Matsukawa Issei definitely sits around looking at instagram posts with you, rating any and everyone.

"Hey stink, what do ya think about her?" He asks waiting for you to lift your head from your phone.

When you do, you're met with a picture of an elderly woman. "Bro... I am not rating somebody's grandma." You push his phone out of your face and he snorts out a laugh.

"I will, she's a ten in my book." A lazy smirk coats his lips and you smack him lightly.

"You're so annoying."

"You love it." He kisses your cheek.

Miya Atsumu will give you kisses to try and gain your attention. He's lonely without your eyes on him.

He goes for your neck this time, placing a small peck on it. When he realizes you haven't stopped looking at your textbook he tries again. Your faux blond boyfriend goes for a kiss on your jaw.

"Hm?" You finally respond.

"Look at me :((("

His pout turns upward when your cute fingers slowly close the big green textbook to give him your full attention.

"I'm looking."

"Good." His smile is so pretty. Sometimes it's hard to believe you're dating him.

Anytime you text Iwaizumi Hajime that you'll be joining him at the gym he'll use heavier weights to impress you.

"Wow Haji, are you sure that isn't heavy?" You ask watching him lift a sixty-five pound dumbbell in one hand. (idk how much guys like iwa usually lift in one hand so spare me) (i don't lift more than 25 lbs in my normal workouts 😭)

"You don't have to impress me, baby. You're already impressive as is." He sighs in relief, dropping the dumbbell to the ground.

"I don't know who I thought I was fooling." He smiles at you.

Tendou Satori is always humming/singing a song you're thinking about.

"Tori! I was just thinking about that." He hears you gasp in shock and excitement. A cat-like smile expands on his face.

"Damn, I think we have couple telepathy." You'd never heard of that but it sound like Satori to make something like that up.

"Babe, I don't think that's a real thing."

"I made it up right now :D" How could you crush his spirit when he's so cute?

"Okay! Guess what I'm thinking!"

Last but not least, Kageyama Tobio sucks at card games because he's so easy to read.

He thinks he has the upper hand in Uno, but little does he know the mirror he's sitting in front of shows off his cards and you can see the wild card he has.

I mean, it was already obvious by the way he was smirking in a triumphant way. A proud huff escaping his lips.

So you decide to knock him down a few pegs and place your yellow skip down, his face immediately sours and he grunts.

kg's notes - i just wanted to make something that was cute, fun, and overall a new layout of how I would present my headcanons. so here are the Cobra Kai characters sharing their favourite sweets with you, because they love you!

Demetri Alexopoulos - he would really love to share a Whatchamacallit or Cherry airhead with you and tear off small pieces and feed them to you. he goes from doing that to having it in his mouth to 'feed' you like that when you know the truth is he wants a kiss from you which you happily accept with chocolate on your face from the Whatchamacallit.

Miguel Diaz - he would love lots of Spanish candy and would tend to bring you back a lot of it, especially since he makes frequent trips to Mexico to visit family. the different varieties and textures make you both excited (and nervous) to try them and he'll make sure to take note of which candies you prefer so the two of you can enjoy them together, even if some of them aren't in his personal preferences but he likes seeing you happy.

Robby Keene - he's definitely spicier than anything actually sweet, but he tries to get something not so spicy for you to try, which makes you scoff and say you could handle it. he looks at you funny knowing that you're either lying to him or telling him the truth, either way he's intrigued about how motivated you are to try his "spicy" candies. if he doesn't eat candy he shares the corn nuts with you and you say the ranch flavor is your favourite.

Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz - he's the type who really appreciates sour candy and if you don't like it he's willing to share his dark chocolate with you. he wasn't raised eating candy, so you two would share a slice of fruit like: watermelon, apple, orange, or whatever kind he has in his pantry the moment. you actually started his love of chocolate (he would never admit this to your face but he would tell Demetri and Anthony) after telling him to get you some during your period since it helped you with the cramps, even though he retorted with a banana when you asked for the chocolate.

Anthony LaRusso - he would get the little variety packs like Kit Kats, Buenos, or anything chocolate related. he's not a big fan of regular-sized or larger chocolate (like King-size Hershey bars), since it now makes him uncomfortable to eat so much chocolate again. he would unwrap it and feed it to you instead of allowing you to make it yourself, although he would only allow you to take a couple of pieces of chocolate before hiding it in his room. he got better at hiding candy because you were sneaking around while he was trying to hide it once.

Samantha "Sam" LaRusso - similarly to Eli, she would rather eat fruit than real candy, but she sometimes eats real candy and it normally comes from Italy instead of here, America. she's not a fan of chewy or gummy candy, so the cappuccino candy she likes comes as a hard candy to make it last longer, plus she says it's better than the coffee you might get at a coffee shop. you're on the fence about that. it's not your favorite thing while it's hers and you offered her yours to see if she would like it and that is to be determined…

Tory Nichols - she's used to sharing a lot of things especially with her brother (Brandon) because that's all she knows, so it's no surprise when she offers you pieces of her chocolate. she's more on the bitter side of things like something rich—an espresso or a cappuccino if you will for her chocolate, although there are rare times when she would eat Sour Patch Kids or Jolly Ranchers (blue raspberry and watermelon are her favorite flavorus).

Your friendship with Tori stood the test of time despite her moving schools to Hollywood Arts. It was through Tori that you were introduced to Beck Oliver after you had come over to her house while the two were rehearsing lines. Tori knew from your expression which was calm and collected on the outside, you were immediately enamored with Beck who joked about your school taking Tori back.

You laughed lightly. "All deals are final."

Beck chuckled, glancing at your hands, quickly letting go when he realized he hadn't stopped shaking your hand. He ran his fingers through his hair, sending you a smile that made your cheeks burn.

