It's so crazy to me that some people can't deal with ongoing inconveniences. Like at work one of the microwaves don't run perfectly. You have to push on the handle for a few seconds after you hit start or i will die. It's like just a few literal seconds. Then you can take you hand off and it's fine. I do work with family (family all farm kids at our core) and someone will tell the manager (my cousin) about this and he'll explain how it still works but it takes a little more effortthen hittingthe button. And someone who is not family will still want it replaced or will only use the other microwave, even if they have to wait to heat up food and then don't have much time to eat it at lunch.

I was in a sort of culture shock when I learned this. For me dealing with little quirks is normal. Like where I grew up you threw out or replaced at last resort. Even if you could afford to replace something.

I get wanting to live/work in a nice place/good and safe environment and understanding self value so you don't deal with shit if you shouldn't have to. I also get you need to voice your needs.

For another example say a door has to be closed in a certain way. Like it has to be held up slightly as you close it to latch correctly.

I don't give a shit about that inconvenience. It doesn't bother me in the slightest. But some people can't deal with it.

I did notice this was always the "city kids". I'm not trying to stereo type or anything. It's just what I noticed. And us "farm kids" are fine with it. And it's not that many people either.

I guess another way of putting it is some people have to be comfortable in every essence of the word to work. And I have a hard time wrapping my brain around it. I mean good for you if this is you! I see why this is a good thing. It may be a healed trama thing.

I know I'm posting stuff like this alot but some people I'm interacted with online in the past were like this. And I'm figuring out now how to explain some things. And to prove some things they called a trama reasponce were not. Like yeah some aspects at the core may have been related to trama.

The #christmasburn review of @rumble_boxing - its your #boxing version of every top #Fitnessstudio out there - you'll #Sweat and be motivated and told you are becoming the strongest version of yourself (its true) while in a room with loud music + black lights - You'll #Burn and #Workout pretty intensely, thats for sure. It’s the #barrysbootcamp of boxing - with sequences on the famous tear drop bags for 1/2 the class and floor weights for the other (7/10). I did a double - Instructor - @noahdneiman & @timandersonfitness - constantly moving around the room, counting down. Repeating the sequence. Changing up the sequence. On their game so you don’t have a choice but to be on yours. (10/10). Instructor giving individual attention - This is where I have some problems… there was none. I know its a big room, but my #hook, its too wide and no one was telling me. first class with 60 people, second class maybe 15 - still no feedback (2/10). Atmosphere - #FitFam everyone is into it. Impossible not to be. (10/10). Showers - In the locker room, a bunch of individual showers (8/10) Blowdryers - @turbopowerinc #twinTurbo - and a bunch of them (10/10), location - #Noho or #chelsea (9/10) facilities - Check in + class on first floor , bottom floor with benches and lockers + separate locker rooms with bathrooms / showers (8/10) Towels - #towelsforants (5/10), others - stations in the bathroom stocked with everything - razors dry shampoo, moisturizer, deodorant, all in all - Sweaty, yes, great workout, yes. Great studio, also yes - but at this point in my #fitnessjourney I’m looking for more than sweat, at least when it comes to boxing - I’m looking to be told to keep my hook more contained.
