Other people using a microlabel doesn't undermine your experience

Other people using an alternate label doesn't undermine your experience

They're not insulting you, telling you that your label is wrong, or claiming the label you use is somehow dirty.

Lesbian is inclusive of nonbinary people. Trixic is still a valid label for nonbinary people who want to emphasize they are not women and/or are not comfortable being called lesbians. It does not invalidate nonbinary lesbians. Trixic and lesbian can be used together or someone may choose to only identify as one or the other. They do not invalidate each other

Same goes for Vincian/Veldian/Turian/Cinthean/other equivalents. I'm gonna say veldian because it sounds nicest. Veldian js inclusive of nonbinary people. Toric is still a valid label for nonbinary people that want to emphasize they are not men. It doesn't invalidate nonbinary veldians and it may or may not be used in combination with veldian.

This also goes for faunic and floric. Faunic and floric are valid terms. They do not invalidate lesbian and veldian. Both lesbian and veldian have wlw and mlm connotations even if they're not strictly limited to those people, and it's okay to want a term without those connotations. It's okay to use faunic and lesbian or floric and veldian if you wanna specify your attraction is broader than the wlw or mlm relationships commonly associated with those labels

Being a full-moon springtide lunian/bi lesbian/omni lesbian or a summertime solian/bi veldian/omni veldian does not invalidate lesbians and veldians who are also technically mspec but would rather just identify as lesbians or veldians. I wanna be specific about the genders I'm attracted to being inherently mspec even without including both binary genders. You don't have to. I'm not forcing you to.

Being a lilaean or violaen also doesn't invalidate strictly wlw or mlm lesbians or veldians that don't use the microlabels. They're just being specific about their attraction because they want to.

If you don't wanna use a microlabel, don't. Stop trying to tell others we should just call ourselves lesbians or veldians because we're a lot more than that.

I love the Girros and especially enjoy the Great Girros, and while fighting the Great Girros, I realized that it was in the perfect place for and decided to write a story for it

Miazuma POV.

I lie on the cold stone floor while holding my little friends near me,Gia,Ganna,Toric,Maldrick,Venera,Maxu,and Teruza.My little Girros pals are snuggling up to me for warmth before I hear someone gasping outside and Venera wakes up with a big stretch and yawn as she stands up and mutters"Probably a hurt animal,I'll go put it out of its misery and then you can get a snack Miazuma"and I happily smile and say"Thanks,Venera"before she walks out and I hear a loud gasp and hear her yell'Um,Miazuma,I don't think you can eat this"So I confusedly say"What,why,is it sick because I can eat sick things"As the the others get up and she yells back"Not exactly"So I stand up and walk out the mouth of the cave to see what's wrong and notice her standing over something so I look past her and see a small,weak looking human trying to shoo her off while laying on the ground with ragged breaths.My eyes widen and I lean down and grab the back of his shirt and pull him into my cave and out of the effluvium and into the sorta fresh air.The others run over and Gia softly asks"Is he......?"I shake my head and say"He's alive,but I wouldn't say that he's okay"With a slightly sad tone.He groans in pain before slowly sitting up and coughing his lungs out while Gia and Maxu help him move over to a rock sticking out of the a bit off of the floor.He softly says"T-thanks,Don't worry,I'll be out once I get all this crap outta my lungs"I shake my head with a worried growl before walking to the mouth of the cave and begin to cover it with vines and return to my sleeping spot while Ganna,Toric,Maldrick,and Teruza return to me and I see Gia and Maxu struggling to stop the human from leaving while Venera is attempting to push him towards me and I smell that he's not quite full grown and is likely only eleven or twelve years old.

Ochan POV.

The smaller Girros try pushing me towards the bigger one,but I don't understand why their helping me.I finally relinquish and let them push me over while the main two pushing me and the one who found me lays on my lap and the Great Girros wraps around us and begins falling asleep while all the other Girros fall asleep around me so I wait about an hour before I carefully push the Girros off my lap and stand up.I walk over the the rock that they set me on earlier and reach into my bag,pulling out a long bandage and begin wrapping it around my face to try and resist the noxious gas around the rotten vale and take a deep breath before approaching the vine door and push it open when suddenly,I'm pulled off my feet and turn to see the great Girros has grabbed me with his tail so I shake my head and say"I have to go,thank you for the help though"He shakes his head and places me back against his stomach.I sigh and attempt to get out again as his tail pushes me back into the position between the two Girros who helped me inside.I sigh and ask"You aren't gonna let me leave,are you?"He shakes his head, and I groan before pulling my bag while digging through it and pulling the bandage off my face and tucking it into the bag before pulling a bag of beef jerky out and offer him a handful of it,which he seems interested in and happily accepts.

Miazuma POV.