"Hello? You came to see me? Best friend?"

You turned to Tori who held her hand up and you returned the sweater you had borrowed. "Thank you."

"It's fine." She smiled. "So how did the interview go?"

"I start Monday." You told her, glancing at Beck. "Well, I should let you two get back to rehearsing."

"You could stay?" Tori offered.

You shook your head, backing away to the door, almost tripping over the sofa, laughing it off. "No, you two be creative. I'm gonna go - somewhere. Not here." You sent Beck a smile, "It was nice meeting you. I finally have a face to put to the name."

Beck stared as you left, "Uh, you too!" He called out but it was too late the door was closed and when he looked at Tori the brunette was smiling. "What?"

"You think she's cute." Tori mimicked his awkward goodbye, and Beck took a seat on the sofa dismissing her claims. "Oh, come on." She mimicked the way you both stared at each other while shaking hands and Beck laughed off her assumptions.

"I just met her."

"So, you can still think she's cute which you totally do." She grinned.

"Doesn't she have a boyfriend?" Beck asked, picking up his script in an attempt not to sound too interested.

"They broke up yesterday." Tori joined him on the sofa. "She called last night to tell me about it."

Beck looked at the brunette who was excited at the possibility of two of her friends dating. "Don't you think it's a little soon to be asking her out on a date?"

Unable to argue with this logic, Tori relented and the two continued with their rehearsal for a few more hours. However, Tori's hopes that you and Beck would start dating never ended. Now and then you realized she was dropping hints about Beck and while you were interested you tried to appear as if you weren't too interested.

"He goes to a fancy school. I doubt he wants me hanging around. He seems really cool." You commented as you studied together one evening.

"He is really cool. And he says you are too." You looked at the brunette who sighed, "Too much?"

You nodded, smiling softly. "I appreciate it, really. I just don't want to jump into something right now."

While Tori never mentioned the subject to you again, you noticed that Beck just happened to stop by when you were at her house or she invited you to spend time with her friends from Hollywood Arts and you always ended up sitting next to Beck who you quickly realized was cool, but thoughtful and caring. And you knew Tori was seeing cupids flying around you both as you spoke, forgetting about the others. You could make Beck laugh like Tori had never seen and he could make you smile wider than she ever thought possible.

Tori knew that you would never make the first move. So she had to convince Beck to do it.

Beck was in his trailer when she entered and he turned when she closed the door, chewing his apple. "Come on in."

"Thank you." She replied with equal sarcasm. "I need to talk to you."

Beck, sensing the atmosphere changing, approached her, listening intently.

"It's about Y/N."

Beck went to walk away but Tori stopped him. "I know you like her." She began. "And I know she likes you too. She's just afraid of making the first move."

"You want me to ask her out?"

"Do you like her?" Tori asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

Beck had shrugged this question off many times and replied with, "Yeah, she's pretty cool." But this time he sighed, and nodded. "Fine, alright, yes." Tori grinned. "I like her. But I'm not asking her out."

"What? Why not?"

"She said she doesn't know if she's ready to start dating yet." He explained.

"Because she wants to know if you feel the same way!" Tori exclaimed. She took out her cell phone and selected your contact, holding the phone out for Beck to see. "Now or never."

Beck thought for a moment before taking her phone and Tori grinned when he dialled your number. His eyes glanced around as he waited for you to answer, his nervousness showing until you picked up.

"Tori?"

"Hi, no it's Beck." He replied.

"Oh, hi!" You smiled.

"I have two tickets for a movie that's probably gonna be terrible. Do you want to go with me?"

You bit your lower lip, pausing for a moment as you understood that this was the moment you had waited for. "Yeah, sure. I love bad movies."

Beck grinned, and Tori held his arm as she jumped up and down. "Great! I'll pick you up on Friday at seven."

"See you then." You smiled as you hung up and Beck turned to Tori, chuckling when she squealed.

He held out her cell phone, and she took it. "Now, will you stop playing matchmaker?"

She nodded. "This is amazing!" She hugged him and he chuckled as he let her jump around, shaking his head.

He would later thank her for her interference after your date ended successfully and your presence in their group became more common, standing side by side with Beck who had never looked happier. And Tori knew from the way you looked at your boyfriend, you had never felt as happy as you did with him.

Opening the door to go outside, you were hit with a gush of wind in your face, making your hair fly everywhere. You walked out into the courtyard where everyone was having lunch and you spotted your blacked hair girlfriend sitting with her friends, waiting on you. As you spotted her, you quickly skipped over to her and plopped down beside her, making her turn her head sharply, getting ready to go off on the person who would dare sit beside her.

But she stopped when she realized that it was only you and a small smile appeared on her face. “Hi baby!” You greeted her happily as you leaned over a gave her a gentle peck on her lips making her pale cheeks flush slightly, making your smile grow bigger than it already was. “Hey babygirl. Where were you?” She asked as she ate her salad while having an hand on your thigh. “I was making sure that your present was all fixed and ready for you.” You said shyly and Jade snapped her head towards you. “A present?” She asked and you giggled at her shocked expression.

“Yes a present!” You said happily as you pulled a small box out of your jacket pocket and showed her. “It’s national girlfriend day and I wanted to give you something special.” You said as a blush started to rise in your cheeks. “You’re so cute. Thank you baby. I know I will love it.” She said as she grabbed the box away from you but not before stealing a kiss from you, making your blush worse. Jade held the small box in her hands before opening it to reveal a small set of real small homemade scissor earrings. She placed a hand over her mouth as she examined them closely, not believing her eyes.

