowdryers - I honestly don’t remember them ... that’s not a good sign (6/20), water - bottle filler (10/10), location - #grandcentral also #chelsea (10/10), atmosphere - #fitfam everyone was into it, even newbies (8/10), facilities - entry on main floor, 2 big rooms downstairs for classes, 1 room open CrossFit + Big center area for stretching + bleachers, locker room + restroom upstairs (didn’t check those (8/10), stuff - bathrooms stocked - razors, tampons, spray antiperspirant (8/10), towels - #towelsforants (6/10), entrance - small, no seating (6/10) - all in all - exposure to CrossFit in a small group setting + help w/ form - Ie, I’m looking at package prices now ... #crossfitgirls #weights #bricknewyork #fitfamny #classpass #workout #fitspiration #rowingmachine #beginnercrossfitter #beginnercrossfit #fitgirlsguide #gymspiration #gymlife #givemeals (at BRICK Grand Central)

A late post…but a necessary one as its legit + the best @Crunch has - #BattleRopes @crunchgym – its a #Circuit class - you rotate in groups of 3–4 doing #Drills of #Burpees #Pushups #Leapfrogs #Highknees #Skaters #JumpSquats #Wallsits #Lunges + others for 1 min + being on the #Ropes – combo of variety of creative rope drills + cardio drills = #Intense - you sweat a ton and arms hurt in all sorts of new and happy ways (9/10) instructor - @justinflexen - 'check it out' - He’s amazing. Constantly moving + Constantly motivating + Constantly reminding how much time is left (10/10), instructors giving explanations + individual attention + corrections to form - yup! Everything from correct hand placement on ropes + right way to do drills (9/10) showers - they've got a bunch + wood planks on the ground (8/10) blowdryers - 2 @sedubeauty (8/10), water - fountain (7/10) location - #chelsea (8/10), atmosphere - everyone is into the workout, not super interactive though #fitfam (8/10), facilities – it's a gym, nothing they don't have! 3 floors - first has cardio machines and stretching, second has weights + more cardio, downstairs - spin room and showers / lockers (8/10) towels - #towelsforants (6/10) entrance - They've got couches and swivel chairs (8/10) stuff - @bliss_spa products (7/10), all in all - it pays for your crunch membership easily. This AM @overthrownewyork 'underground boxing' a #boxing class - first #shadowboxing then partners then bags - you sweat a ton, it is fun to #punch people, but ultimately you have zero idea what you're doing most of the time (5/10) instructor - constantly moving + talking but that's it (6/10), instructors actually explaining things giving you individual attention - #fail here - combos super complicated -he said them pretty quick, when I asked him to repeat he did the combo on the bag as fast as he could - not even saying it out loud - no corrections to form (4/10) showers - they've got 2, and maybe combined they can fit one human (6/10) blowdryers - #revlon enough said ... #wethairday (5/10), water - nope! (0/10) location - #noho (8/10), atmosphere - everyone is doing the workout but A huge portion not following what's being taught (not their fault at all) #fitfam (7/10), facilities - ok so it's #nyc not much space - check in desk overlooks boxing ring + bags + kettle bells, downstairs - dark dirty dungeon for class - upstairs - showers / lockers - each floor has a couple rows of broken old school lockers + cubbies - most don't have a way to close - oh and you sweat a ton in class, but perhaps it's Bc you're in a non-air conditioned basement? invest in a ceiling fan? (5/10) towels - #towelsforants - mini ants (5/10), entrance - Not exactly (5/10) stuff - ok points here. @malinandgoetz soaps , but thats it (7/10), roaches - they've got those too! I get it, it's nyc, but the entire decor is to look old and dirty and well, you've succeeded so much the place is infested with bugs. Gross. The paint is even all over the place. Everything about this place screams ew. He could have taken a nap the rest of the class and still I'd give him an award (10/10) showers - they've got a bunch - with glass doors low enough for towels!