This little human isn't the brightest, but he is very persistent and has some delicious food.I pull my tail onto his lap to make sure he can't leave and settle down to sleep.After a good night's rest I wake up to the sound of my little friends laughing and playing quietly.I stand up and stretch deeply before looking down and seeing Gia,Ganna,Toric,Maldrick,Venera,Maxu,and Teruza all laying infront of me as Toric gives me a sharp grin before saying"Come on Miazuma,don't tell me you forgot what today is"My tail begins rapidly wagging as I begin getting really excited when I finally remember,today they promised to let me hold them in my pouch.I open my mouth and take Gia,Maldrick,and Teruza in all in one mouthful,I care fully lick them all over and and swallow them down.Gia playfully jabs my in the side of my pouch as I gather Ganna,Toric,Venera,and Maxu into my maw,licking them all over and gently swallowing.I happily hold my slightly bulging stomach and hear a slightly panicked gasp so I turn and see the human quickly wrapping the bandage over his lower face before saying hurriedly"Well,I think it's time for me to go,thanks again"and pushing the vines out of his way.I cock my head in confusion which slowly turns into horror as I realize what he thinks I just did.I run out after him and see him attempting to climb up one of the tendrils into a den where I know an aggressive Radobaan resides.Swifly I leap up and catch the human halfway in my mouth as he begins panicking and struggling against me.I wasn't planning on swallowing him but as he struggles I feel a flare of protectiveness shoot through me so I quickly pull him in and begin quickly swallowing.He arrives in my pouch with the rest of them where he begins struggling and I hear my pack unhappily groaning as their woken up but after a minute I feel him calm down as Gia and Maxu cuddle up to him.

Ochan POV.

I slowly calm down as I realize that the Girros are all alive here and the two one who have been helping me lay on me to have me stop moving.I take a few deep breaths before feeling him stand and move somewhere.The combination of my exhaustion from my escape attempt and the warmth of the stomach as well as the weight from the other Girros slowly places into a deep sleep.Hours later my eyes slowly crack open as bright light assaults my eyes and I look around to realize that I'm in the some human village with multiple weights on my and laying on something slick and warm.I groan and sit up before seeing someone coming near me so I automatically get into a defensive position as a man with a large mizutsune behind stops infront of me and holds out a water bottle and sandwich before saying"Here,drink and eat,you dehydrate easily when you're in their pouches"I mutter"Thanks"And crack the water bottle open as the cold liquid graces my tongue.I chug the bottle down and eat the sandwich in two bites.He pats me on the shoulder and says"You're pretty lucky,most don't survive the Rotten Vale,feel grateful that Miazuma and his pack helped you out"I nod and say"Yeah,I almost died out there,they saved my life"I stand up and look through my slightly damp satchel before pulling out the bandages and wrap them around my face and begin walking away when I hear a distressed growl and turn to see Miazuma looking very upset as I confusedly ask"Whats wrong bud?"The man from earlier realizes the lack of information I have and says."Oh,he stored you, so now he considers you a part of his pack, He thinks you're abandoning him,"I mentally smack myself,I quickly correct. "Im just going to stretch my legs, bud,I'll be back in a few minutes,"he nods before waking up one of the Girros and chattering to her before she walks up to my side and walks with me.This monster seems very clingy but I guess being alive in a clingy home is better than being dead without one.I wipe my face and come to a realization"I'm probably gonna wind up as a meal a lot more from now on,and I guess I'm fine with that"I think to myself.

Rolling Up the Partition II

The film Dharamputra directed by Yash Chopra while attempting to ramify the Indo-Pak Partition and address religious bigotry, it paints a false picture and puts Muslims into a stereotypical box while idealizing the Hindu faith. This is supported by Sony Jalarajan Raj's and Adith K. Suresh's article titled Reframing Islam in Bollywood Cinema: A Study on the Construction of the Islamic Identity in Indian Cinema in which they state "It argues that whenever the corporeality of Indian Muslims is expressed through such forms, they get incorporated into the existing historic-geographical narratives, fictiona- lized as ideal stereotypes, normalized to fit into a particular political or ideological view, and finally get solidified into a set of polarized collective identities" (Raj and Suresh 357). A false sense of perfect religious harmony is shown in the musical number Chahe Yeh Mano Chahe Woh Mano which roughly translates to Believe it Or Not. In the number, Muslims and Hindus are shown in perfect harmony acknowledging each others religious and respecting them.

This number and the whole film assumes cooperation of the two religions as they face British rule without addressing the history of the Indo-Pak partition and the true characteristics of the religions themselves and how they could relate to the character development but they do stereotype the religions. Muslims are almost always seen in black while Hindus are seen in white, performing noble deeds and occupying positions of power like Nawab in his death.

As Engaging Cinema by Bill Nichols addresses "How do films respond to or represent both an his­ torical period-if they are set in the past-and the time of their own making-whether set in the past or not?" (164) A film with serious historical and societal implications must address them accurately and Dharamputra does not because of the stereotyping of the Muslim religion and the failure to acknowledge intricacies of the deep set conflicts between the two religions. The film is at times blanketed with an us and them narrative when there is so much more involved. Other times it's in denial of conflict. Neither are desirable for portraying historical conflict in the wake of a partition.