“Oh y/n…” she said as tears burn her eyes and you frown, the excitement that you had a few seconds ago vanishing. “Y-you don’t like it do y-you…” you say in a whisper as you looked down in shame. Jade quickly snaps her head towards you and places the box down in front of her so she can grab your face in her hands. “Babygirl. I absolutely love it. It’s my favorite thing ever.” She said quickly as she noticed the tears falling down your face. Jade quickly uses her thumbs to wipe them away and the smile you had minutes ago , appeared back on your face again.

“R-really? You mean it?” You asked her once again and she gladly told you again. “Yes princess. I promise. I’m gonna wear this twenty four seven.” She admitted and you squealed happily, jumping into her lap, hugging her tightly. Jade let herself smile fully as she hugs you back just as tight until she looked down to see that your skirt was rising up a bit. She quickly pulled the back down and placed her hands on your back, looking up at your with pure love and adoration plastered on her face. “Can I put them on you?” You asked her and she nodded her head making you quietly squeal as you grabbed the box from behind you and started putting the earrings on, taking her old ones and putting them in the box.

Once you put her earrings on you shifted in her lap to where your back was facing her so you could start eating your lunch until you noticed that everyone at y’all’s table was awing and looking at y’all happily. You could see cat and Robbie wiping away some tears while Andre, Beck, and Tori were looking at you with a look of thankfulness. You smiled back at them and Jade just kept looking at you with so much love in her eyes. “Happy girlfriend day!” You tell Jade as you turned your head at her and she smiled brightly. “Happy girlfriend day babygirl.” She said but what you didn’t know was that Jade had a present waiting for you at her house.

Season 6 Pt 1 Kiaz Thoughts/Observations

- Miguel and Robby choosing to sit in the backseat together when the passenger seat is open in the very first scene

- Miguel asking Robby to bandage his knuckles for him even though he also has a roll of tape in his hands. Just the symbolism of that moment with what their relationship has been like and they’re not fighting each other anymore they’re protecting each other.

- Miguel being so invested in watching Robby hit the punching bag at Golf N Stuff

- Literally a double date but Kiaz are the only ones even interacting- it totally gives boyfriends who are trying to set up their bffs so they have another couple to hang out with

- Miguel being the first one to check on Robby after Shawn shows up and immediately agreeing with the girls that they’re all on Robby’s side

- Miguel stepping into yet another fight to protect Robby

- ROBBY IS A CAPTAIN!!!!! I’m literally so excited as much as I love Robby and Miguel both there are so many reasons I want to see Robby get a win and I’m so excited for the possibility of him winning the Sekai Taikai

- Tory ditching Robby sucked, he’s been hurt by yet another person he cares about

- Also Daniel not letting her fight sucked, as long as Sam was okay with it they should’ve let Tory process how she needed to. Daniel made assumptions about the situation and while Tory was obviously emotional she was fighting for this specific memory of her mom that shaped her life not just using karate as an ongoing negative coping mechanism and the way everyone ignores what she’s saying she needs in that moment really rubbed me the wrong way

Finally I’m just going to say this is my favorite season yet and I’m more excited than anyone will ever understand to get actual Kiaz interactions. I feel like this season took me from I ship them because I think they’d be really compatible and they already have this super intense relationship to actually seeing moments between them that feel like more than friendship and it means so much to me I’m so excited!

Miguel: blushes and smiles, a little awkward but internally freaking out inside because what were the chances? Really? he's a cheesy romantic though, so he's sees it as a sign.

Sam: blushes a lot but shows her excitement, giggling and hugging Reader. It's super cute and she makes jokes about it being their fate.

Robby: doesn't know what to think. Kind of just forgets where he's at until Reader yells at him "Robby, look!" while waving the bouquet in the air. He smiles at her because her excitement is sweet and endearing, but boy did the initial catch give him a bit of a scare.

Tory: doesn't take it seriously and makes jokes about it. "Guess we're the next brides," she says and rolls her eyes. Gets mad and defensive if someone else makes a joke about it though, because deep down she'd love nothing more than to marry Reader.

Demetri: chokes on his drink and almost dies, not even kidding. He coughs and hacks for several minutes and someone has to slap him on the back a few times. Reader even gets the impression that he wouldn't want to marry her, to which he has to clarify that he's going to do that on his own terms and not because of someone else's wedding bouquet toss.

Yasmine: screams and jumps around, clapping her hands in excitement. She was so close to catching the bouquet but is so happy yReader caught it instead. Thinks Reader looks holding it but would look better in a white dress 😏

Moon: smiles and claps with everyone, then winks at Reader. Her mission is to make Reader blush while holding that bouquet. She looks sweet and innocent but her girlfriend caught those flowers and she'll be damned if she doesn't take advantage of this opportunity.

Hawk: laughs so loud in some sort of accomplishment and hugs Reader, kissing her face all over. She tries shoving him off, but he just laughs and says, "Nah, you can't get rid of me that easily now." Secretly already has a ring picked out and this was just confirmation for him to ask her already.

As Seungcheol guides you into the car, the reality of what occurred inside has you laughing, quietly then bursting out of you. “I’m glad one of us finds this situation humorous.” Your boyfriend says as he shuts his own car door. “I’m sorry Cheollie.” You said calming yourself down. You look over at your boyfriend, your protector and your eyes soften “thank you.” You said softly, cupping his face. He grabs your hand a places a kiss to your knuckles before turning his attention to the road. “That was fun.” Jeonghan quips from the backseat. “Your definition of fun and mine are very different.” Wonwoo replies. You turn in your seat, meeting the eyes of the other four men. “I’m sorry I disturbed boys night. But thank you for coming. You guys are the best.” The love shining back at you made you tear up, “hard to compare us to that hot mess in there.” Joshua said with a smile. You chuckled, the movement making the tears fall from your eyes. You turned back around, wiping them quickly. “Why are you crying my love?” Cheol asked, his hand gently massaging your thigh. “They were my best friends, and they were my people. It’s just funny to me how quickly that all has changed.” You said quietly, focused on a peice of your hair instead of meeting anyone’s eyes. You felt a hand land on your head, “we will happily be your people, you’ve been one of us since the day we met you.” Jeonghan said with a smile. You smiled, “I love yall.” You replied to no one specific. “We love you too.” Mingyu, patting your head. “I stabbed a knife into the table.” You chuckled. “Oh we saw, it was amazing.” Joshua retorted. “Probably the best thing we’ve seen all week.” Mingyu added. “You don’t get an opinion.” Cheol stated, his lips turning into an all too familiar pout. “What’s this about?” You said sweetly squishing his cheeks. The other four in the back burst out laughing, “I’m so confused.” You said looking between your boyfriend and friends.

