Synopsis (english) :

While she thinks she is enjoying a perfect life at Zeus' side, a young nymph named Ingenue falls from Olympus. Under the thick cloud layers, she discovers a gigantic city where women are confined to a very special fate. Refusing to submit to this established order, she seeks a way to come back to Zeus. On her way up she will have no choice but to confront a whole Pantheon of Gods and thus lead the city towards revolution.

Synopsis (français) :

Alors qu'elle pense jouir d'une vie parfaite aux côtés de son amour, Zeus, une jeune nymphe nommée Ingénue tombe de l'Olympe. Sous les nuages, elle découvre alors une gigantesque ville qui réserve un sort tout particulier aux femmes. Cherchant à retrouver Zeus et refusant de se soumettre à cet ordre établi, elle n'aura pas d'autre choix que de faire face à tout un Panthéon de Dieux et de mener ainsi la cité vers la révolution.

Il n’y a aucun doute, Chattologie est un one-woman show drôle et fin! On y apprend qu’en matière de règles il n’y a qu’une règle valable : « Ça dépend! ». La mise en scène sobre de Karim Tougui propose un tableau sur lequel défile un PowerPoint qui illustre le texte. Klaire met un coup de pied aux vielles idées reçues sur les règles : de l’impossibilité de faire de la mayonnaise ou des sushis par exemple. Elle nous donne de nouvelles armes comme l’expression « bois mes règles », version féministe et élégante de « va te faire foutre ». Le zizi a sa chanson, la chatte a désormais son seule-en-scène.

Âmes sensibles ne pas s’abstenir

Lorsque Louise Mey, auteure du texte, lui propose de porter ce spectacle-conférence, Klaire est d’abord sur la réserve : « Mais lorsque j’ai lu le texte je me suis aperçue que ça n’existait pas et je trouve important de parler de ce sujet pour le démocratiser et le démystifier ». Le thème semble tabou mais la touche humoristique sert à ramener le plus grand nombre à venir voir ce spectacle aux vertus pédagogiques.

Elle veut mettre sa pierre à l’édifice de l’égalité bite-chatte. « On a tous un jour dessiné une bite sur un cahier et on commence à peine à se dire que ce serait bien de dessiner une vulve. » L’affiche du spectacle aide à cette représentation : d’une efficacité redoutable, simple et parfaitement compréhensible, une manière de mettre au centre le sexe féminin. « On ne s’intéresse aux organes génitaux de la femme que pour aborder la reproduction. Par exemple le dessin utilisé dans le spectacle représente le clitoris, il vient d’un livre scolaire et il a fallu attendre 2017 pour ça. »

Vers un renouveau du féminisme?

Klaire assume son engagement féministe et le revendique : « J’espère que le spectacle va contribuer à faire du féminisme quelque chose de positif, qui ne fait pas peur. Un combat dont tout le monde s’empare ». Au fil des représentations, les hommes fleurissent dans le public, pas encore de parité mais cela montre que les mentalités évoluent.