Hermes Conrad is an omni straight, omniflux man with OCD and anxiety.

Their son is Dwight Conrad, who is a trans boy that is gay and questioning his romantic orientation. He is best friends with Hubert's son, Cubert, who is a pansexual boy.

Hubert is close friends with John F. Zoidberg, an abrosexual, omnipan, straight, AMAB, transmasc Decapodian that is autistic and has OCD, depression and ADHD. 

Calculon is a heteroflexible, quoiflux, bifluid manbot that is neurodivergent.

Linda van Schoonhoven is a butch-femme, trans lesboy that uses she/xi/he and is autistic with depression. Xi is friends with Morbo, an aroace, bi turian, aplatonic alien with bipolar disorder. 

Randy Munchnik is a femme, trans gay man with autism.

Hubert's rival, Professor Ogden Wernstrom, is a polysexual man with synthesia.

Hurbert ex-lover, Carol Miller who also goes by "Mom," is a frayromantic, asexual woman with NPD and bipolar disorder. Her eldest son, Walt, is trans and gay. Yivo is an agender, genderless, abrosexual, polyamorous being. Shklee's sexuality is fluid between omnipan, omnisexual, pansexual, omniflux, panflux, pan gaybian, omni gaybian, mesque, and violenatian. Yivo's pronouns are shklee/shkler.

Roberto is a demiboy, masculine, demisexual, trans manbot who is gay and uses he/it. Roberto has psychosis, is schizospec, PTSD, autistic and has ADHD. 

The Donbot is a mafiacoric, libramasculine straight manbot. 

The Donbot's wife, Fanny, is a sex-ambivert, high femme, asexual heteroromantic fembot. 

Their daughter, Bella, is a nonbinary, femme, dyke, straightbian, lesboy who uses feminine and neutral pronouns.

Warriors Ship Hypokits- AlderPuddleVelvet Edition

This AU is a continuation from the JayFox one, where the Medicine Cat position is mostly passed hereditarily. Jayfeather’s daughter Bluebellsong made Alderpaw her successor because she didn't have any kits of her own and he showed interest in the position. As an adult, Alderheart fell in love with both the ShadowClan Medicine Cat Puddleshine and the kittypet Velvet (who chooses to join ThunderClan here and is named Velvetfur). They communicate instead of just dancing around their feelings and get together to the celebration of their families and Clanmates. 

They have four kits together, carried by Velvetfur:

Dandelionshadow- fluffy pale-ginger-and-white molly with amber eyes. Trans molly, lesbian. Named after Alderheart’s deceased sister Dandelionkit. Dandelionshadow was Alderheart’s chosen successor and stayed in ThunderClan with her sibling Birchpad. Dandelionshadow is a kind and gentle cat who does her best to care for all the cats who may need her help. She is very good at her job as Medicine Cat but doesn't really feel any attachment to her Clan. She believes that to be the ideal healer, one must not have ties with any cat (she would 100% support the MedCats Can’t Have Mates or Kits rule in canon). She is well-respected, but her strange beliefs and mannerisms are off-putting at times. As stated above, she is a Medicine Cat.

Juniperstripe- brown-and-white tabby tom with blue eyes. Trans tom, gay. Named after Alderheart’s deceased brother Juniperkit. Juniperstripe and his sister Lionthunder moved to ShadowClan as apprentices. Juniperstripe enjoys ShadowClan life and doesn't miss much about ThunderClan except his family there. He enjoys the darkness and can move very quietly and stealthily. He likes using his abilities for pranks and practical jokes and is a general menace. He prefers being alone for the most part, but makes sure to spend time with his loved ones sometimes. He is a Night-Stalker.

Lionthunder- light gray molly with blue eyes. Cis molly, bisexual. Named after Puddleshine’s deceased sister Lioneye. Lionthunder was Puddleshine’s choice as his successor and moved to ShadowClan permanently as an apprentice to learn from her other father. Lionthunder likes being a Medicine Cat well enough but sometimes wishes that she was a warrior so she could fight. She enjoys talking to her patients and listening to all the stories they have to tell her (especially battle stories). She doesn't stand for fools or those who don't follow proper treatment regimens after they leave her den. She adores all her siblings and tries to keep in contact with the two that live in ThunderClan. As stated above, she is a Medicine Cat but eventually multiclasses into being a Battle Medic.

Birchpad- gray-and-brown tolly with amber eyes. AMAB genderfaun, toric (nblm). He uses he/him pronouns. Named after Puddleshine’s deceased brother Birchbark. Birchpad and his sister Dandelionshadow remained in ThunderClan with their parents Velvetfur and Alderheart. Birchpad deeply misses his siblings in ShadowClan and debates moving there a lot. He is a deeply emotional cat who cares a bit too much at times. He gets lonely easily and prefers to be in the company of other cats that he can talk to. He wanted to be a Medicine Cat when he was an apprentice, but soon realized that he wasn't cut out for the position. Surprisingly for his crybaby nature, he took it pretty well all things considered. He is a Warden.