The car rolled to a stop outside of you and Seungcheol’s house. Reaching towards the door handle “don’t even try it.” You heard your boyfriend say before his door shut and he walked around the car. Opening your door, extending his hand to help you out. “Funny how he never treats us that way.” Mingyu grumbled from the front of the car. “Speak for yourself.” Jeonghan quipped as he strutted up the walkway to the front door. You were tucked closely to Cheols side, you could feel how tense he was. Choosing to stay quiet until the other men left. “I’m going to go freshen up, yall enjoy the game.” You said as you walked inside, reaching down to pet Kkuma, “hi princess” you said softly to the pup, giving her a kiss before making your way up the stairs. The dog stretched and looked between you and Cheol before following you upstairs. As you did your nighttime routine after a hot shower, your mind kept wandering back to your so called friends. You had known them for years and never had they treated you like this, you and Tori had been attached at the hip until your relationship fell apart. They had all picked your ex, even though he was the one who cheated. After you moved she had reached out and you had been trying to mend that friendship, excited to see her again. You hadn’t realized you were crying until the hot tears dropped onto your cold skin. Crouched to the floor you let yourself properly mourn the loss of your friends.

Seungcheol was not watching the game, he could not care less about Baseball when his girl was upstairs. “Staring at the stairs isn’t going to make her come back down.” Joshua said, not taking his eyes off the tv. Seungcheol huffed, “just go, we’ll lock up when we leave.” Jeonghan added nudging his friend’s arm. He took the steps two at a time, pausing outside the bathroom door when he heard your muffled sobs. Opening the door slowly, “baby?” He found you curled up on the floor against your vanity, Kkuma at your feet. His heart broke seeing the red of your face and tears streaming down your cheeks. He made his way over to you, sitting down and pulling you into his lap, you buried your head into his chest. “I’m getting your shirt wet.” You sniffed. “I don’t like this shirt anyways.” He replied, running a hand down your hand soothingly. You lifted your head enough to look at this shirt. “I bought you this shirt.” You said with a pout. His hand froze, “I didn’t mean it, just shhhh it’s alright.” He chuckled, nudging your head back down.

He stayed with you until you had calmed down enough to finish your skin care before curling up with you in bed, kkuma snuggled up at the foot of the bed. “Are you going to get in trouble for this?” You asked quietly, tracing swirls up his arms that circled you. “I’ll handle it.” He retorted, “Cheol-“ “baby, there was not a force in this world that would have stopped me from coming to you. I will handle any publicity or heat from the company. Don’t worry.” He said before you could even start. You nodded and snuggled closer to him. “I love you Cheollie.” You said quietly, “thank you for loving me so well and always being here.” Cheol kissed the back of your neck where his head was currently resting. “I love you y/n. Get some rest.” You closed your eyes and let yourself fully relax after the night in the arms of the man who you knew would choose you every time.

It was the big night, the cow-wow dance was tonight and Y/n was pretty excited. It was her first schoolevent at Hollywood Arts.

"Earth to Y/n?" Jade said as they walked towards the school. In the 5 months that y/n attended HA Jade became her closest friend. Sure, she can be bit mean but for some reason she took y/n under her wing and since then they kinda became inseperable.

"Sorry, I'm just kinda nervous I guess?" Y/n said as she fixed the bowties in her ponytails.

"Nervous? for what? Sinjin in a hula?" Jade snickered

"No- no, not that." Y/n chuckled. "Even tho it is something I should avoid." She said.

"For what are u nervous then?" Jade asked once again. They finally arrived at the school and everything was very well decorated.

"I- eh-" Y/n stuttered but before she could finish her sentence, someone yelled her name.

"Y/n! Y/n!" She heard a familliar voice yell. She turned around and locked eyes with the cute curly haired boy. She smiled, but her smile faded quickly as she saw that he was with an unfamiliar face. Jade saw her smile fade.

"Ur finally here!" He said as he approched her.

"Yea, uh- we had some stuff we still had to fix-" She said but he interupted her.

"This is Gabriela, my date!" He said proudly and smiled. Gabriela looked up and gave Y/n and Jade a small smile.

"Hey" She said, a bit cold.

Y/n gave a weak smile and looked back at Jade, who was just staring with an angry look on her face.

Robbie didn't really knew what was going on as he looked at the girls confused.

"Well.. Okay, Im going to get something to drink for Gabriela, u guys want something?" He asked a bit hesitant.

"Yea s-" Y/n said but was interupted by Jade.

"We can get it ourselves." She said annoyed. Robbie shrugged and took Gabriela's arm as he wandered off with her. As they walked off Beck arrived, sneaking an arm around Jade's waist.

"Hey you guys, what just happend?" He asked as he took a sip of his drink.

"Robbie happend." Jade said annoyed as she took the drink from becks hand and took a sip herself.

"It's fine Jade, Really.." Y/n said a bit sad.

"No, it's not okay." Jade said and looked at Beck.

"We got work to do." Jade said and Beck just nodded.

"No, Jade, please. It's fi-" Y/n tried to say, but before she could finish her sentence Jade and Beck were already on their way. Y/n sighed as she walked towards the drink booth and took a cup of whatever. The first big event at her new school and it was already a shitshow.

"Hey y/n/n." She heard from behind her. She looked around and saw Andre and Tori walking up to her.

"Hey guys." Y/n said a bit devistated.

"What's wrong?" Andre asked a bit worried.

"I don't really know, I'm feeling all these things that I didn't knew existed until now." Y/n said as she took a sip of her drink.

"U wanna talk about it?" Tori offered.

"Not really, sorry." Y/n said and gave a weak smile. "Thanks tho." She added.

"It's no problem." Andre said as he looked at the time.

"Shit, we have to go on in like 10 minutes-" Andre said worried and Tori looked up.

"Sorry y/n, we gotta prepare for the show. But after that, we're going to hang and make the best out of tonight. Okay?" Tori said and y/n nodded.

"Thanks guys" Y/n said a bit happier and hugged them both.

"Imma cheer u guys on the whole show, u know that right?" Y/n chuckled and they nodded.

"You better!" Andre said as they walked away. Y/n was alone, again. Jade and beck were nowhere to be found, Robbie was probably dancing with that girl of his and cat? Cat was also nowhere to be found. Y/n decided to sit on one of the picnic tables in the corner of the parkinglot, still sipping her drink. Everyone was having fun time, why couldn't she?

In the meantime Robbie was being harassed by Jade.

"What did u do, shapiro?" Jade asked angrily as she grabbed the collar of his button-up.

"I don't know! What did I do?" Robbie asked confused, looking pannicked back at Beck.

"I have no clue my friend, but u better fix it now." Beck said, trying not to intervine with what going on.

"Jade- please. Tell me what I did wrong so I can f-fix it, please?" Robbie asked and Jade loosend her grip.

"You hurted Y/n, stop playing dumb." She said annoyed as she let him go.

"How- You know I would never ever hurt her on purpose!" He said, still a bit panicked.

"Did I hurt her..?" He added, now a bit worried.

"Are you fucking blind?" She basically screamed.

"I mean, kinda? I have pretty strong gla-" Robbie said but got interupted by Jade.

"She likes you!" Jade said while facepalming. Robbie's eyes wident.

"She didn't even have to tell me and I already knew by the way she acts around you. How can you be so incredibly dumb?" Jade added and sighed.

"Where is she?" Robbie asked in a hurry.

"I don't know, probably around here somewh-" Jade couldn't even finish her sentence or Robbie was already gone. Jade looked at Beck who was still just standing there.

"Let's get something to drink-" Jade said.

"Yea, good idea." Beck added as they walked away.

Y/n was still sitting on top of the picnic table, listening to the music. Her feet were dangeling off the side.

"There you are-" She heard a familiar voice say.

"Oh, hey Robs." She said without looking up.

Robbie sat down next to her and gave her a cup with something to drink. She took the drink from his hands and looked up.

"Thanks-" She said but looked confused.

"Where is ur date?" She added and looked confused. Robbie chuckled.

"I don't know, haven't seen her all night." He said as he placed down his drink next to him.

"I have a small feeling that we gotta talk" He said as he turned his head towards her. Y/n felt her cheeks heat up a bit.

"Okay- I don't know what Jade told u-" She started and looked down again but he interupted her.

"Look, Y/n," He paused for a second. The look on his face gave away that he was struggeling to find the right words. Y/n got a bit anxious, because most of the times when people are looking for the right words it's not positive.

"Can I tell you a secret?" He finally said and smiled a bit.

'Sure" Y/n said, still looking at the ground.

Robbie got close to her ear, as if he wanted to whisper something but instead he stopped, slowly raised his hand and slowly turned her head with his finger and gave her a soft, sweet kiss. She was taken a bit back at first. Butterflies exploded in her stomach as she melted away in the kiss. Robbie then pulled away, not breaking eye contact.

"Now I still don't know your secret-" Y/n said to break the silence. They both chuckled.

"I've liked you since the moment i've met you, y/n." He said softly which grew a huge smile on Y/n face.

"Well, good to know. Because I like you too, Shapiro." Y/n said and Robbie smiled.

"That's good, because it would've been weird if I kissed you and you didn't." He said and the both laughed for a bit. Robbie took y/n hand and sat closer to her. Y/n looked up again, stealing a quick kiss from him.

"Couldn't resist, sorry." She said and they both chuckled again.

"You can steal all the kisses you want from now on, no need to worry." He said and smiled. Y/n leaned her head on his shoulder.

Toriel's POV:

An interesting child he is...

The first time I met him, he looked at me as if he's seeing someone else. I get that a lot. I use to see other fallen children as my own. A replacement for what I have lost. As cruel as that may seem, it's the only way I keep myself stable in this lonely little home.

He didn't look fearful the first time he saw me, unlike the other children that's fallen down.

Maybe it's because he's much older than the rest of them?

...Or is it something else?

I guided him to the ruins, thought him how to solve the puzzles. He was very enthusiastic about it. Everytime his eyes sparkle and he hops from his place out of the sheer excitement of solving a puzzle made me chuckle fondly.

He seems to struggle to form words, which made me worry a lot.

His eyes were very unique. I've never seen such a beautiful (e/c) before. I've never seen anyone with that shade of eye color, wether it'd be monsters or the fallen children.

He's such a happy youth.

But I know better.

I know better that behind those joyful eyes were hidden grief and sorrow... loneliness and longing.

I've hidden those myself.

It made me feel more connected with him than most of the fallen children.

Knowing that he long's for something too.

When his eyes met mine, I knew he saw all I was hiding. All the pain, all the regrets, the fears... The loneliness.

When I held his hand to guide him on another puzzle that seems to dangerous for him, I heard him humming.

It was such a soft and gentle melody. It was filled with love.

I think he didn't realize he was humming, because he looked at me with questioning eyes as I stopped to embrace the melody in my soul.

We both spent time together and got close instantly.

Until he asked to leave...

It pained me.

Knowing that another one wants to leave as well.

We fought.

Like the other children, we fought.

The fight felt like eternity as begin to hesitate to attack him.

Tmr characters going trick or treating together (HAPPY HALLOWEEN):

(This one's been chilling in my drafts waiting for spooky day so here we go)

Let's start with the obvious, thomas and newt ARE DOING matching costumes.

Tbh I think they'd do something very basic, theyd get white sheets cut holes out and be ghosts but they'd wear some colourful fluffy socks and pull them up and wear blackout sunglasses over the sheets

And if minho wanted to do a trio they'd do alvin and the chipmunks (minho as alvin, thomas as simon and newt as Theodore (in my humble opinion))

If not, then I feel minho and brenda would go as those two from Subway surfers, tricky and jake, bc they both thought it was cool (they would both bring real spray paint cans and may or may not dabble in some vandalism, but shhhh)

Gally (being gally) didn't want to go, but when he saw everyone getting excited, he felt left out

"FIIIINEEEE if you insist, I'll come with you all"

"We didn't say anyt-"

"NONO it's fine, too late to apologise, I'm going now"

He would either just wear all black clothes and a scary mask (one of those light up purge ones probs) OR, he would still wear all black but put a police cap on and be the policeman from subway surfers to go with minho and brenda

If the girls did a group costume they would be the victorious girls (teresa as tori sonya as cat brenda as trina and Harriet as jade YES PLEASE!!!!!) (I would say they could do that one improv episode with the sleepover at sikowitz's but trina isn't in it 😔)

Alby would be there to babysit these CHILDREN

He would be the angry dad tapping his foot at the end of the driveway waiting for them to get their sweets

He's the one chasing down minho and brenda if they use their spray paint

Give my guy alby a break 😭😭😭

I can picture teresa as coraline, cute outfit she's wearing the blue wig yellow raincoat and everything

No one goes as a character from coraline with her but she's chill slaying alone. She stays back chatting to alby, trying to calm the poor man down from sprinting after gally because he jumpscared a group of children.

CHUCK GOES AS A CREEPER

He wears full green and paints a box to put over his head. Thinks it's really cool until SOMEBODY (gally) starts repeatedly smacking the top of his box

(Gally has been smacked in the back of the head by alby so many times he may have a bald spot at this point)

Harriet and sonya go as jake and finn from adventure time (sonya as finn harriet as jake) or if aris wants to go (I feel like he wouldn't care for Halloween but sonya bribed him with the promise of sweets) they'd go as kenny Stan and kyle from south park. They'd go as this is because aris DEFINITELY has that big orange coat kenny wears and you cant tell me he doesnt bc he does (he goes as kenny Harriet as stan and sonya as kyle)

Fypan (wanting to make chuck feel better) goes as a minecraft zombie with a box on his head (live laugh frypan 🥹🫶)

And if they did a whole group costume they'd go as SIMS!!! They'd print out print out those plumbob crystals and glue them to headbands. They'd all be green accept for gally who was given a red one and alby who's red plumbob was very much forced upon him

And yes, they do walk around talking simlish :)

Our pure-hearted, all-loving hero... he can be a little brat (especially back in OS/early in his journey, when he was much more of a hot-blooded boy hero), but his heart's worth its weight in solid gold and he grows into such a kind, patient character with strong ideals, which is why Hero of Ideals suits him best (even the movie manga opted to adapt that version of the movie, rather than the one where Ash is Hero of Truth, and expanded on it!)

[I hope you have "long post" and "image heavy" muted if you need to, because this post's a doozy and given tumblr, if my blog's ever deleted, posts with read mores will be rendered inaccessible forever, so I don't like to make them!]

A lot of people complained about how young Ash looked in BW! (and complained even more about Sun & Moon's very divisive art style... and we wound up seeing great growth for his love of a whole region, and achieved a goal integral to achieving his dreams), but from the first episode of BW!, my first impression was of how mature and calm Ash is with Iris and Trip in regards to their initially abrasive and varingly aloof personalities.

Iris was friendlier and more excitable, more childlike, but Ash took her barbs in stride and patiently waited for her to open up about her dreams (she keeps it secret in the first episode, using that cute, childish word "naisho" instead of saying it's a secret "himitsu"--the same childish word she uses when asked about what Kairyuu/Dragonite told her in their reunion episode) and background (we don't know she ran away from the academy or what her hometown was like until season 2!)

The way Ash handled Tory (who was a traumatized, younger child--and Ash wanted to fight him at first, before understanding him!), Lucario (also traumatized, insulted Ash and Pikachu's bond--Ash fought him and fell off a hill, wrestling with him, before he saw Lucario's memory of being "abandoned" and broke down in tears, apologizing for what he said when he didn't know anything...), Chimchar (a traumatized Pokemon, Ash was patient, kind, and loving to him, even when he lashed out while out of control due to Blaze, which he previously could only use to save his life...), etc., is very different from how he handled Iris (who was bullied subtly by being completely ostracized, no one would sit or eat or play with her at the academy, she was so depressed, she stopped eating--this is canon and not lingered on, but she plainly says it and that her dorm mother making her food that would remind her of home, just berries skewered on a stick, "saved her") and even Trip.

(By the way, Ash apologizing to Lucario, in tears of regret over what he said to Lucario when he didn't understand him is when I first started to truly love and respect Ash's character and growth! Before that, I really was only a big fan of the TRio.)

By contrast to those rockier beginnings with other kids, Ash was patient and encouraging with Trip, even while Trip purposefully kept him and everyone else (even his Pokemon who loved him, as Alder said...) at bay and rejected all his attempts at friendship, before he got the answers he needed from Alder and slowly stopped shutting others out. He had every right to lash out at Trip for making fun of him, but kept trying to befriend him and showed interest in his journey and growth.

(Trip was also his youngest main rival at that point, even if he is a very book-smart child prodigy type who was an excellent battler from the start, he still fell apart in front of unexpected, unorthodox techniques like Bell/Bianca and Satoshi/Ash's out-of-the-box strategies.)

Naturally, there's also his very patient and encouraging bond with Lillie, who also had her trauma-induced fear of Pokemon (much like Tory!) and dissociative amnesia, the early loss of her father in infancy, and the distance between her and her mother (too wrapped-up in work and her obsession with Ultra Beasts to notice her own child's trauma and falling behind her peers...) to overcome, but the focus of this post is BW! I already write a lot about Lillie, she's another favourite of mine. <3

It's worth noting, too, that Pikachu was Ash's first "problem Pokemon"... even if it's usually the Fire types who are traumatized, Pikachu has abandonment issues like Chimchar and Tepig did. Pikachu famously hates being inside a pokeball and Ash always repesects this boundary and becomes very, very upset in XY when he believed Pikachu was forced into a pokeball... the pokeball factory episode was, otherwise, a very light-hearted episode, but Pikachu's boundaries and possible trauma is taken seriously.

This scene mirrors a similar breakdown Alain has when he finds out all he's done, under the impression he was protecting his loved ones, was aiding Lysandre's genocidal plans... both smash their fists into hard surfaces, blaming themselves for failing to protect loved ones.

In a very early Kanto episode, Sparks Fly for Magnemite, we learn Pikachu has abandonment issues so bad, he doesn't want to be separated from Ash for even an overnight stay in the Pokemon Center. It seems Pikachu (fortunately) quickly become much more secure in his bond with Ash and no longer fears being separated for medical treatment, but this is very, very sad and telling!

Although we never delve very deeply into that for most of the series... (an early magazine scan has Ookido-hakase/Professor Oak theorize Pikachu's previous trainer abandoned it), we were finally given some answers late in series!

In the AU movie, Pikachu says* his reason for not going into the pokeball: "It's because I always want to be with you." ;O;

... unless this is a dream or hallucination, given Ash is on the verge of unconsciousness when it happens--but if we really want to believe it happened, maybe his latent Aura post-cognition abailities kicked in and he understood Pikachu's feelings, like when Victini slept in his lap, crying, and Ash saw Victini's dream of his past.

As for the main series canon, in the first episode of Pocket Monsters 2019 (Pokemon Journeys), we learn Ash's Pikachu was a lone, possibly orphaned, Pichu, who was briefly raised by a Kangaskhan, carried in her pouch with her child, until he grew too heavy and quietly left at night (without saying goodbye) to live by his own strength, evolving into Pikachu as he did so.

If Lusamine not taking Lillie's (because they're irrational or not logical) feelings seriously gave her a complex where she always needed to claim her stances are "logical" even when they're based in emotion... I wonder what it tells us that "child prodigy" Trip defaulting to blaming his loss to Alder on him doing something wrong or being inherently lacking ("What did I do wrong? What do I lack?"), because he doesn't ever consider a simple difference in experience is all it is... that Alder's many years of wisdom and Pokemon training give him an advantage over rookie trainer Trip, who's shown to be averse to being called a "child" (Iris ropes him into battling Ash twice by calling him a kid), because he always has to prove he's an adult. He thinks there's something inherently "lacking" in him or "wrong" about his method if he doesn't achieve.

All of that is canon, but if you further analyze his character, Trip has a superiority complex, which is very often a defense mechanism to mask feelings of inferiority. He canonically places a lot of worth in the image he projects and constantly puts down others. Add that to being a child prodigy and his preoccupation with proving he's an adult (but doesn't bat an eyelid at someone calling him "unjust" for his violent methods in the Venipede episode, like he's already accepted being a terrible person, because he thinks striving for peace like idealistic Ash is "naive"--Trip has a very cynical view of adults, yet thinks of himself as such...)

Trip only cares to be seen as strong and mature, not good (he's not even surprised to be called bad, he's already accepted it, he doesn't care), and if he fails, he blames his lack of knowledge or his inherent nature as lacking.

Because his self-worth is in being a genius and being better than the rest, so he seeks outside validation, namely Alder's, who Trip behaves so jealously about, Alder canonically compares him to a fickle-hearted woman (well, he messes up the phrase 'Onna-gokoro to haru no sora.' "A woman's heart is as fickle as the sky of spring" because he was hitting on Junsa-san/Officer Jenny earlier, so he says "fickle as Junsa-san"... Freudian slip. ^^;;;;)

Trip, when asked what he was battling for, what he wanted to prove... he said it was to prove his strength to Alder.

That's all he wanted! To prove his strength and be acknowledged by his hero. Alder even asks him if he likes him. Adeku frankly asks it in the Japanese version, but the dub dances around with "do you have any admiration for a man such as myself"--which Trip doesn't answer verbally, although he really doesn't have to, because the scene makes it clear and is a lens that clarifies all his past behaviour.

That's all Trip wants: love and acknowledgement. Which he believed he could only get by becoming stronger, smarter, and more mature as fast as possible, likely taking Alder's to be some stronger and grow up quickly too literally, as head animator Iwane said, Shootie was just "a little too grown-up."

It takes a long, long time for Trip to unlearn prioritizing battles over anything else and to embrace childhood (which hey, is one of the main themes of BW!), because it's a precious time which we can never return to... so, Alder's current idealogy is to enjoy life, make friends, love Pokemon, and not dwell on the past. Ash's approach to being a Pokemon Champion and Master is the same.

Alder's introductory episode made it very clear he and Ash are very, very similar characters... and we see this again in Journeys, in the kind of advice Champion Ash gives younger kids. Ash and Alder have a similar wisdom they'd like to impart, I know, it's funny calling Ash wise, but he has high emotional intelligence and is incredibly wise in that respect for his age... it took Alder many, many long years to arrive at the same conclusion Ash reached.

Ash's Japanese name, Satoshi, means "Wisdom." (Another cute detail: Ash's little brother, Lei, whose Hawaiian name means a "Garland of Flowers-- in Japanese, would be pronounced as Rei, which also means "Wisdom." Lei likely has a name chosen to have meaning in both Hawaiian and Japanese. ^^)

Bonus shout-out to Ash, Iris, and Cilan all protecting Keldeo until he finds the courage to face his fears, correct his mistakes, and save his friends...

Ash is a very good friend, AG, DP, and BW! are all part of his development into the kinder character he became today. Some people might miss how rude he was to his friends in OS, but he can still playfully dish it out, he's just calmer and more sure of himself, so less likely to sweat the small stuff and recognizes when someone, whether Pokemon or trainer, just needs time and patience.

You Raise Me Up (Charlie/Nick)

Summary: Nick's obsession with picking Charlie up leads to cute discoveries, which lead to even cuter confessions. (Based on an anoymous prompt!! Hope y'all enjoy it!! xo)

It all started because of Nick Nelson and his stupidly strong rugby arms. Somehow, Nick has convinced himself that picking Charlie up and carrying him is his obligation as a boyfriend.

So, it’s become a very common occurrence for Charlie to be lifted off his feet, a surprised gasp followed by giggles, clinging to Nick like a koala.

And because Nick is stupidly strong, he makes it seem as easy as breathing to lift Charlie in every which way — scooping him up in a bridal carry, over his shoulder like a fireman, or the classic piggyback.

Clearly, all those just weren’t enough for Nick, who needs to add new techniques of literally sweeping his boyfriend off his feet to his repertoire, and one day, decides that sticking his hands under Charlie’s arms js the new thing he wants to try.

Rather than a surprised sound followed by fond laughter, the reaction that Nick gets is something akin to a shriek, although Charlie will deny that.

“Are you okay?” Nick asks, pulling his hands away as though he’d been burned.

Charlie’s cheeks are pink, his eyes wide. “No—I mean, yes, I’m okay, I just—I’m really ticklish,” he splutters, the admission making his face flush more.

Nick’s worried expression quickly melts away and is replaced by a mischievous grin. “Oh, you are?”

The giggling starts before he’s even been touched. “Nick, please, I can’t,” he babbles, but he doesn’t make a move to escape. If he really wanted to, he could take off running and by the time Nick caught him, they’d likely be breathless and too exhausted for such antics, but something like curiosity, maybe even excitement, keeps Charlie rooted to the spot.

He goes down easily when Nick manhandles him to the ground, but he makes a show of swearing and half-heartedly kicking his legs. Once he’s flat on his back, Nick’s hands worm their way back under his arms easily, and he squeals. “Cut it out!”

“Absolutely not,” Nick replies. “This is the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen.”

Charlie whines between his high-pitched laughter, the flustering compliments not at all helping him maintain a shred of dignity throughout this ordeal. “Shut up!”

A gasp of mock offense is followed by fingers scribbling with twice as much vigor, making Charlie cackle and blurt out nonsensical apologies.

The two boys end up in the grass, Nick hovering over him and kissing the residual giggles off of his lips.

Ever since, Nick has been tickling him a lot, and Charlie…Well, he doesn’t hate it half as much as he pretends to.

He’s grown up with siblings, and his friends have never shied away from giving him playful affection. He sees it as a form of closeness, bonding, and love. When Nick tickles him, it makes Charlie feel adored, but his body still kicks into the same fight-or-flight that has nearly broken Tori’s nose multiple times.

Two weeks later, they’re in Nick’s bedroom, playing Mario Kart when Nick latches onto Charlie’s knee and squeezes it until his car falls off the edge of the track, knocking him back into 8th place.

“No, stop tickling me!” he cries. “You cheater!”

Nick chuckles, saying a half-hearted apology, but he actually does stop, which surprises Charlie. Although it embarrasses him to think about, he didn’t…actually want him to stop. Even if it cost him the round of Mario Kart, which was saying something.

But they continue the game as normal, and Charlie still manages to get back up to first place despite Nick’s interference. 

They cuddle in bed after, and Charlie tries not to overthink why Nick had stopped. But overthinking is his biggest talent and hobby, so the attempt is futile.

“You alright?” Nick asks, poking his cheek.

Charlie nods.

“Did I upset you when I tickled you during the game?” he asks. “I know it was technically cheating, but I think it was fair considering you still managed to beat me.”

There’s a light, teasing tone to his words, but his smile is soft and apologetic.

“No, not at all!” Charlie reassures him. “Actually, I…Well, normally you don’t do it so briefly, so I was kind of surprised that you stopped.”

Nick’s smile brightens. “Well, you did literally tell me to stop.”

Charlie flushes. “Yeah, but…I don’t know, it’s sort of just instinct to say that. It doesn’t always mean that I—that I actually want you to.”

“You are the most adorable person on this planet,” Nick says, pulling him into a tight hug. “You give me cuteness aggression. I just want to squeeze you.”

Charlie laughs, squirming weakly in the embrace. “You’re crushing me, you brute!”

Nick takes the insult as an opportunity to stick his hands under Charlie’s arms. “Now that I know you don’t mind this, I’m never gonna stop,” he whispers.

Charlie decides that he likes the sound of that.
